Clean Club Oklahoma City

Had our ducts cleaned with a Groupon at the end of a big remodel near Nichols Hills. The guys showed up on time and were really nice, but they did a terrible job reinstalling the return grates when they were finished. They cracked the ceiling drywall, left the screws in at weird angles, did an awful job caulking to try to cover the mistake, and left dirty fingerprints throughout the house. See attached photos. We called to follow up, and the lady who answered the phone was condescending and rude. She kept telling us that it was "pre-existing damage" and that they weren't responsible, even though we had just had the house re-drywalled and re-painted. She checked the job notes and admitted that they had applied the caulking, but did not offer to repair or reimburse for the damage. She said she would send us before and after photos to prove that the damage was already there, but of course, she never did, and she stopped answering our calls. I understand mistakes happen on job sites, but to then lie about it and refuse to accept responsibility is unacceptable, and should tell you everything you need to know about the company. Avoid Clean Club at all costs.
