They're horrible. The best part was, my homeowners insurance required that I use them. I have American Home Standard or something like that. They're the only ones in town who take their insurance. So that's the best thing about them. The worst thing was that they didn't come when they said they were going to, they were a day late. The air conditioning unit did get put in. Another good thing was he stayed late to do it, but the workmanship was shoddy and the inspector failed him. He has not contacted me since to repair the work that the inspector failed. From the house, you need to have a fresh air vent and he is pulling it from the house, which is against code and there are gaps and leaks where he did not seal up the sheet metal when he made the sheet metal vent. I had a $75 co-pay on the air conditioning unit. I paid $2350 for the heating unit and it was a high-efficiency heating unit. The unit does work. The price was not really negotiable on the air conditioning unit and on the heating unit, he charged me what he told me was a good deal, which my son in law says now, was average. He told me he will cut me this wonderful deal, but wonderful deals for crap work are not deals. My insurance would require that I use him again, of my choice, no.
Description of Work: They did a complete heating and air conditioning unit replacement.

Description of Work: They came out to install 5 mini-split systems. They installed them and had 1 running, then it quit and a different started working. Then it was back to the original unit, then none.. We had to get the contractor to hire a different company to come out. The wiring was put in wrong from the outside units to the inside units. 3 units were back up and working in no time. 3 of these units were brand new out of the box.
