Response from Steve Ocker Electric LLC
Thank you for allowing me to troubleshoot your problem, and repair your two defective breakers. I performed the work for you on Tuesday, March 25, 2014. When I set up the appointment with you I informed you that I had a morning job scheduled, and that I could get you taken care of after lunch sometime, and I could not give you a specific time, but I would give you a courtesy call when on my way, you told me that would be fine. I did call you a courtesy call and talked to you before getting to your house to perform job. While I was there I did take notes for an estimate of items you were interested in having done, and I did email you an estimate, and you did respond by saying you wanted me to do a couple of the items. I called you and left you a detailed voicemail on April 02, 2014 and said that I had Friday, April 11, 2014 available, and if you could call me back within 24 hours, I would put you on my schedule! I left you voicemails on this number before and you had gotten back with me before! I did not get any response from you! I DO NOT call and bother customers after I give estimates, I always let the customers get back with me, I have no idea what is going on in your life, and maybe you could have changed your mind. I have no regrets at all of the work I performed at you house, and I do sleep well at night knowing I worked on your house just like I would be living in the house! If you have any problems with my workmanship, I would gladly defend my position with mediation in the Better Business Bureau, or Angie's List. Again, thank you for your business.
