My old system was 20+ years old and had issues the last few summers. Decided to be proactive and replace it during the spring (hvac) off-season. John H came out the day I called to provide an estimate. Unlike other contractors, he actually climbed up in the attic to check the return ducts, checked the breaker box, and measured the width of the back gate to make sure the new unit would fit. Other contractors were proposing upgrading from a 2.5 ton AC to a 3 ton, based solely on square footage. John actually crunched the numbers. Unlike the other guys, he noticed that the attic return ducts were slightly undersized for a 3 ton and proposed upgrading those. Price was consistent with other bids, but I felt Hill & Co were the best contractor to work with. They gave several discounts including Trane trade in and early bird. Installation was done quickly and professionally. The new unit is working really well. It's much quieter and de-humidifies significantly better than the old one. Looking forward to a more comfortable summer. This was for a 1500sq ft house, circa 1980s construction. 3 ton 14.5 SEER AC. 80% furnace rating.

Adam came immediately on a Sat. morning. He replaced a valve, and then there was heat. Very quick, very nice. Price reasonable for such special service.

After checking consumer ratings, I selected 4 companies to obtain quotes to install a completely new system in the attic with new duct work to replace the current system with water seepage and rusted out duct work under a concrete slab and to bring the attic insulation up to R38. After reviewing the quotes, I selected Hill & Company based their more extensive experience in relocating systems to the attic, Dale's professionalism, more detailed quote, fair pricing, and use of quality Trane equipment. Jeff and the crew did a great on the installation. It is without hesitation that I recommend Hill & Company to anyone for replacing their heat and AC system.

Very good experience, the technician was on time and did a thorough job and explained each of the steps in the inspection he performed. He also reminded me that I needed to change my smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector batteries. I have been extremely pleased with Hill and Co. from their sales and installation to their service inspections.

Dale seemed very knowledgeable and did a really thorough job of inspecting our furnace. Provided a bid for repair, but made more sense to replace the unit. It was 18 years old, so it was time. Dale scheduled a salesman to come out the following morning to discuss options. Which was great, because it was VERY cold. We had Hill & Co install a new furnace and AC unit and are very happy with our decision. Love everyone we’ve dealt with at Hill & Co - they’re knowledgable, have great products, excellent service and fair pricing. Definitely recommend these folks to anyone looking for a company they can trust with their HVAC system!

Everything went well. The admin staff scheduled a very timely tech appointment and even moved it up by several hours. Wyett made a comprehensive analysis, checked and ruled out contributing conditions that might have been the source of my excessive humidity issue and made some appropriate adjustments to my system. As of this writing the fix seems to be working. My humidity level is now in a comfortable range, (55% +/-) and I have increased the indoor temperature above frigid. Thanx!

We were very impressed with James who installed 4 toilets, a kitchen faucet, and repaired two leaky faucets for us. He was extremely efficient and clean and even took all the boxes for us! Thank you, James!!

Lam and Scott came out and installed two new HVAC systems in my house. They were great. They arrived when scheduled. Were nice and professional. Worked efficiently and left the area clean and neat. I couldn't be more pleased with the work.

I had six local ac companies provide quotes to replace two of our complete ac units (condenser, furnace, coils). Dale, our sales representative with Hill and Company, provided the most thorough and detailed quote of all the companies. He's the only representative that went up to our attic and did a complete inspection prior to providing the quote. He also surveyed each air vent to make sure the system he was quoting was adequate for the job. We were also impressed with the installation process. Dale made sure we understood the process and it was completed with our 100% satisfaction. The install crew was very professional and tidy. We would definitely use Hill and Company again!

It went well. The system was checked and tested, along with a room test for CO while the Heating system was on.

Dale did an excellent job explaining the various options available for us when we needed to replace our Furnace/AC system. After a thorough examination of the house and discussions about cold spots, etc., he outlined options that included tremendous savings on our utility bills; corrections to our attic ductwork; and a means to finance at very low interest. The work was done promptly and completely, with great explanation and care. There was some minor follow-up repair work as well that was done in a very professional, courteous and timely manner. I highly recommend Hill & Co. for your Furnace/AC needs!

Jeff and John were very professional and polite when they came out to do the assessment of our HVAC system. They were very thorough and explained everything clearly. They went through the deficiencies of our system and explained the best options for upgrading and improving our system. Jeff and John gave us their cell phone numbers to contact them at any time. When my husband came home, we called Jeff and he answered all our questions. The buying process was straightforward and simple. We simply signed the work order and texted photos of the signed work order to Jeff. The online credit application through Wells Fargo only took about five minutes to complete. We received an approval within seconds. On the day of installation, we received a call when the crew was twenty minutes out. They explained what they would be doing and asked for my preferences on every step of the installation. The work was completed within a day. Hill & Company took care of scheduling the additional electrical and carpenter subcontractors needed. On the day of installation, we tested the new system by heating our home to 80 degrees. Within two hours, our whole home had cooled back down to 65. The new system performs significantly better at heating and cooling the far side of our home than our old system. The new thermostat allows for detailed scheduling and is accessible by smart phone. Previously, our home did not heat or cool evenly causing certain rooms to be significantly cooler than others. With our new Trane system, our home is evenly heated and cooled. We have experienced a significant increase in the comfort of our home. Hill & Company has always been very responsive. Anytime I need to schedule service or reschedule service, I am quickly assisted. All the phone representatives are courteous and efficient. We love that Hill & Company is locally based.

They perform spring and fall preventive service and we have only one issue with our high end Trane unit.
