Description of Work: Have not selected a provider yet. Cameron came by quickly, was very knowledgable and helpful with suggestions. Best price offered so far. Would not hesitate to use him for any plumbing need.

Description of Work: I was experiencing a leak in or below a wall in my kitchen. The plumber came out and spent time looking for the leak, never found anything and then still charged me the full price. I still had a leak when he left. Later another plumber came and it took him a total of 20 min. to locate a hairline leak in my main incoming pipe 6 inches below the foundation.

Description of Work: I had a renter leave without notice. There were a few plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. Kirkland initially said they would be out the next business day. However, they ended up calling the same afternoon saying they could get someone over before close of business. I appreciate the urgency Kirkland's showed to my issue as a property manager.

Description of Work: They came out to give us an estimate for a leak in the bathroom. We did not use their services because their price was more than double what other companies quoted.

Description of Work: He was back for the same initial problem and did not charge me the second time. He was here for a long time and did not take any money.

Description of Work: He replaced my 15 year old hotwater tank and installed earthquake straps around it, (a requirement for the quake ins.) Only say price is a B because would always like for stuff to cost less. Cameron did a great job and will call him when we need plumbing help in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced bathtub faucet and shower head, and connecting piping, due to leaks in existing piping. The items were replaced, but the $650.00 price seems a bit high. In addition, the shower head was not secured, and we were advised it would cost even more to do that due to the limited access to the wall interior.

Description of Work: Replaced standard hot water tank upstairs. Replaced 75 gallon hot water tank downstairs with a tankless hot water system. Replaced control handle for shower and tub. Disconnected water supply to refrigerator icemaker to allow moving of refrigerator. |Mr. Kirkland is very personable and prompt to return calls and schedule the work. |There were two problems which I was not pleased about. When he disconnected the icemaker he forgot the water was on and water sprayed all over the kitchen when the old connection broke. He apologized and helped me clean up the water. |The other problem was that he placed a new control lever on my tub in my Master Bath and the first time I used the bathtub the control lever fell off in my hands. |I decided not to call him back to fix it and I will find another plumber.

Description of Work: Our hot water heater quit working so we asked Cameron for a free estimate which he promptly provided. Since it was much lower than other quotes, we contracted him. He replaced the water heater in the time promised in a professional manner. A little over a year later the hot water heater quit working after the warranty expired. Cameron had to charge us for the replacement but did not charge us any labor. We believe this was a fluke in the equipment he purchased for use. We would definitely call on him again.

Description of Work: I called and got an immediate return call. I was going to use them but found someone who could do the job one day sooner. Theses folks were very professional and I'd call them again.
