Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Oklahoma City

Yesterday I looked on Angie's List for a plumber for the issues I listed above. I called Mr. Rooter in the late afternoon, and they sent someone out this morning. The plumber arrived on schedule. He was very personable and efficient. I was very happy with the entire transaction. I would gladly recommend Mr. Rooter, and I will definitely use them again if I need plumbing work done.

My kitchen sink was not draining properly. I called Mr Rooter Of Oklahoma City and they were at my house in less than 30 minutes. Larry looked over the situation, cleaned out the drain, tested the drainage and was on his way in less than an hour. Excelent service at a reasonanble price! I'll use them in the future for any plumbing needs. The 10% Angie's List Coupon saved me ten dollars.

Called Mr. Rooter to set an appointment for a leaking and running toilet. They were immediately available and were at my house within the hour. The technician was friendly and professional. He had all the needed parts with him, and completed the repair in less than an hour. The price was exactly what I was told it would be with no suprise parts or fees. I am very satisfied with the service Mr. Rooter provided.

We had 2 leaking exterior hose bibs. We called late morning and requested Terry (as recommended in another person's review). The person we spoke to was courteous and efficient, advising that Terry would be out some time the same day. Terry arrived within two hours. He was very professional, courteous and personable. He attempted to save us money by changing only the washers, but the bibs still leaked. He was great about explaining and showing to my husband why the next step of replacing the bib assembly was required. He was very cautious about the amount of mortar that he had to chip away in order to remove the old bibs, minimizing the costs of masonry repairs for us. He even suggested perfectly suitable cosmetic and waterproof repairs that we could do to the masonry ourselves. We also had a minor toilet tank drip that my husband wanted to repair himself. Before Terry left, he told my husband how to properly do the repair (our previous attempts had failed) and provided us with the necessary part. Overall, our experience with Terry and the Mr. Rooter company was stress free, and cost us less than we had anticipated.

I had an outside faucet that was leaking. Terry, the technician, arrived at the scheduled appointment time and was very courteous and professional. Within about 15 minutes, he had the faucet fixed without any problems. He only charged me for a service call plus I was able to use my Angie's list coupon so I was very pleased with the price! I have a very old home and was expecting the repair to involve significant work. I was very pleased that it was a simple fix. I feel because of the age of my home, he could have tried to tell me I needed to have more extensive work done but he did not. I am very pleased with Mr. Rooter and would definitely use them for future service.

My appointment time was at 1:00 and they did not show up until 3:45 as they were on another job on the north side of town that took longer to complete than expected. Once Chris arrived, he surveyed my projects and promptly got busy first repairing the outdoor faucet in 100+ temps. There was very little water pressure coming out of this faucet and I thought it would need to be replaced. He informed me that he thought the pipe might be buckled and that would entail quite extensive work to replace the pipes. He blew out the water line and replaced the washers instead and so far it is working just fine. He did say that we might have to do this every 2 -3 years which at this point is fine with me. He then proceeded to remove the 2 faucets in the kitchen and bath and remove the drain pipe from the 2nd bath. After the removal, which I am so glad we didn't try ourselves, he replaced them with the new faucets and installed a drain plug for the 2nd bath. He cleaned up after himself and disposed of the old faucets for me. Chris was very professional, honest and polite and I would not hesitate to call them the next time I need some plumbing help.

During the middle of the day on a Sunday, water started backing up in the toilets. I checked with Angie's list and found this A-rated firm called Mr. Rooter. I called and someone immediately answered, took down the problem and said someone would be there "shortly". After having dealt with various service companies in the last year who showed up late or not at all, my first thought was "Yeah, sure they will." But I was wrong! In about 45 minutes, "Larry" showed up at my house, unpacked the equipment and had my drains working in about thirty minutes. He took the time to explain his analysis of why the line had stopped up (three times in the last year), and recommended a course of action. I found the service to be excellent and prompt, and the technician to be knowledgeable. I'd like to commend Larry to his supervisors and I'll definitely be using this company again.

The response time was excellent from the time I called to the time the service was performed. The service tech was very professional and even cleaned up after the drain clean out was completed.

After spotting this company on AngiesList, I gave them a call to have an estimate done on having a sump pump installed for my basement. Initially everything seemed great, they sent someone out the same day to take a look, and come up with an estimate. Later the same day, they called for more info, and talked to me about the different options we had available. Because my water problems were from surface water, a pump on the outside of the house was figured to be the best route. The gentleman I spoke to said he would have to check with another company for some of the required items to complete the job. That was the last conversation I had, and had not recieved another response or an estimate, and it's been weeks later. I gave one call to check the status of the estimate, but find that if a company does not follow through on their own, then that is what I would expect on their work. Maybe it was one bad case, or they didn't want the job. Either way, some closure in the chain would have been nice.

At first, was not impressed of service call tech. Kind of had a know-it-all attitude. But Steve, Bryan, Curt scoped line out. Brought technician in, replaced the line. Restrung my fence. All very courteous & responsive.

Went great. Polite on phone. Took my appointment time as requested. Man showed up right on time. Assured me it would be a fast/simple repair. Cleaned drain. No problems.

First of all, I called Mr. Rooter a month ago to use for my son's rental house that we take care of for him. One of the toilets was slow to flush, I tried to unclog the plunger and the little snake deal but both failed to work. We called Mr. Rooter and they quoted us a price of $90.00 an hour and could be there within an hour. The plumber arrived on time after looking over the situation decided he and had to take the toilet off the floor to use their commercial rot-rooter device to unclog the toilet. He discovered a root had grown through the pipes and that was the reason for the toilet flushing slowly. The root was over a foot long and 3" in diameter. After clearing out the line they reinstalled the toilet and did it all for less than $140.00 which we felt was quite reasonable. We were very impressed with their service and how prompt they were to get to the house to fix the problem. They were very professional and quite friendly too. Yesterday, when we needed to get the faucet fixed I immediately thought of Mr. Rooter again because of the great service and reasonable price they charged us for fixing the problem at our son's home a month ago. I called yesterday to tell them what the problem was and again they quoted a price of $90.00 an hour. They were ready to send someone within the hour but we weren't going to be home until later in the day so they sent a guy out at the time that suited us best. Once he got here he saw the problem and offered to put a new hose on it or replace the whole faucet since it was 20 years old and breaking down anyway. While he was taking apart the old faucet I drove over to Lowe's nearby and bought a faucet and he immediately put it on without any difficulty. He was very professional, friendly and cleaned up his mess before leaving. It took him one hour and he charged us $90.00 just like they quoted on the phone. Mr. Rooter is a great company. They arrive when they say they will. They get right in and do the job and get it done quickly. We have full confidence in them and feel this is a company that can be trusted and not take advantage of you. We'd recommend them to anyone who has plumbing needs.

After reviewing plumber recommendations on Angie's List, I picked out a couple of highly rated plumbing companies to call and talk to about our problem. One company wasn't sure what our problem might be nor could he give me an approximate estimate. He also could not get to us for a few days. I do understand he was probably very busy and just a smaller company but we wanted this fixed fairly quickly. I then called Mr. Rooter around 3:45 in the afternoon to discuss our problem. The friendly dispatcher gave me an estimate and told me what he thought the problem might possibly be. He asked me what time would be a good time and I told him that I would be home around 5:00. He said he would have someone there at 5:00. The service tech was waiting at my house when I arrived home before 5:00. The problem was exactly what the dispatcher thought it might be. The cost was exactly what he quoted and it was fixed immediately. It has been working properly ever since it was fixed. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

They were quick to respond. They were really nice and really professional. They got the job done and left. I didn't have any problems with them. Theirs was the highest bid and their price was very high for what they did. It took them only 10 or 15 minutes to do the job. I think the price was probably right for plumbing, but it seemed very high to me. The quality of work was good. They kept things clean. They even gave me recommendations on what to do outdoors and so forth. I would definitely recommend them.

I had used them in June. I found them on Angie's List. It was a really good experience. I really liked the guy that came out. He was really friendly and helpful in explaining exactly what my options were and finding the least expensive solution. He was very friendly and very professional.

A clogged toilet is never a good thing. We called Mr. Rooter and they came out to inspect the problem. The plumber tried to clean the sewer pipe but found that it was very old and clogged, and recommended replacing the sewer pipe. Several days later, the pipe was replaced and all went well. The only problem we ran into was getting them out to do the job on time. They were very slow to come out and didn't always communicate it well, which was frustrating.

They were able to unclog my drain where other plumber failed. I was quoted 2100$ fix from an independent plumber to dig up my main and replace a flange on the toilet. Mr. Rooter people took their time, cleared my drain and fixed my toilet for 183$. Thanks Mr. Rooter

We ended up going with them because another person couldn't get to us for several days. They have not done any other work for us. The interaction with them was okay. I wasn't blown away by their professionalism. They came in and did the job, but I wasn't blown away. I think the price was a little bit on the higher end. I probably could have got it done a little cheaper. I had a coupon and I told them about it. I had to show it to him on Angie's List. The guy didn't know anything about it. I thought I would pay cash because I had cash. I would have had to have charged it if I wanted to use the discount because he didn't have change on him. I couldn't use the coupon because he didn't have change. He acted like I was supposed to tip him. I just wasn't that thrilled with them at all. They did the job. We haven't had any problems after that. In that capacity it was satisfactory. They weren't necessarily personable. He didn't try to know what was really going on. They came out the same day. They cleaned up the clog, but beyond that point we wouldn't go back and use them again, not if we can help it.

They did a very good job. We spent $300 on that work. We had had a good experience with this particular plumber with Mr Rooter and we asked for him. We got them from the list. We had had a very bad experience with another company who tried to milk us for several hundred dollars and I knew that they were not a good option. When we got back from our vacation, we had that proposal re-priced by Mr Rooter and it was very reasonable and he did the job very well, so we had them back.

They were professional, friendly and punctual. Every time we get the same guy, Chris and he is very good.

The heater never got disconnected so I called Mr Rooter. They sent a truck within 2 hours. They capped the gas line and switched off the valve so we could then pull it out from the crawlspace so we could repair the wood floors. He was very efficient only charged me one hour and was very helpful.
