So far so good. Showed up on time as planned. I am now on a monthly pest control cycle with these folks. As of this time, I would recommend them to others. They seem reputable and the prices for the service seem to be fair.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They came out a week or 2 after I bought the deal. I thought they were exceptional. They have a great customer service. They were great. I already signed up to use them again.

Very professional service; the employee was courteous. He explained what he had done, what to watch for, etc.

Andrew was very courteous, professional, and prompt. He was very thorough in his applications and pointed out more dangerous spiders and stinging insects. He bombed the attic twice because he saw so many spiders there. This house had sat vacant for several months before we bought it, and I was very concerned about the pests. I am very pleased with the results and will make use of the quarterly treatments that they offer. Their price is very fair and a good value.

I called on Wednesday and spoke to Golden who provided me with all my options and was very thorough. She truly was a nice person and was patient with me, after I asked for her to go over it with me again. She told me what times were available for someone to come out and I selected the next day. On Thursday Andrew came out, he was actually a half hour early and apologized for it but I had no problem with this. He was able to answer all my questions, he sprayed the inside and outside of my home and left traps. I have been having a problem with scorpions and he was able to calm and alleviate at my fears. He told me exactly what he was doing and why, we discussed the contract and what I could expect to happen. I have not seen any scorpions or spiders in my home since Andrew left, I also have not seen any wasp and definitely less bugs outside. I live on 1 1/2 acres in the country so I know it's impossible to get rid of everything but I am very pleased with what was accomplished. This company was very professional and very nice, I will be using them again.

I called for service on Monday and it was scheduled for Friday between 10:30am and Noon. Shane arrived on time and went through a detailed explanation of what would be done and details of treatment. He was very competent and detailed in his explanation. Shane performed the service in a reasonable time and very professionally. At completion, he explained my options regarding continued service - again very detailed, but not pressuring me in any way. He left copies of paperwork of what had been done and estimates for continuing the service, again explaining everything in detail. Being a Senior Citizen, I was impressed with the whole operation - Reliance can feel very secure that Shane represented them very well. Since treatment, I have found many dead bugs on my patio, carport, and even inside the house. Overall, this was a good experience - much better than I anticipated. I recommend Reliance Pest Solutions to anyone looking for pest control.

PROVIDER SET APPT FOR 09/09/13. PROVIDER FAILED TO SHOW. NO CALL. MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT PROVIDER BY PHONE, EMAIL AND FAX FAILED. PROVIDER APPEARS TO HAVE CLOSED SHOP AND LEFT TOWN.

My service provider was Shane. He arrived on time. Explained what he was going to do, and then went about his buisiness. The part I loved the best was the attic spray! I have always wanted the attic spayed and that was a part of the package. I have already booked them again for my daughter's house!

Outdoor spiders do come back....it is outside so I guess they were fine.

They're good about helping us set up appoint. They show up on time, and they do a good job. Also, they're always very courteous. I don't have any problem with them!

I thought I had found a local provider who I could speak with to discuss their service. After leaving a message with my contact info and a two day wait I called back two different numbers again. Both went to a "message service" again and there was no way to speak with anyone actually working for the company. The answering service was not even aware of the 2nd number? Not a good indicator of customer service to have no one available at your company. I will go with a different company I can actually communicate with!

Our technician was very polite and thorough. He explained the year plan very well. If we see any bugs at any time, he will come back and spray again at no charge.

Everything went great, no complaints other than 1 small nit-pick... it was raining out and we would have appreciated if the tech would have had booties to place over his boots while transitioning from outside to in. Will not continue with their quarterly spray program as it ONLY treats the outside perimeter, no further indoor treatments are provided. For the cost and benefit I will continue treating our home myself. If this is not something you want to handle yourself, I highly recommend this company.

I was very happy with their service. However, at the end of my last contract they raised their prices SIGNIFICANTLY and I did not renew. (Hence the "D" rating on price... while I was using them, it was much lower and I would have rated their pricing a B.) I am currently shopping for another pest control provider.

I used their services for a year, and then I stopped using them. They were timely and responsive when I ask them questions either on email or on phone call.

He was very professional and explained everything in detail. It was a very good experience and, so far, we are bug free!
