We were very pleased with the service and efficiency of getting our windows done. Everything was very straight forward and never felt uneasy about any of the process. The windows are beautiful and are very happy with them. We have already referred Mr. Rhodes to some of our neighbors!!

If you're looking for replacement windows and/or doors, which you obviously are since you're here reading reviews: Get comfy. I've got a good one for you. When the time came to buy replacement windows, my husband and I went on the hunt for quality that wouldn't break the bank coupled with experienced installation and excellent customer service provided by a long-established company. (Yeah... right, lady. Would you like a herd of iridescent unicorns thrown in for good measure?) Being well-versed in exercising due diligence, retired and patient, we had plenty of time for the search. We started by asking friends and relatives who they had used; and, as you can imagine, the responses were all over the board. We got quotes from two of the Big Names, and requested a quote from one of the most aggressive advertisers and got no response from them whatsoever... but it's just as well. Their quote would probably have been near or higher than the others. Then we went to dinner at the brother- and sister-in-law's house... and there they were: the windows and patio doors we'd been wanting forever complete with a glowing recommendation for both experience, service, and quality. We wasted no time getting in touch with M. Rhodes Co. LLC and got a quote – it wasn't the cheapest. We didn't want the cheapest; and it wasn't the most expensive. We sure didn't want that... we had been there and done that in our last house when we were young and foolish. M. Rhodes Co., owned and managed by Bob Rhodes and his daughter, Tara, has been in business almost forever. It was started by Bob's father 83 years ago. Bob and Tara do the quoting and he's known his installers – two brothers – since they were children. They're in their mid-40s now. They specialize in Simonton products – excellent construction and quality at a fair price. The only hiccup in the entire process was the supply chain issue caused by the pandemic. We had to wait a few weeks longer than 'normal'... but let me tell you: Our patience was rewarded. It was well worth the wait. The windows and patio doors came in. Bob called immediately and we scheduled the door installation for the end of that week with the windows to follow the following Monday – today. The brothers showed up at the promised time and went to work. Both patio doors were installed and functioning perfectly by 12:30pm. One of us had a prior commitment, so work commenced this morning at the appointed time and before we knew it, we had three fixed windows, a huge picture window, and two standard windows done and dusted. All the debris was packed up and carried off and when they left, there wasn't a spot on the glass, the frames, the sills... nowhere. So... if the above was TLDR (too long, didn't read) for you... here's the bottom line: M. Rhodes Co. LLC, is professional, provides excellent customer service, quality products, experienced installation, 10-Star performance, a fair price that only changed by a little bit due to some rot under one of our sills, an honest presentation, and genuine appreciation for our business. Give them a call. You'll save – literally – thousands of dollars; and you'll get windows and doors that make your home quieter (I can't believe how much these have cut down the traffic noise!) and more secure. You'll get communication. Real Customer Service. Experience. Quality. Fair pricing. An honest deal... and they're an Oklahoma company to boot! When they give you their word, they keep it. I wasn't sure this kind of company still existed in 'these unprecedented times'; but it does. I didn't get an iridescent unicorn herd, but that's okay. I didn't have anyplace to keep one anyway. (In the spirit of full disclosure, we were asked to give M. Rhodes Co. an honest review when the job was done, which I have herein provided. I was not given a discount, payment, or any special treatment one way or the other in any way, shape, or form for the opinions I have given... I am, however, a professional writer; so I buy pixels by the 55gal drum... :))

Before Bob and his daughter came out, I knew absolutely nothing about windows! One of the first questions he asked me was what color you looking for and I said color!! I didn't know windows came in different colors, I do now. A friend recommended Bob to me and that was good enough for me. They measured for the new windows, gave me a price and I signed the contract. Three weeks later and I have new windows installed! The two guys that installed the windows were very fast and did an excellent job of installation. The biggest thing I notice about these windows is the noise reduction, kind of spooky!! Would I hire M. Rhodes again you bet I would. And Bob has a new cane that looks like a Louisville slugger, so you better watch out! Just kidding!

Bob and Tara were great to work with on our window replacement project. The windows arrived ahead of schedule, the installers (Brad and Shay) were on time and worked very efficiently. Bob called me several times to check on the installation progress. We are very satisfied with the quality of the windows and the work that Bob and his crew did for us.

I could not be happier with their work. They were prompt, courteous, hard-working and did a fantastic job, especially around the tight corners and edges around our windows and doors. Great Job !!!

It was such a wonderful experience. They were very professional from the time they came to give the quote to following through on the install. They cleaned up once the windows were installed and left it clean. They were careful on our flower beds and followed up to make sure we were completely happy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. We were so happy with our windows.

Very down to earth, professional experience with Bob & Tara. Installation guys were great as well. They always were detail oriented and always left site clean at the end of the work day. Will use them again when we are ready to install new windows as well.

The men did a great job replacing the windows. There was minimal if any mess as they cleaned up very well. All we had to do was basically move items back in place. The job was completed well and in the time frame indicated. We were very pleased with the work performed.

Excellent transaction from start to finish. Mr. Rhodes has to be the kindest soul I've ever met. He's very accurate with the measurements, finishes, delivery times and installation. He has a great sense of humor and his Polo cologne is a bonus. Mr. Rhodes and his daughter Tara tag team the sale and contract and trust me his prices are fair. From start to finish, the goal to purchase and have installed windows for entire home went seamless. The meeting of Mr. Rhodes and his daughter, the communication of what to expect and when to expect it was on target. The installers of the windows worked quickly and efficiently. The only indicator that they were in the house was the installed awesome windows. They cleaned and swept up everything inside and out. No trace of debris anywhere.

Windows were installed in 1.5 days. Very polite installers, cleaned up after each window installed. This is not the first time this company has installed windows for me. Am very please with the service and the customer service provided by Robert and his workers.

Rhoades Company was outstanding!! They were friendly, honest and upfront about the cost and expectations. Company called and kept me informed on order status of windows and the install went great. Changing out windows is dirty work but my house was spotless after the install. I love, love, love my new windows. They are so clean, quiet and best of all... no more drafts. The cost of the windows was good too with cost comparisons. I highly recommend using them.

It was great. I was kept up to date about everything that was going to happen. All of my questions were answered before and during the work. The workmen were very professional, they kept me informed, if they had any questions they asked before they proceeded. When they found something suspect with other parts of they house they informed me even though it was not something they would repair. Just so I would know what was going on with the house. (I had some roof issues, and a light that they removed the wires were brittle and needed to be replaced.) I feel very comfortable about recommending them.

The windows arrived on time, the installers arrived on time and worked hard all day to complete the job. We have a pergola on the patio which made installation more difficult, but they were able to complete it and it looks great! This is the second house that Bob has done replacement windows for and we have always been pleased with the results. Thanks for a job well done!

This went really well. They were very polite, courteous and neat about their work. You can obviously tell they care about their performance and enjoy what they do. I would hire them again for sure.
