Baths and Rooms by Denise

It was a 4-month project. They were wonderful. They were great. I don't have anything negative to say about them. They were really good in every area. We would definitely use them in the future.

I talked to the lady one time and she said she would get back with me. She never did call me back, I also sent them an email and never got a repsonse from that other than a basic form email.

Denise was immediately agreeable to work in some of my own ideas about the bath.  I wanted a certain "feel" for the room.  I would say don't be afraid to talk to Denise about what YOU want--she is a good listener and will work closely with you.  Her husband is the project manager and he was also wonderful to work with.  I had no problems with payment schedules and I know that she paid her subcontractors.  It was as good an experience as remodeling a bath can be.

Overall this was a great experience--as bathroom remodels go. The project took about 6 weeks once it was started. Denise is very easy to work with and is willing to not only listen to the clients vision but in some cases is willing to let the client sort of "lead the way". Her ideas were not set in stone so if the client wanted to change a color of cabinetry or eliminate some plumbing--that was just fine with her. I know because I did just that. She is creative and flexible. Her husband, Chuck, is the project manager and was "on site" nearly every day. The subcontractors that were involved were efficient and knowledgable. We did hit a bit of a bump in the road when one of the subcontractors found one aspect of the project a bit challenging but they were able to come through although it made the total completion of the project a little late. The final solution to the challenge is spectacular. We are very happy with the end result and would recommend Denise and her crew to anyone.
