Cameron Kirkland was quick to respond to our call for service. He was prompt and courteous and completed the repair very quickly. While I did not have any major repair to be done,, I would welcome his return should we have future plumbing needs.

I found Cameron on this website and he was the first to respond to several emails (most companies did not respond at all). He came out for a free estimate. The water heaters were a fairly standard installation job and he and his brother completed the job in a prompt and professional manner. I intend to have them back out on a regular basis for routine maintenance. The additional gas line was challenging. He had to nose around the attic and ascertain how difficult it would be. He presented me with two options -- one was the idea I had in mind, and the other was a far cheaper option. Cameron recommended the cheaper option, and I appreciate that because he could have simply performed the work I had in mind and cashed the check. It's a small company with a good work ethic and fair pricing, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Service was on-time at the scheduled time, was professional, courteous, and certainly a plumbing pro. Cleaned up after himself and charged a minimal amount for the services provided and the quick response for our call for help. I WILL use this service in the future.

Both times very good service, quick, punctual, and very professional. Easy to set up and work with. Will use them for all of my pluming needs from now on.

I called and asked for a specific model A O Smith Effex 40 gal model and Cameron was very cooperative. He checked with the supplier and gave me a date by when it would arrive for installation. Cameron and his helper called one hour before set time to see if they could come earlier and I said yes. They took a total of 2.5 hours to drain and remove old tank and install and hook up and install new tank. Overall very satisfied with the service and would recommend them with no reservations.

Had serious leak in hot water tank which was in our attic (flooding into our house). Turned the water off and called them Sunday morning the 14th; he was at the house before noon. He was prepared to replace the tank at that time, but since it was in the attic of our home, he needed to have someone else with him to get it into place. They came back at 9:30 Monday morning and was finished with install by noon. Very happy with their responsiveness and the work completed. Would definitely use them again. Note: The cost of $1,350 was higher than you see for other tank installs, but it was understandably higher due to the location of the tank.

I called them Friday at about 5:30 PM after coming home to a badly leaking hot water heater. They spoke to me then and were out to the house Saturday at 2:00. Job was completed by about 3:30 on Saturday. Hot water out for less than 24 hours. Yay!!

The job was done well. Cameron arrived promptly, explained what he saw, and discussed possible outcome. He would try to remove the cap and replace the seals and if that didn't work, he would replace the unit. But to do the latter, he would have to break the ceramic tile surrounding the handle. The latter is what he had to do and it pretty much doubled the cost. He performed the work, cleaned up afterwards, and offered to come back to remove the shower plate when we decided to replace the tile. Although the price seemed a little steep, I am glad that I called.

(1) Cut hole in the wall to access shower valve. Re-plumbed and re-placed valve with provided valve. Clean work, used copper fittings and even installed the rest of the fixtures and caulked them in. Job well done. $395.00 (did leave me with the hole in the wall) (2) re-plumbed the right water supply to sink. The line supplies both bathroom sink and kitchen sink. To fix, had to take out older plumbing and replaced it with pex tubing. Good job and cleaned up. $350.00 Wall cavity was already open on one side.

Owner quoted prices to do work, came out, raised prices, performed service, and did shoddy and incomplete work. Sink flange/strainers were installed with cheap putty that is still leaking/peeling even now, especially when hot water is run on it. As for the drain, it was not cleaned, and only after he completed it did he indicate that work is never guaranteed. Owner came late, rushed work completion in maybe 2 hours, behaved unprofessionally, and I would not recommend to others. ** UPDATE ** To clarify owner response and the term "additional work": Installing a sink is pretty straightforward. Removing the original sink is what he's referring to as "additional work." Misunderstanding? Maybe. Owner had indicated that it'd cost me $25 for an estimate ( no free estimates here) but after arriving late, the price was raised $75. After having taken off work to wait for service, that's pretty frustrating so I said just get it done. It's worth noting the cost did not include any disposal. Competitors all quoted under $100/hour. Further, ALL work of both services was completed in 2 hours, albeit incomplete. As for the putty, there were two and he chose the wrong one. The specific instructions stated quality silicon sealant (not plumbers putty) should be used. As I'm paying for professional services, I'm disappointed and frustrated by this oversight. I'm happy to provide pictures of the drain not working to substantiate the reality of it not draining. As stated earlier, I was specifically told that work is never guaranteed because "leaves and other things can still get in there after the work is completed." However, why would I call someone to re-do service done incomplete when it's going to cost me still more money and time? Frustrating!

Right on time and fixed the problem in a short period of time. Very professional and most reasonable. Will definitely use again.

He called on Sunday after getting my message on Angie's list and made an appointment for Monday. Showed up right on time, did the work quickly and the price was exactly what he quoted me. We have been looking for a new plumbing company for future needs and it looks like we found it!

Cameron Kirkland was prompt, professional, knowledgable, and very reasonable for his services. He came out Saturday on short notice to replace a leaking water heater. Excellent service and would recommend and use his services again.

Cameron was awesome. Very professional and meticulous. He was going to be 15 minutes late... he called to let me know and was on time, with newly arranged time. His work was well done... he explained everything he was going to do, and what the possible issues may be in the future. His pricing was very reasonable. Will use him in the future.

Professional. Everything was just as stated to me on the phone when I bought the water heater. The install was efficient, correct to code, and my questions were all answered. The installer was neat, clean and friendly.

Excellent. Very punctual, did some initial troubleshooting and replaced thermo-coupler which did not correct the issue. Discussed options and since water heater was 11 years old opted to replace with a new one. After running back to his shop for a new water heater, the time to remove the old tank and replace with new one including all fittings, drain pan, etc. and clean up was accomplished in a very short time. After talking to other plumbers/plumbing contractors I found that the price I paid was very good in comparison and the work was top notch. Would definitely use Cameron in the future and recommend him to anyone seeking plumbing services.

Our water heater T&P valve was leaking. Kirkland was very responsive. We called to make an appointment on a Sunday and they fixed our water heater the following day, even though it was Martin Luther King day.

We went with Kirkland because he quoted us the best price of all other companies that bid the job. We began our project with a plumber that was brought in by our general contractor who completed the work through rough end inspection and opted out of final inspection completion due the general contractor leaving the job. Kirkland started out with installation of the sump pump and water heaters. The sump pump installation went well, however the water heaters were installed incorrectly by running the heaters in tandem rather than zoned, and incomplete because they failed to connect the drain pipe to the water heater spill pan. We had Kirkland proceed on with the toilets and sinks. Kirkland installed 2 of the 4 toilets and 2 pedestal sinks. They left the job that day incomplete with tools and parts on the floor, and failed to communicate to us that the toilets and sinks were NOT ready for use, which I discovered when I tried to use the toilet and water ran out all over the floor. I later had to actually tighten all hose fittings myself. That was the last time Kirkland actually did any work on the project. I called Kirkland on two other occasions seeking a solution to the water heater issues and when the job would be completed. Kirkland showed up twice only to tell me that he was unsure of how to solve the water heater issue and that he preferred to complete the job closer to the date of final inspection, which had not yet been scheduled. I sent Kirkland plumbing an e-mail on 6/14/2014 stating my disappointment with the companies work thus far and that better efforts needed to made made in the future in terms of communication, quality of work and deadlines. Kirkland replied by calling me on the phone and quitting job by stating, "I think it would be best if we went our separate ways." Kirkland did refund me 150.00 for a cracked toilet in the end, however I would not hire this company again nor would I recommend their services. Also, this company has been known to ask for a review at the beginning of the job rather then at final completion.

wow! great service! called if late (he actually called twice just to make sure i understood as i had missed the first call and did not realize it). work took the amount of time he stated and the area was cleaned up when finished. his estimate was $1350 less than the next closest estimate (out of three) which happened to be for the same unit (navien 210 tankless)! look no further for quality and honesty in a plumber

Contacted through the Schedule now on Angie's web page. Confirmed appointment within 24 hrs and the young man was "on the dot" punctual. Because of previous communications, he came equipped with all necessary materials with no unnecessary additional shopping trips. The quote was $950 and that's what it ended up as. I assume we were granted the Senior Discount and the additional $50 listed on the page because it was not itemized on the statement. Regardless, we are EXTREMELY satisfied with the quality, speed and promptness of the installation. Parts and Labor warranty were explained with a 1 year labor warranty. I would recommend and use again this plumbing service.

Cameron called to say he was running a little late which was very appreciated which only amounted to about 30 mins. When he arrived he promptly started to diagnose the problem. Found the leak in the slab and fixed it right then! I was very pleased with him and appreciated him answering my questions all the while he was working.

Pilot light went out on my four year old water heater. I followed the instructions to re-ignite. It would not light after repeated attempts. Located Kirkland's Plumbing on Angie's list. Scheduled for a 1pm appointment on 11/28/14. Kirk showed up a few minutes early. He was able to light the pilot without any repair. It was user error (which I will not explain due to embarrassment over something so simple). He didn't charge me for the call, which was greatly appreciated. He was kind enough not to laugh as I was saying several choice words when the pilot light ignited. I will be contacting Kirk for all future plumbing issues - but I'll be sure to double-check the problem before I make the appointment.

The service was great. The gentlemen arrived on-time, I went over the scope of work with him, he gave me a quote before he got started, and he did what said he would do. I had him replace an old bath/shower mixing valve in our bathroom, and I also had him add two shut-off valves for the water lines to the tub. I also consulted with him about some water line pressure issues throughout the house and sought his opinion on how to improve my system. He has promised me a quotation for possibly working on that issue as well. For reference sake, I am on a well pump system out in Jones.

Cameron came out promptly at our agreed time. He checked meter and water flow and agreed with water company that there is a leak somewhere. He went through the entire house with listening device and could not find any sign of leak. He determined that leak must be between the meter and the house in my front yard. However it had rained the night before so it was impossible to determine wet spots so Cameron asked to come back in a few days after the ground dried up. He came back the following week as we agreed but still could not determine any obvious leaks. He offered me no solutions and said he couldn't help me. He didn't charge me for any of his time but I still have a leak (received new water bill today and it is very high!) Cameron was very professional and I will probably call him for other types of plumbing in the future but this leak detection was apparently beyond his ability. I still have to call someone to find my leak.
