Description of Work: Great service provided by Doortec to have my torsion springs replaced on my garage door. They called/arrived a few minutes early and had the job done in less than 20 minutes. He also took the time to lubricate the rollers and adjust the rails which reduced the noise dramatically. They cleaned up after the job was done, too. I am extremely happy with the work Doortec performed and would call them again if I had any issues.

Description of Work: Not sure of the exact date but it was several weeks ago that the garage door would not raise & lower with the opener. It would go about 3 feet in the air & then stop & you couldn't push it down or make it move. I called what I thought was Trotter Overhead Door Co that I had used in the past that is now called DoorTec Garage and within an hour they were working on our garage door. It seemed that both springs on top that raise & lower the garage door had split into from wear and they replaced those & oiled the rest of the tracks. Very friendly and fast workers who did an amazing job. Would definitely use them again in the future. Extremely pleased with their work.
