Tim's crew did a great job! They were on time and completely professional. They cleaned up after themselves and left the house looking as it did before they arrived. I asked them to make some changes to what they were planning to do and Tim accommodated me without hesitation. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone. By the way, the Tim that I'm referring to is the owner and former OU Football player Tim Lashar.

They were very good. They were very reputable and honest.

iWe are new-ish homeowners, and our furnace went out. I called Lashar at 10 am...they were here by noon! Great response time. Greg, our technician, was professional, pleasant, and made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge of our system and his professional demeanor. He asked me several questions about our experience with the system, gave me a breakdown of likely issues, and told me what he was going to do. He tackled the main issue and checked the potential concerns while I watched him work, answered my questions as he was working and walked me through the process, including the "what to watch for" concerns that might lead to larger issues in the future. He checked my furnace, checked the A/C coil, replaced faulty parts and walked me through what kinds of routine maintenance I should be performing to keep the system working at peak efficiency. He was also very conscientious about the safety of my animals while he was working. We have three cats in the house, and he was careful to keep them away from access ports, while not spooking them. Liz at dispatch was efficient and pleasant in taking my call and informing me of the technician's ETA, and Greg did a great job while he was here. I will be using this company as my primary service provider for my heating and A/C system in the future! They're knowledgeable providers for a great price who conduct themselves with superlative professionalism. Great experience.

I don't like to pay for something I may not get.

I had a very positive experience from my first phone call through the follow up service call to test the new heater in early October. (It was too hot for this during the initial installation.) All phone calls were responded to quickly and my questions were answered in a satisfactory manner. The men who came to actually install the new system were prompt, hard workers, thorough and even cleaned up their mess! I felt very confident in their work and am enjoying both systems! I have never regretted my decision to update my system or use Lashar's to provide the installation and service.

The experience was good, quick response time. The technician communicated with me well before and during the visit. He was professional and very informative. He was willing to answer my questions while working on my unit, even on ones that were not related to the work being completed. It was a delight to have a working AC unit again during the heat of summer without feeling like I got ripped off.

Everything has been fine. They are usually pretty easy to get a hold of. There is always someone that answers their phone. They usually have a pretty quick response time.

Showed up on time and gave an estimate to replace 20yr old HVAC system. Price was competitive. Did not perform service at this time.

My friend told me she had heard good things about them so I used them. It was really hot last summer and they worked hard to get here and kind of worked us in. They got it fixed. They were on time, clean and friendly.

They are really good. I have a yearly service contract with them and it is $250.00. The price is not cheap, but it is probably in line with what everyone else charges. I would use them again in the future.

We called on Monday with our Oklahoma 100 degree weather. We had heard they were one if the best so we waited until 5 p.m. But since it was an unusual part they did not have it with them. Fortunately we had friends to stay with. They worked hard to find the part locally and had it fixed the next day. They only charged us for labor since our ac was still under warranty and they filed all the warranty stuff with the AC company. I read on ANgies List some other companies came out faster, but we heard locally they were the best so felt that with an exceptionally hot summer they came as quick as they could. The receptionist was wonderful and kept us up to date on what they were doing to get our AC fixed. The technician did a good job.

The installers did a good professional job and knew what they were doing. The work was done exactly as discussed with the estimator. I didn't have to monitor the work or ask them to change anything - all the details were taken care of. The price was the same as agreed upon earlier, with no hidden or additional charges. I would have liked a fancier thermostat and coordination with city inspector. Minor complaints. I think this company did a better job than others would have done.

Mr. Tonny Bryant came by to look at my old furnace and give me an estimate. He was very pleasant and professional. I had tried a couple times to get individuals or companies to put in a new furnace, but each time, after taking a lot of time, they ended up offering me an 85%-efficiency furnace, after I'd specified a high-efficiency one. Tonny seemed totally at ease with the concept of high efficiency--plus I wanted to get the tax break for 2009--so I just accepted his estimate. I don't know if it was relatively high or low; I had a good feeling about him and just wanted to get on with this. So unlike the other guys, Lashar got on this right away, and the next week they put in this 95% efficient furnace. All the workers were quick and efficient, everything got done, and the furnace was in and working. The bill matched the estimate, and they provided me with all the paperwork needed for getting the tax credit. Once it got cold and I started using the furnace, I noticed the fan seemed very loud. I called Lashar and they sent someone over. He adjusted some stuff but the fan is still noticeable. He said it's such a powerful fan that it can't not make some noise. So I don't know whether I should have got a smaller furnace to begin with, if there is one. However, I've got used to the fan. When it came to filing my taxes, I couldn't find the receipt for the furnace and went to Lashar HQ to ask for a copy. They were very friendly and provided it. All my dealings with them have been good. I think they're honest, responsive, and do good work.

I used the company's website for the initial contact and received a phone call within two hours, maybe less. A salesman made an appointment to come to my house within a few days, coordinating with my schedule. When he arrived, he came prepared with initial estimates on the load and the size/capacity of the system I would need for the size of my house. He inspected the existing equipment, climbed up in the attic where the furnace is located, looked at all the vents, and finished calculating what he thought was needed. He pointed out two things that needed to be done to bring the electrical system up to code and said they could do it or I could have it done by my own electrician, which turned out to be my preference because I had other electrical work to be done. He gave me estimates on 3 systems by York and all the reasons that Lashar believes it's the best system. He also estimated my tax rebate with the energy-efficient systems, the amount of cash-for-clunker-appliances rebates and a York rebate (total savings: $1100). I thought about it for 2-3 weeks, then called and asked some questions, including, "What happens if you get into the project and discover there's more work to be done on those vents than you expected? What happens to my cost?" His reply: "It's my job to make an accurate estimate, and if we run into extra expenses, we'll eat them." As it turned out, that was the case! I chose the highest energy efficiency system (most expensive). Lashar recommended BancFirst for financing, and that went completely smoothly and mostly electronically. The crew arrived as scheduled, worked steadily with respect for my property and avoiding tracking dirt into my house as much as possible. It took an extra half-day to complete the project, longer than the projected one day because of the extra installation issues they confronted. They couldn't have been more respectful and friendly, and two different Lashar employees -- unsolicited -- commented on how honest their boss, Tim Lashar, is. (If the name sounds familiar, it may be because he was a kicker for OU in the 1980s.) The system is working beautifully, and I can tell that the widened vents make a big difference. The air flow is exceptional, and the system kicks on, does its job, and turns off. I couldn't be happier and recommended Lashar wholeheartedly!

I was impressed from the very beginning. They were very responsive, very professional and did everything they said they were going to do. The price was reasonable and I would recommend them to others.

Very professional installation. We live in an old house and the installers did a great job. New holes had to be cut in plaster and they did it without any cracks. I couldn't have asked for a better installation.

I have been using their services for about three months now. I think they are excellent. They are totally honest when they deal with you, have reasonable prices and they stand behind their work.
