After reviewing several companies and a recommendation from a friend we chose M. Rhodes Co. to replace 4 windows in our home for the quality of the windows, price, and the professionalism of the installers. We will use M. Rhodes Co. agian to replace additional windows in the future.

Super friendly and easy to work with from the day we received our quote to the day they finished the work. The owners are very involved with communication and oversight, and the workers are knowledgeable, very clean and friendly. They worked with little disruption to me (remote working from home during the pandemic). They came highly recommended, and we have already shared their information too!

The people with M Rhodes Co. were professional and helpful, and their prices were reasonable. Bob Rhodes was knowledgeable, helpful, and eager to please. The installers seemed very skillful. They were careful as they worked, and when they were finished, they cleaned the windows and vacuumed up the debris. They showed us how the windows work, and provided us with a lien waiver and warranty information. It took a long time after we ordered the windows for them to arrive and be installed, but Bob warned us in advance that the company was backlogged. In the meantime he kept us posted. I would recommend them without hesitation, and I would definitely use them again.

They r fantastic, honest, hard working, and trustworthy company. They communicate well and do such neat tidy work. My house is 42 years old and I had no problems like I did with another company I used. I can’t say enough good compliments to this wonderful company and I would HIGHLY recommend them. They saved me $4000 over 3 other companies I contacted!😃

Great work. Great communication. It took three days to replace 15 windows. Four were large and six were custom sizes.

Great experience from the estimate to the installation! Mr. Rhodes and Tara are wonderful! Caring about the work and how satisfied the customer puts them far above the rest in this business. Mr. Rhodes kept me up to date and followed up after completion. The windows look fantastic—great service and communication from start to finish with this crew. The installation crew was awesome! They worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and were very helpful. I highly recommend I am very happy with the outcome.

This company is family owned & could not have been better to work with! They were helpful in selecting window color, design, etc. & continually kept in touch to update us on when windows were ordered, when they arrived, & when they would be installed. They also performed as promised, showing up when they said they would, & completing the job on time! Stacy and Scott did an excellent job installing the windows. They went above and beyond by fixing issues that were encountered because of damage that was caused by old windows. Iafter one day I can tell marked improvement in the amount of humidity in the house. Great product. Great staff from start to finish. Great price.

M. Rhodes Company, LLC is an outstanding company I would recommend to anyone. Mr. Rhodes and his daughter Tara were prompt for their initial meet, greet and measure. They took their time which I appreciated. A veteran employee rechecked their measurement for accuracy before the order was placed. Bob and his daughter were very professional and helpful. They were always quick to respond. They even came over within an hour after the windows were installed to look over the work and make sure I was satisfied. The men who installed the windows were very professional and respectful. They cleaned up afterwards and did not leave behind any messes. The windows look amazing! I would highly recommend this company and will never use anyone else for windows.

Excellent. The installers did a great job in avoiding damage to my shrubs underneath the windows. There was a minor problem in reinstalling window blinds with the breakage of a plastic clip. Not a big deal except I was not told about the breakage.
