Description of Work: I made this Big Deal purchase 04/15/2013 and promptly called the company to schedule an appointment. When I spoke to them on the phone that day, I specifically asked if they would treat the home when they came out. I was given an unqualified "YES". When "Sam" came 04/16/2013, he asked a few questions about the home and proceeded to look around. He asked if I had seen any termites to which I responded yes. They were swarming outside the day before. He started digging around in the soil trying to find evidence. He was having difficulty finding anything so he called the office. I found him back in the same spot where I told him I saw the swarm the day before. He was digging again in the dirt. I asked him how it would change how he treated the home if he were to find evidence of termite infestation. He said he can't treat if I have termites and then told me, "you have termites". Just because termites are found swarming outside is NOT in itself proof positive a home is infested. He also stated the Big Deal I purchased was more like insurance rather than actual treatment. Insurance? At no time did I see that term. I believe using the word PROTECTION in their ad leads one to believe their home will be treated against possible infestation and that belief was confirmed when I was told by the female on the phone the home would be treated when the technician came out. If all they intend to do is INSPECT a home, then they should use that term in their ad. There's a huge difference. I would not have made this purchase had I known the full story.

Description of Work: Received message on 1 Jan. stating they, Reliance Pest Solutions, would be at our house sometime this month. They arrived early on 2 Jan. The exterminator was thorough, professional, and willingly took the time to explain the process. He placed a liquid solution around the exterior base of house followed by a slow releasing granular product 15' around the exterior as well. At my request he sprayed a solution within the garage. He also left us with the understanding that if we have any problems between now and the next service to just give him a call. A job well done.

Description of Work: They called and scheduled a time to come and spray for our quarterly pest control for spiders,ants ,wasps and other household pest. The tech that came was very professional and explained the service very well. So far we are very happy with there service. The Renfro's

Description of Work: Extermination on a quarterly basis. The technicians were very cordial and did what they said they were going to do. I had to call them back for some small bugs and they came out within a few days with no charge. The bugs are gone. The price was a special for a year which is a good price in comparison to most companies.
