Reliance Pest Solutions

Jason came to our home and inspected for pests and termites, I purchased both the termite inspection and pest control for a year. He explained his findings and recommended we use a bait system for termites. We have just had the home treated for termites by another company and we feel the service with the other company has not been good and we will bait with Reliance as soon as our contract with the other company runs out. I was impressed when I purchased the coupons and they called the next day to get the appt scheduled for my treatment. They made me feel like they appreciated my business and I feel they will stand behind their work. I have had another nationwide pest control company for years and I don't feel they ever appreciated my business. They even treated my attic for pests which the other company has never done in all the years I has them. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this company.

RPS was able to schedule the appointment on the day we needed it with all the other home inspections. They were VERY helpful on the phone both answering questions about the inspection, cost and the appointment. They called the day of the appoitment to verify the time was still convenient. They arrived on time, explained what they would be doing and got straight to work. They were VERY thorough. After their inspection, they explained what they found and showed us all the problem areas as well as they older (out of regulation) treatments that had been preformed previously. They gave us a competetive quote for treament with NO pressure to use their service but still explained what they would do if we chose to have the home treated with them. They were very professional and friendly and we will definiately use them again!

I found a coupon on Angies List for a year's pest control service at $295. I called the number listed and asked questions about the service, including do they treat inside and outside the resident, is the treatment child-safe, do we have to leave the residence while they are treating the home, and if they guarantee that we will be bug free. I learned that they do treat the inside on the first visit and then the outside on succeeding visits. They also treated the attic. We did not have to leave the house as their chemical is odorless and child-safe. The representative came on time, explained exactly what he was going to do, did the work as outlined, and then explained fully what he had done. We were very pleased with what we have experienced thus far. The ultimate test will be if we are able to control pests throughout the year.

I wasn't sure if it was their treatment or the dry weather, but there were very few mosquitoes in the yard for quite a while. They have been punctual, neat and efficient. Have not been seeing spiders or bugs in the house.

I had seen several spiders and ants in my house that I wanted to get rid of. I called Reliance they came out and inspected and sprayed the whole house and attic and treated my yard for ticks. I was very happy with the technician and her professionalism and how friendly she was. The treatment took care of my spider and and ant problem, and I have only seen a live bug once or twice since they came out 3 months ago.

The exterminator arrived on time and sprayed the inside of my house, put out sticky traps and sprayed the exterior and also put pellets out for the exterior. I had quite a few spiders in the spring and summer. After it was treated there were very few spiders to be seen. He even picked up a dead bird that he found in my flower bed that had flown into one of the windows on the house. He then sprayed around my shop and also placed some sticky traps in it as well. He also, knocked down wasp nests and cleaned up any mess that he made in doing so. Overall, it was a great experience and I would use this company again.

Overall, great company and great employees. Very prompt and true to their word of taking care of your pest problems. For the package that I bought, they don't charge if you need a maintenance appt. We finally were able to rid my condo of a pantry moth infestation plus spraying and taking care of the rest of the condo inside and outside. They are the nicest people in person and on the phone. They couldn't locate my phone number for one of our scheduled appointments and true to their word, they came out and sprayed anyway and left me the receipt to show they had been there. Very impressed. Also, acted like it was no trouble at all to come spray again for the moths which finally wiped them out.

Reliant Pest Control lived up to it's Angie's List A rating! The service was great and very professional. The service person was pleasant and very knowledgable. Their work was done in a timely manner and they answered all of our questions. The cost was very reasonable with options that included a quarterly inspection and termite treatment if necessary and a guarantee for one (1) year. The regular pest control services are good and we enjoyed the deal that we got through Angie's List that saved us over $100. We continue to use their services and they have performed in an OUTSTANDING fashion. Great company, great people (including office people), great price, great service!!! Awesome. On time, thorough, very pleased.

The Technician was very nice and professional. I had no problem with our initial visit; however, I have called since to have someone else come out to recheck for wasps nests as my husband had to know some down. No one ever came by and my next visit from them is supposed to be in November. We will see what happens then.

The treatment has been effective in that the only insects we've found in the house since the treatment were dead or dying.

I called at 0900 and they were able to send someone to my home at 1:00 pm the same day. They just happened to be working in our area that day. The technician was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He wore a company issued and labeled shirt. He honored the online coupon I obtained from Angie's list even though I did not have it when I called for service.

I subscribed to the Angie's list Big Deal of the week, which was quarterly pest control from this company. Golden, the contact, was very cordial. I had a pest control guy at the house very soon after purchasing the package. He was quite professional and friendly and sprayed my house for pests plus a yard treatment for mosquitoes. I was a little disappointed that the primary pest I wanted to wipe out - fleas - were a separate and extra charge. I'm not sure that this was specified in the package. About a week after the service, there was a moth problem in our pantry. I don't think at all that the pests were introduced by the treatment. So, I called back and Golden let me know that she would send someone out. Getting someone back to the house was a bit of a challenge. The first guy we scheduled couldn't make it - and I was given plenty of notice. Impressively, Golden tried to reach me at hours that I wouldn't consider "banker's hours." However, after that, I didn't hear back on rescheduling. I did call back several days later when I could. She scheduled the next available with me and the guy showed up exactly on time without a hitch. He was quite professional and friendly, just like his previous colleague. He and I took all the cans out of the pantry and he sprayed the area (after identifying the offending moth, and educating me on them). He also sprayed other rooms specifically for where these moths might like to hang out. We'll see over the next few weeks how their elimination went. Oh - there was no charge for him coming out and spraying for moths, very cool. At this moment, other than the moths that are hopefully dying, we do not have a bug problem at all.

I purchased a full interior/exterior extermination through Angies List Buy Now Deals. I was contacted right away and set up the appointment. The Reliance technician showed up on time and explained exactly what was involved with the process and asked about anything that I was having a problem with or needed special attention. We walked the inside and outside of my home and he got started spraying. He even removed a hornets nest on the side of my home which I did not know about. He sprayed the basement for me and laid out some sticky boxes to catch any insects that might be driven out by the spraying. We discussed possible options for future spraying possibilities and he headed out. I was extremely pleased with the experience and will definitely be using Reliance again for any pest needs.

We just built a house, so we needed preventative service more than anything. The office manager is extremely friendly and helpful, as were their technicians. She told us who our tech would be when we made the appointment, and the tech followed up himself the day of the appointment to let us know he was on his way. The techs were very punctual and friendly, and they were very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. I admit I'm a scaredy cat when it comes to bugs, but they were totally understanding with any silly questions. We signed up for the standard barrier treatment plan, which starts with one interior treatment, then regular "barrier" treatments throughout the year. There is still a lot of active construction in our area, which can stir up lots of critters, so they assured me that if we had any further concerns, they would come do a second interior treatment at no additional cost. Sure enough we had crickets and spiders start creeping into our garage, and the crickets repeatedly managed to get under the doors into the house. Admittedly, all the ones we found in the house were dead or dying, but I still mentioned it to our tech. They immediately offered to come do another interior treatment and go ahead and do our first follow-up barrier treatment. When the tech came out for the follow up he asked about what sort of bugs we were seeing, and we told him we'd seen a black widow on our fence as well as wasps hanging around one window (but no nest). He went and checked the fence over and did an extra treatment on that area, and even went up and checked around our attic to make sure that the wasps hadn't started a nest we couldn't see. So far we have been very happy with Reliance's service, and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Reliance Pest Solutions is reasonable and the treatment is effective. I had a problem, they came and took care of it on the first time.

The office manager was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and reported back when he had completed his inspection. He explained our options thoroughly with no pressure. We felt very comfortable with him in our house and was very respectful of us and our home. I expect to be using their services from now on.

Tech arrived promptly and was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Informed me of "GREEN" products that could be used rather than harmful chemicals for future applications.
