They came in and cleaned the chimney quickly and efficiently, person tried to illicit other jobs in the house, it was such a quick job, I feel the amount of work did not warrant the cost.

I was not actually present when the person showed up. He swept out the chimney, but I do not know if he checked for any build-up within the chimney. Boss was trying to contact him and called me to see if he showed up. I got home, and the guy was finished within half an hour, so speedy service, but not sure how complete.

promptly returned my call requesting a quote. was willing to work with my scheduling issues. I was honest with him about the age and cause of the stains on my carpet. He honestly answered my questions and made no pie in the sky promises. The crew arrived on time and the results exceed my expiations. would hire him again anytime.

The owner was very responsive and nice to talk to. I do not like leaving bad reviews but the carpet cleaning was not very good. When speaking to the owner he made it seem like they could get most of the stains up and I know that all stains would not come out but I thought most would even the hallway expected to be cleaner.

Don the owner was very responsive and followed up when he said he would. He considered a quick fix to the chimney damper as a small thing. I considered it so much more because he personally fixed it and could have charged more than a few additional dollars but did not. One of his people cleaned the chimney and left the fireplace area clean. What a great experience! I would highly recommend this company.

Don Martin was very nice and wanted to help. His technician left a little to be desired but finally came through with Don Martins instructions.

Be clear if you want an inspection. We got a cleaning and no inspection as desired.

The company owner was very apologetic for the poor job his employee did and asked what he could do to make it right. I chose not to carry it further. Vetting employees and having them work with experienced employees would be helpful.

The young man who performed our carpet cleaning yesterday was on time, polite, and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. This morning they "felt clean" and smelled fresh. We really appreciated the fact he set plastic corner guards out at all the corners where his hose might rub up against the wall or floor molding and potentially damage it. We will use them again when we need our carpets cleaned!.
