Description of Work: Fixed a leak in from sun roof on my car and did $70,000 mile check up. I like Metric Motors because they are honest and professional. They only do what needs to be done.

Description of Work: They rebuilt the engine in my late brother's Subaru. Did a good |job and at a reasonable price. Got to talk to the engine rebuilder |which made me more comfortable spending so much money at this establishment .

Description of Work: Replaced valve cover gaskets on 300ZX. This is a very labor intensive job with 5.2hr estimate. They had to be careful of wiring harness over 25years old and work around, over and under it. Had trouble getting the right gaskets from supplier. Shipped wrong first time that added two days. Once correct gaskets arrived, they got the car out that day. I have used this firm before with excellent results. Angies list plaques are on display in the waiting room for at least five past years. The only year missing is 2014 & 2015. Well here it is for 2015. Came in under cost estimate and over One day.

Description of Work: Replaced Water pump and other items revolving around water temp. They diagnosed the problem within one day and had it repaired the next. Can't compare their prices to other non-dealership service departments but I believe the costs of repairs I've had have been fair up to this point.

Description of Work: My car has over 145,000 miles and I wanted to have a check-up as I was leaving for a long trip. They were professional and friendly and was able to five me peace of mind to drive several hundred miles. They changed the transmission fluid and checked out the transmission, replaced a belt as well as changed a couple of filters and fixed a couple of leaks. They checked my brakes and found that they were not in need of repair. They estimated the work would take most of the day but was able to complete the work in half the time.

Description of Work: Very pleased with the attentiveness of the staff and how they explained what was needed now and why, what could wait and why, and what to expect. During repairs, one of the employees accidentally broke a part, which they told me about and replaced at their cost. Appreciated the honesty very much. I am confident I was treated fairly and that the repairs were done well.

Description of Work: My Toyota had a check engine light and running problem and the dealer gave me an estimate of $1,800 to fix it. I asked everyone I could think of for a recommendation and most of them immediately said "Metric Motors!" so I had to try them. Metric Motors checked it out and said it was a different problem and they could repair it for $400. I was so happy, I asked them to replace my timing belt and do my scheduled maintenance as well.
