Bob Rhoades and his daughter Tara were just what I needed to do the repairs on my home. My husband passed away a year ago after a short 3 year illness and I did not know how bad my house had gotten on the outside. Bob advised me on several matters that needed immediate attention. He and Tara offered help with color combinations and I love the way my house looks now. The 2 men that did the work on the house were very kind and sensitive to the special needs of my family. There was no mess to clean up when they were done for the day. Their quality of workmanship is excellent. They even took time to help me decide on what color paint to put where. Bob stayed in touch with me daily and inspected the job site almost daily. I was very comfortable leaving them alone with my home unlocked. I had gotten several estimates from others and M. Rhoades Co. was from $5000. to $12,000 cheaper. I would recommend them to anyone and have them back to my home anytime I need help with my house. When the painting is complete I will post before and after pictures. Great Company and Crew.

The two gentlemen that put in the windows and siding did a great job. They worked very hard, only took one break for lunch. The owners are very nice people. They offer a great product at a very fair price. They will respond back to you very quickly if you have a question. They come out and check as the work is being done. Please check them out before you purchase anywhere else.

The entire experience was terrific from start to finish. We received a recommendation through the NEXTDOOR APP. We had multiple bids from some of the well known companies like Pella and Anderson. Most were high pressure, vague on many items and wanted a contract today to get the best price. Of course the price kept going down when they thought we might not bite. We chose Rhodes LLC Company mainly because of the Owner Bob and his daughter. It was like talking to another family member. There was no price jockeying. They measured all the windows and gave us ONE price. Didn't try and over sell anything. Bob said that was the only way he does business which was music to our ears. Bob had been doing this for I think over 40 years. Took it over from his father back in 1931 if I remember right. The timeline from start to finish was exactly what they said it would be. He has used the same installer for many years. Brad and his brother were exceptional. Taking the old windows out was a bigger deal than I thought and these guys had everything under control. Cleanest and most efficient workers we had seen in a long time. Bob came out on several occasions to check on the progress. Could not find a flaw in the entire process. If you want an honest and hard working company this is the one for sure. Highly recommend.

Bob was great and offered and excellent price. He was very responsive and coordinated for his crew to come out and perform services without a hiccup other than one day of stormy weather. The installer, Stacey, performs great work. He performed the work as if it were his own home. He is very meticulous and is VERY thorough. He ensured all debris was removed and you could not even tell work was performed there other than wonderful looking windows! Overall, I would hire again. Bob's price was substantially lower (up to $1700 less) for flawless installation and a better window than the others were quoting me. I checked with two other companies and was underwhelmed. Bob was referred to me by a friend who highly recommended him. Here I am, HIGHLY recommending his services to all of those who are diligently performing their research before making a decision. You will not be disappointed.

They did a very good job. I was very satisfied with the windows they put it. They took there time and explained which choices would be best for my house. They were very polite and got the job done in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with my choice. I had seven windows done and a door.

They did a great job on both. The workers were very professional, nice and cleaned up with the siding and windows, was very impressed. Bob came by to check on the work and called afterwards to make sure we were happy, I highly recommend them!

The workmanship was well done. The installation went well and the workers were on time cleaned up after the work was done. Ray was efficient and very polite. Very satisfied with the quality and expertise of the work. My next project is windows and I will hire him to install them.

If you ever thought about replacing all of your home's windows but didn't for fear of the costs and/or quality - don't do what I did: nothing. Our home's windows were 35 years old with bad seals. We needed to replace 1 picture window, 7 large floor-to-ceiling casement windows, as well as, three single-hung bedroom windows. I knew quality windows would cost us and I held out little hope for a decent warranty. We might have well as asked for the moon. To our rescue was Bob Rhodes and his daughter, Tara! They handle Simonton windows [[*** Link removed ***] tops in JD Power, Consumer Reports...and we got superb windows, energy efficiency, and a fantastic warranty. Bob & Tara handle it all for you and have a great work crew. And did I mention we only paid $5200 for all of this? Pinch me!

Bob and his crew were very particular about the quality of work and included me on any decisions that were needed as the work progressed. The crew was very nice and hard working. Bob made this experience very simple and we will be using him again on future projects.

Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing this company is!! Customer service was excellent, install team was professional, and everything was done in a timely manner. It only took about 2 weeks from the time we got the quote until the project was complete. And the price? Let's just say Rhodes pricing blows the other guys out of the water AND they provide a quality product. That is a rare combo these days. We are so happy with the pricing and results that we are already making plans for them to redo the siding on our house in the near future.

Every thing went as planned. Mr. Rhodes measured for 10-11 windows and gave me a free quote. The quoted price was 2 to 3 thousand less than another contractor I had come out. This helped me make the decision to add a storm door to the project. All windows and the door were replaced in one day. Quality work, quality product.

Stacy did a really good job installing the windows. Stacy was friendly and answered all my questions. He worked nonstop till they had them all in. When he had an issue he came and got me and showed me how he were going to fix it. Overall I’m very satisfied with their performance in the windows they sold me!

Initial consult went great. Showed up as scheduled and was very nice and informative. Bid, contract, and order was prompt and professional. As soon as windows were in, appointment set to install. M. Rhodes kept in contact all the way thru reporting on progress. When the installers arrived they immediately went to work. They protected the inside floors, outside ground, swept and vacuumed, and polished every window. The installers were great. The were kind, respectful, and worked hard continuously thru out the day. I am a perfectionist and they met my expectations. This house is a complete remodel and contractors can be a pain sometimes. Thanks M. Rhodes Company for your professionalism and commitment to excellence. And an extra thank you to Stacey, the lead installer, who is a perfectionist himself, for a job well done.

Bob came out and brought samples and discussed all our options and took measurements. We had a couple unique shaped windows and he came out with others a second time to ensure all measurements were correct. Two weeks later him and his team came and installed they were very professional and did an amazing job and followed up to make sure we were happy. Excellent the whole way.

The crew was excellent, on time, cleaned up perfectly, and made little noise. We couldn't have asked for a better result.

The removal and replacement of our windows went well, from beginning to end. M Rhodes delivered on all of their promises, from measurement, to ordering windows, and scheduling installation promptly. I had an exceptional experience working with M. Rhodes Company. They came out quickly to give me a quote (which was a LOT better than Champion Windows) and then when it came to install them their guy Stacey Parrot was as good as they come. He was a perfectionist and treated my home as if it was his own. I would use these guys again (and will use them again on another house I own.) I would not hesitate giving anyone a 'Great' reference for my experience with M. Rhodes Company.
