Very nice and Professional

The price changed after the quote because vacuuming wasn’t part of the service. We left a couple of shelves in a closet. He didn’t clean the closet because the shelves were on the floor. The carpets had a heavy residue in them and had to be recleaned. He did come back and clean the closet after we complained.

Did a great job . Here on time . Solved my issue.

I had a chimney cap put on that was blown off by a storm. And they cleaned my carpets.

Arrived even a few minutes early. Talked me through process, were efficient. Had a camera to view into the ducts. I would definitely hire them again.

Very easy to get an appointment exactly when I wanted it. It took them less than an hour to complete the job. Very polite and respectful. Cleaned up after themselves. moved furniture to clean and then moved it back.

Took time to properly clean our ducts & filters!!

They were fantastic! They did more than what was expected of them. They are professional and friendly - something that is hard to balance at times for some people. We first called them to only clean the chimney. But when he heard us complain about our dryer vent, he offered to take a look and found that it was clogged. We had him come back to clean our air ducts and vents. And we are planning on having them back to fix our chimney crown. Being first time home owners has been really stressful. But Martin Quality Cleaning Service has made it a little less so.
