They have done lawn mowing, tree trimming, spraying for worms, etc. They will do pretty much whatever you need done in the off season, and can tailor their services to your specific needs. They did a spectacular job, and were prompt and accommodating. They were willing to work to our scheduling needs, and within our available budget. We will continue to use them in the future.

Jason and Jennifer did a wonderful job on my yard which was in dire need of care. The flower beds were overgrown with vines and weeds and the yard was pretty much a disaster. Now the yard looks great! I also use them for my biweekly yard care. I highly recommend them! They are courteous, professional, and do a great job.

These are the most professional, obviously well qualified, and friendly individuals I have done business with. They have taken care of my lawn all summer and it looks wonderful. Edging is straight and crisp, lawn is mowed and grass clippings bagged. They have provided clean out of my flower beds and have given me suggestions on what to do. When asked about performing some trimming of branches, which would have turned into taking out an entire tree, they were honest, gave an honest estimate of what it might cost and referred me to someone who could adequately perform the service. I plan on using them again for their and quot;off seasonand quot; service and then again next summer. I have even referred to a friend.

I was very impressed with them, because they came out and looked at it. And they said it was kind of. beyond their scoop of work. They said that they could try it, but in all fairness to me, it would be better if they gave me suggestions on how to get it fixed and who to look for. So I was very impressed with their service. They didn't try to give me something and then it isn't going to work.

I left for work one morning then came home to a beautifully reworked bed. Jen texted pictures to me post install which was a nice surprise to receive during the day. I love the selection of flowers/shrubs that they installed and have enjoyed them all summer. Jason and Jen came by several times after the install to check on things which I completely think is excellent customer service. During our consultation, I had expressed other ideas I wanted to do one of which was to replace a tree. Jason and Jen came across a good deal on a tree that I wanted and texted me about it. I thought this was a display of excellent customer service. It meant they listened to what I said and they remembered. They removed the old tree and install the new. I love it!

Absolutely the WORST job I have ever seen. The grass was cut uneven, and an entire section missed. Grass clippings were not bagged, or blown. And there was a huge pile left in the street along with muddy tire tracks left in my driveway. One side of the house was completely untouched. The hedges were left shaggy and untrimmed, after we had discussed trimming them.. I was really hoping to come home to find a beautiful job done. And unfortunately I did not. I text Jenn, thanked her for her service, said I would mail a check, and I would not be using their company again. Instead of an apology, I received a series of unprofessional responses, excuses, insults, etc. One comment in particular and quot;The customer is not always rightand quot;.... Well, right or wrong, is irrelevant. The job was lousy, and the customer service was even worse!

After receiving a notice from the city about tall grass at my father's home, I called and left a message to find out if Star Landscaping might be able to help. I am out of state trying to manage my father's home. Jennifer was incredible. She called me back and was able to get over to the house the next day to take a look at the situation. She asked the best way to contact me and, given my schedule at the time, text messaging was the best. She communicated through text messages while we arranged the initial mowing date and I communicated the details to the city. She was so friendly and helpful. The very tall grass was taken care of and mowing has happened every other week since then. It is going great. I would highly recommend Star Landscaping for their customer service and great work.

They were able to meet with me the same day I called. All of my questions and concerns were promptly addressed and resolved before the job began. They were prompt, courteous, thorough and professional. I would recommend them without reservation to others, and fully intend to utilize their services again in the future.

I called and spoke with Jennifer about the Juniper removal for a pretty large flowerbed. She tallked with Jason and called me back promptly. She told me what time she would be here and they were here. They are very personable and easy to work with. I'm sure I will be calling them again.

They did a great job. They are going to come back in the fall to roto-till part of my flower bed. I'm very happy with their service. They were very prompt. Jennifer Smith was very nice.

Jennifer and Jason go above and beyond with all their services. I have been using them for awhile and know several people that use them as well. I refer them and only them when it comes to lawn care or the largest of landscaping jobs!! Job well done EVERY TIME!!I

Star Landscaping and Lawn Care Service is a must use company for your yard and garden needs. Jenn and Jason came out the same day I called to discuss the type of work I wanted done and to begin working the estimate. I was very impressed with their ideas and just how personable they were. In the past, I had tried contacting a few other companies for estimates for various services and I never received any calls back. Amazingly, it was almost as if these companies did not want to make money but Star Landscaping was more than happy to do business with me. The day of our appointment, Jenn and Jason showed up right on time and quickly got to work. Jason tilled two flower beds as Jenn began planting away. They had brought several flats of petunias to bring a touch of color to my front yard. Initially, I wasn't sure how the two colors would look together but it looks amazing. They also planted a multitude of items that I had purchased on my own along with two Hawthorn shrubs they had brought. Since three shrubs that I already had in the front flower bed weren't looking too good, they moved those shrubs to the backyard. During the work, Jason even ran out to get some mulch since I had forgotten to tell them that I needed that as well. Overall, working with Jenn and Jason was an incredible experience. Considering the amount of work I had done, the cost was very reasonable. Jenn even checked in with me days later to see how all the hard work they had done was looking. The two of them are so friendly, outgoing, and funny that I had a blast having them at my home. I will definitely be hiring them again!

I found Star Landscaping on Angie's list. They were the second company I called. I had three trees cut down and and needed the debris hauled away. I contacted them on a Friday and made arrangements to have the debris hailed off the flowing Friday. The Friday they were to pick up the debris, it was raining fairly hard and had been for a few days. I wasn't sure the would the would be there due to the weather. They came picked up all the limbs and large tree trunk pieces in the rain. I would recommend them and will use them again..

They were over 10 feet and needed to be trimmed down to size. I liked the price and I liked that they went right to work. I told them to take them down to 3 feet and she said it would kill them. She took them down to about 7 foot tall. The bushs are doing great and they said they'd be back this fall and then we'd cut it down to the 3 feet. They had to get supplies that morning so they were late and they didn't call me.

We had called a friend's garden guy 2 weeks ago to come and pull up two crepe myrtle stumps plus till the garden. He showed up and pulled the stumps but had forgotten his tiller. He never came back. Finally on 4-26, I checked AngiesList and saw Star with some good reviews. I called, he answered personally, said he could do it and handed me to his assistant to schedule. They had a pretty full calendar for the next week, so I started to thank them and try someone else. They took a moment to discuss it and came back saying they could do it first thing the next day and still get on with their schedule. They were here on time and did a wonderful job. He's very thorough and careful in his work and it shows. They gave me tips on keeping grass out of the garden this year and I will have them back next year for the garden plus lawn prep.

Jason has been taking care of my lawn and maintaining my flowerbeds all summer long and I love the work that he does. He keeps my on schedule so I know when he is coming out and he always does anything extra that I ask. The work that he is does is above and beyond the expectations I have and I like the fact that he cleans up any mess before he leaves. This last weekend I contact Jason about putting up my Christmas lighting on the eaves of my home and asked if he could hang them for me. Without hesitation he agreed and his prices were very simple and cheaper than anyone I had contacted. He come out Monday morning and had everything done, including my yard mowed, by 1. My lights look great and it was well worth the money for me. I will definately refer Star Landscaping to my friends and neighbors.

I received a flyer on my door during the weekend and with the hot weather we had during the summer my flower bed needed some serious attention. The flowers were dying and my schrubs were overgrown. I called Jason on a Monday morning and he come out that afternoon and told me that he could replace my existing flowers with some that would fill in my flower bed for the rest of the season and would trim up my schrubs and get them looking healthy again. He started work immediately and within a few hours he had pulled all of my dead plants out of my flowerbed and had replaced them. My schrubs were trimmed up and he even cleaned up all the clippings he cut off. Since he had done such a good job I asked if he could mow and edge my yard while he was there. Without hesitation he agreed. My yard looks better than most on my block and I have continued to use his services. I can always count on him to come every week and take care of any work that needs to done outside. He never pressures me for payment and just leaves me an invoice so I can mail the payment to him. It's nice to come home and my yard looks neat and pretty.
