They are people I trust. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. They strictly do what you came for and they will suggest. I found them by way of an engineer who recommended them. I have taken my car which is still in service, a 1997 Toyota Camry, to the dealership Bob Howard and they tell me, "It's an old car. I wouldn't be comfortable letting you back on the road for less than $5,000-6,000 worth of repairs" which basically a car that age, it's an old car, you might as well buy a new car because you put more than it's worth. I took it to Metric on this engineer's recommendation and they got me back on the road for $2,000. I just showed them the report that the dealership had given me because I was stunned at the difference. They looked at that and said it's crazy. It would be to their benefit to say "Oh yeah, you need $5,000 worth of repair." They said, "We'll keep that on road as long as you want to drive that car and so far they have. I drive from Midwest City to Edmond to use them because they're that good. They never let me down.

They have always been very nice, fair, and competitive on their prices. They always do what they say they are going to do. I feel real secure when I talk with them and they are really friendly people. We have gone to other competitors for estimates and they have always been much less.

Not only did he work me in immediately when I called, but the cost was way under what we paid last time at the dealership. The work was done quickly and professionally. I really appreciate it!

They do repairs on cars and they are the best. It is way better than taking the car to the dealership. I had a BMW that they took care of. They take care of a variety of cars and do a little bit of everything. They are super-great people. I have trusted them with my car for the last 15-plus years.

My daughter took her car into a local dealership to have a check engine light and was told it would be 105.00 to check to car and it would be available the following day, even though she had made an appointment. I looked on Angie's List and liked the reviews of Metric Motors. THEY WERE GREAT! They checked the car and found nothing wrong, turned the light off and charged her nothing. She is a college student and could have been taken advantage of. I appreciate how she was treated and feel comfortable having her car serviced or repaired in the future.

The A/C in my car had not worked for over a year. I thought it was something major ,costing thousands of dollars. When I took my care to Metric Motors they discovered what the problem was and repaired it the same day.

They were very nice and respectful. We will be glad to use them if we buy a foreign car.

Not sure the tuneup was needed. Driver's side catalytic converter was clogged up. They recommended Sooner Muffler for repair, but when Sooner Muffler looked at it, they said Metric should not have disconnected the catalytic converter the way they did. Cost me an extra $100 to get the converter unclogged. Not sure I could trust Sooner Muffler, so I don't know which business was right. Metric Motors was very nice and professional, and I worked with Brian who couldn't have been better. One negative was that I had to wait about a week to get it fixed.

I have used Matric for a few years and they have done great service and are always honest about what needs to be done or more importantly NOT DONE. If there is a problem they will tell me and more importantly tell me when I do not need anything fixed. I recently took my car in because of a noise and they could not find anything wrong and explained it was just normal wear and tear on a car that is a few years old. They did not make up a problem to fix and I really appreciate that. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable and trustworthy. A plus recommendation.

The service turned out fine. The price is high. They were professional and they solved the problem. It was a very clean place.

They checked out the car first and then called us and told us exactly what the cost would be; which was less than quoted by another business. They completed the work on time and were very professional in every conversation. We've used them 3 or 4 times the last 3 months and couldn't be happier. It's so refreshing!

Explained that a very slow leak was probable cause. Unable to find leak so dye was added so that next time the car is serviced, a black light will be used to find the leak so it can be repaired. I was very pleased with their effort to take good care of my car!

I got an Angie's List discount on this service and I give them all A's. I will use them again in the future.

Meters Motors were excellent. Excellent. They were working on it when my husband went out of town. They were still working on it, so they gave us a loaner. They said they couldn't give us the scope of it until they looked at it. They were really fair and extremely reasonable. Our experience with them was excellent. We have a BMW and we've been taking it to the dealer, which is, of course, expensive. I felt like they gave us excellent service and did a really good job. I would tell other people to try them. They're very good.

We have used Metric Motors for 18 years. I like their professionalism, their turnover rate is not bad, they have had the same mechanics forever and that tells me that they treat them well, they keep up to date, they are computerized and everything is done when they say it will be done. We trust them. When we started with them, we had two lemons and they took great care of them and did a good job and they allowed us to split the charges over one or two months when they did big jobs on the cars. They are customer friendly.

I didn't know what the exact problem was with my car. I dropped it off the Sunday night and Monday morning they got it right in and I was able to pick my car up by noon. I was very appreciative of the quick turn around. They were very nice and I will definitely be taking my car back there for any more repairs.

I had a great experience at Metric Motors. The prices were fair and the staff were very courteous and helpful. My car had been sitting for about 8 months and it needed a good working over to get it back into road condition. They had my car for a few days and replaced some broken body parts, gave the enging a tuning, replaced a dead battery, flushed the cooling system and some other small fixes. They kept me informed of the work they were going to do, and only did what needed to be done for me to get my car back in shape for commuting.

We really like them. We have been going to them for a year. They are very reasonably priced depending on what you are getting done for your car. They provided much better customer service when compared to the dealer. They are very professional and they don’t try to sell you anything. They also don’t talk down to a woman. I did not get the run around with them as opposed to the dealer. They are quite forthright.

The staff made sure all the repairs were okay with me before performing them. They made sure the work they did actually repaired the issue. They were very friendly and helpful.

I have done business with this company for 22 years. I was a USPS rural mail carrier for 20 years. The wear and tear mail carriers put on their delivery vehicles is unbelievable. I changed brakes every 90-100 days; I usually burned through a transmission every 3-4 years. I literally drove my vehicles into junk heaps within 6 years of use. I have spent thousands of dollars with these guys and have never regretted a penny. They knew when I walked into their shop, I had broken something on my car and always rushed to diagnose the problem. They not only repaired my vehicles correctly, but they did it in a hurry. Every day that my car was in their shop was another day I could not work. They were aware of this and did everything they could to expedite the repairs. In addition, they were always looking for upcoming issues so that I could try to order the parts and schedule the repairs in advance, so I would not end up stranded somewhere in the middle of my route. They are all ASE certified, consciensious, and professional. Over the years, my relationship with these fine people has broadened and deepened into a friendship that will last throughout my life. Try them. You will not be disappointed!

I like that they were very prompt and very accurate on their estimate and when they would be complete. The price was reasonable to trade with battery cost. I highly recommend them. I've known other people who had gone there and had good experiences.

Easy to set appointment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prepared quickly and works well. Cost was fair. They stand behind their work.

Work was well done. Had to keep the car overnight, unexpectedly. Driver's side door would not open with the fob when I picked the car up. Something had come loose during the door latch replacement process. This was reconnected while I waited - less than 30 min. A little pricey, but worth it. I forgot my 10% off coupon as a first time customer, so I lost out on a $100 discount.
