They did a great job! They covered my furniture so it wouldn't get dusty, then completely cleaned everything up inside and outside. All I had to do was put my curtains back up. Would definitely use them again.

This project was our 2nd whole-house replacement of windows that we have had Bob do for us. On our first home we went with all double-hung vinyl windows (white) and 3 large picture windows. We were completely amazed at beauty, noise reduction (from previous aluminum windows) and energy savings we achieved from these windows. Bob beat the next closest price by $5k for the same quality windows! Using Bob and Tara for our next house was a no-brainer. Besides the exceptional value and service they offer with their windows and doors, they do business the old fashion way; their word is there bond and are just a delight to know as people. I have recommended them to many people who have considered window replacement. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I’m very impressed with M. Rhodes Company, they came out and installed the siding for my home. The precision and skill they used in installing our siding far exceeded my expectations. I contacted Bob Rhodes through a recommendation from our realtor. I left a voicemail and he responded the same day. He then came over for a quote and walk through within a few business days. Bob is easy to talk to and enjoys telling stories from past projects. He said the company started with his father about 80 years ago and he has been working on windows for around 40 years himself. His daughter (Terra) seems to be following his footsteps in the business. It was nice to work with a local business. By coincidence, his daughter knew my brother from high school. After he and daughter measured the windows we sat down and discussed our options and what was best for our house. Bob and Terra were honest about what to expect and what their windows would provide. He showed us how the windows operate and any other details we asked him. We received a very reasonable quote but took a week to decide. He was understanding and did not overly pressure us to decide on the spot. Once we decided to use them and sign the contract. It took about 2 weeks for the windows to be ordered and arrive at our house. It then took them 2 days to install the windows. Both time frames were estimated during our initial visit and held true after we signed the contract. Bob called after the first day of installation to make sure we were happy with the windows and installation. My wife and I both work so we did not stay at home when they installed our windows. Bob assured me he has professional trustworthy installers. Our windows were installed by 2 men (brothers) and we had no issues with letting them in our house when were away. Not having to stay at home really helped with our tight schedules. They did a great job. The windows look great and our house was kept clean. I did a final walk through with Bob after the windows were completed. He provided all of the paperwork we needed (waiver of lien and warranty information). We had a great experience with M Rhodes Company LLC and would recommend them for anyone wanting to update their house with quality and affordable windows.

I bought a rent house that needed several windows repaired. I decided to replace instead. Bob scheduled the estimate quickly. When we made the decision to go with his company, he followed up with another measurement and details about the process. The windows came in the following week and were installed the next week. Bob was good at communicating information. The installers were very professional and explained some issues we had with the old house and the new windows. They cleaned up well and the windows are a great improvement.

Went well. Company kept us up to date on schedule changes as the rainy season can make it difficult to schedule sometimes. The team paid attention to detail and once the project started they worked until it was complete. Very friendly and took pride in the work they performed. Project looked great. Would use again.

The installer’s did a great job, they were very professional they took there time to make sure that they were installed properly and address any of my concerns. They made sure that everything that needed to be taking down was put back, (curtains , brackets ect.); plus they cleaned the windows and there mess up. The installers went over the working of windows, and if I had any problems to please call. They were very reasonably price and they also have a great warranty. We had a large picture window replaced. It is beautiful and the quality is excellent. The installers were on time, very courteous and professional. They did not make a mess and cleaned up what little there was. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Great! I was extremely impressed with Bob and the installers. They took down my blinds and curtains and made sure to hook up the window alarm sensors and rehung the blinds and curtains. The installer made sure I knew I needed to submit my warranty work online. Showed me how to work the windows for cleaning.

Their team did an amazing job. Their price was substantially more affordable than the other companies we interviewed and their team was so clean and efficient. I'm blown away at how good the new windows looked compared to our old windows. We had new windows in our entire downstairs installed and will definitely use them to do the upstairs windows when we're ready. We have already referred them to a few friends and will continue to do so! We are so happy with the outcome.
