Description of Work: They located and repaired a leak in the hot water line in the foundation. He came out on a Sunday, and returned and completed on a Monday. A great and professional job all around.

Description of Work: Our hot water tank went out on Thursday night and we called early Friday morning. Cameron came out around 11:30 and installed a new hot water heater. He was very professional and had all parts with him when he arrived. Very quick service and very well done. Would highly recommend this company. A+

Description of Work: I did not actually end up using Kirkland for my plumbing problem because I finally got drain unclogged myself. However, I am wanting to have a good plumber in my contact list and definitely put them in. He was very friendly cooperative and helpful over the phone. Customer Service is the first place to start and he was AWESOME!! So when I do need a plumber again, Kirkland is absolutely who I will call.

Description of Work: He could not get water shut off. Said I would have to call city. He said he could do sink faucets but not the shower faucets. I told him that I didn't want to do that. He said he was going have to charge me $89 for the service call I told him no. The service call just $39. I learned my lesson always find what change be fore they come out. They were way over price to change out washers for sink and shower

Description of Work: Cameron repaired our single lever master shower faucet which a handyman had "fixed" but had reversed the hot and cold. I corrected that myself but as it turned out, the cartridge was missing a seal, so the shower would run (intermittently at first and then full blast all the time) in the off position. I have no idea if that was a factory or handyman mistake but Cameron replaced everything the handyman had done and was finished in 20 minutes. He worked us into a busy schedule because we were relegated to turning the water on and off at the meter every time we needed water. He was able to come earlier than planned and called ahead to let me know that. Cameron was very pleasant and professional. He showed me the problem with the old cartridge and was also careful not to track water from the shower anywhere else. Moral of this story: call Kirkland's plumbing, not a handyman!
