They kept in touch about the time they would be at my home. When it was obvious that it would be raining at the time scheduled for service, they immediately rescheduled. Their work was excellent.

Jason and Renee are the standard all window cleaners should be. They respond well through emails and texts. Great at sharing their professional knowledge of how to keep your screens and windows clean and shining and how to keep the seal on windows from breaking.

I was putting my Dad's condo up for sale and the windows had not been washed inside or out in at least a year and half. I was leaving the state and needed it done rather quickly, so they worked me in. I had a neighbor let them in and she gave them a thumbs up. Additionally, I received a text from the company letting me know it had gone smoothly while I was on the road. Professional, showed up on time, and got the job done.

Great job - I want to leave my curtains and blinds open all the time now! I've never had windows professionally cleaned before and I wont wait so long to have it done again. It was a great experience and results are worth it. The owner provided additional pricing to clean numerous and several oversized windows at my home. They worked hard and did quality job. The only delays were scheduling (company was booked many weeks out with existing appointments and customers). I am very pleased and would recommend. I am still waiting on an estimate to clean windows for my mothers house (and its been a few weeks).

THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO MY PURCHASE OF THEIR COUPON, CAME JUST AT THE TIME ON WHICH WE AGREED, WERE FRIENDLY, THOROUGH WORKERS. I HAD SOME CONFUSION ABOUT THEIR PRICING. AFTER CONSIDERING THE SIZE AND NUMBER OF MY WINDOWS, THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF OVER $300. I ASSUMED BECAUSE OF THE SIZE OF MY WINDOWS I WOULD HAVE TO PAY MORE THAN THAT FIRST PAYMENT I MADE, BUT NOT THIS MUCH. I COULD NOT AFFORD THAT MUCH MONEY, SO I PAID $60 MORE TO GET THE MOST IMPORTANT WINDOWS CLEANED. I BELIEVE I PAID $60 WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT THE COUPON.

The windows were clean and clear...I don't think they've ever been that clean in the 28 years I've lived in that house. I am very pleased with the quality of work performed and the price they charged and I plan to utilize their services again. I hope they offer the BIG DEAL promo at least once a year!

Appt was made promptly and without a lot of delays. Initial contact came back quickly, convenient appointment time that we requested. Arrived within the hour designated, performed services as outlined, did not attempt to upsell (!) . Quiet, prompt, clean. They did ask a few questions to identify any specific needs, and to be sure they performed to our expectations.

Was very pleased with the results. I will definitely be using their services again.

Husband (or boyfriend)/wife team arrived as promised. There was a little confusion, because I thought they said on phone, or the ad said, can't remember now, that instead of a window, I could replace a window with an outdoor light fixture to be cleaned. They charged for the outdoor light fixture and I couldn't exhange it for the window. BUT, saying all that, they did a very professional job and thought the price was good. I would use them again. Windows looked wonderful!

The job was excellently done. I was also given advice about window maintenance that was helpful. I have not one complaint. :)

They did a terrific job and I ended up having to reschedule due to the weather. They were very nice to work with and accommodated my schedule. They were very professional and did a great job. I am going to have them come back to do some more windows. I paid $82 in addition to whatever I had paid for the deal.

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of knowledge and passion they provided. They took great pride in their work and it certainly showed. I happily recommend them and will use them again. They were very clear with their pricing structure and were flexible to meet your budget and do less work. They also provide retail price quotes for future needs. I do not have a point of reference regarding pricing as this was my first time to get these windows cleaned and do not know how competitive their pricing is.

They did an excellent job and I was very happy with the service. They actually had an unforseen cirumstance that morning that made them about an hour late to my house however they always kept in touch with me with their progress and gave me very accurate updated times for their arrival. I totally understand that things happen that make us late and I really appreciate their constant communication with me to keep me informed so I can plan my day properly. They did a great job, my windows look great, they actually even pointed out problem that I wasn't even aware about with my windows. The main person talked with me every step of the way of what they were doing and why, really did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

It was fine. It ended up costing me a lot more than I expected it to because they had a certain amount of windows and also because of what they considered a full window. I have a lot of big windows, so it ended up costing me about 380 bucks to get all my windows done which I thought was a little high. I think they were there on time. They were both smokers which bugged me a little bit. They did okay.

Very professional yet personable. They cleaned my windows and doors inside and out. Hardly knew when they went from room to room. Also cleaned all my screens. I have a large house and they were done in less than 5 hours.

We were able to get an early appointment due to a cancellation. They cleaned all of our windows inside/out and we added the shower also. We used a coupon and then added a few extras. They did a great job and we are very pleased. We would use them again,

It turned out very good. We were very happy with them. They were just very efficient. They did a good job. I think the only bad thing was that they were smokers. They didn't smoke in the house obviously but that always kind of looks a little tacky. They're standing out in your yard smoking and it looks a little tacky. The price was little high.

They were prompt and efficient. One person worked outside while the other was inside. They removed my screens and cleaned them and cleaned the frames inside and out and did a great job on my windows.

The windows were absolutely sparkling. In fact, more than once, I went over and touched them because it looked like there was no window. The screens were repaired well, except for the replacement of four hooks that hold the screens. Although the windows were actually washed on April 5th, they still have not brought the the hooks and the screens are still sitting on my back porch. I have called and emailed them. Although they always respond, I still have not received the hooks.

The service from Shine Bright Window Cleaning was excellent, it was OK and everything was excellent. I took advantage of their screen. They replaced all the screens in my house. I would rate them all 'A's. With them, I was very pleased. I would use this provider again in the future.

Arrived a little late but the cleaner called to say they would be a little late. Proceded to clean inside and out. Final product was as good as could be and well worth the money!

Renee and crew arrived on time and quick went to work taking down screens and washing them. She removed stained glass panels in front of windows inside and cleaned all windows, inside and out, then replaced panels and screens. Work was done quickly and efficiently.

Arrived right when they said they would (which I really appreciate). Thanked me for using Angie's List deal. I originally thought all they would be doing was window washing, but I feel I got so much more. Many of my screens were hail damaged. They offered to repair them for me. Additionally, they made my exterior carriage lamps look like new. I found them to be very professional, very personable, and have recommend them to my friends and family.
