Total Care Housekeeping Services

I have services every other week, and today, as usual, Rhonda was here on time and ready. She always has all teh tools for the job (even when I asked her to get between the fridge and cabinets for dust bunnies). The service I pay for is a three hour clean, and often we are looking for more to do that the standard Three bedrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen. The efficiency level is great, and nothing I ask for ever gets left out. We actually came together to make a small list, and even the next week Rhonda didn't forget a single item.

Total care has been cleaning my house for two years. They are very professional and do an outstanding job! This is my third cleaning service and right now my last one I need to have.

I hired them to do a 'move out' clean. Regular house cleaning plus wipe out cabinets, baseboards, light fixtures,etc. Only one person came -should have been at least two! The individual had a family situation that distracted her-service was aware-they should have replaced her when this occurred which was about half way through the day. Overall what was cleaned was just average. I would NOT use them for a home I lived in.

That was great. They did a really good job. Scheduling was easy - I just called and set up a time and they came. We left a list and the cleaner checked everything off of the list.

The was wonderfully taken care of. She even got a polished shine our of the kitchen table I hadn't see in a while great work!!

The one cleaner came in and did a good dusting and scrubbed down the bathrooms very nicely.

I've had Total Care Co. clean my house for over a year now. Rhonda is the person I request to come on a routine basis, every other week, on the day of my preference & time requested. She is very through & responsive to do what I want. I have certain things that I am very particular about, such as the showers, wooden shutters in several rooms & ceiling fans. She remembers what I want & if there is anything "out of the routine" that I want her to do. She has a great personality & is always willing to please . Lorena with TCHS has been cleaning our house for 5 months now so I wanted to give an updated review. Since my last review at the 3 month mark, Lorena has only gotten better! She is professional, honest, competent, polite, detail oriented, and extremely efficient. I understand why the company uses her as one of their new employee trainers, as she is easy to get along with also. Lorena brings her own cleaning products and equipment with her to clean with, but uses some of my specific cleaning products I request on some things that I provide for her. She performs general house cleaning responsibilities and extras such as changing sheets on beds and cleaning windows. Lorena has made our life so much easier.

Mary comes once a month to clean. She is so friendly and always is on time. My house is shiney and clean when she gets through.

They did such a nice job that we are now regular weekly customers. One person cleaned for six hours. I was very pleased with the work.

This happened long ago and don't remember anything about it. Just filling this out to get rid of the pop up.

The house keeper did not clean thoroughly. I question whether she scrubbed the bathtubs at all. Looked like, instead, she might have dry-dusted the tubs. Tile tile floors were cleaned haphazardly, as well. I was disappointed and do not plan to use this provider again. I have used this provider in the past and work was satisfactory. Quality of work has declined considerably since last visit.

The lady who cleaned showed up on time and was very professional. I was having knee replacement surgery the next day. All the rugs and anything that could cause me to fall had to be moved or put up. She cleaned very well and she was very thorough. I was very impressed. I would definitly use this service again. When I first called, they were booked up but Carmen called me back the next day and said she had been able to squeeze me in on the 7th. She went the extra mile and that speaks volumes.

They weren't able to finish the entire house...But cleaned the important areas...

I have been using Total Care for the last 4-5 years now and have been very pleased with the quality and price of the service. For about the last two years Rhonda Grammer has regularly cleaned my house. I love her! She does a great job. She's quick, efficient and friendly. Oftentimes she has someone else accompanying her that is training with her. That tells me that she is one of the best. If I have something extra that I want done, she does it happily. I highly recommend Total Care.

Lorena is professional and conscientious. She comes with all supplies, plus uses a couple of my specific requests, which I furnish, and works diligently for the time that I pay her. She is receptive to the list of cleaning requirements that I have suggested she do. I am new using this service, but I hope that things continue to work out on a regular basis.

She arrived on time and went straight to work. Her attention to detail and work ethic is above reproach and exceeds all expectations.

As I said above, I am absolutely ecstatic TCHS is cleaning my house. I consider myself blessed to have Lorena. She is a dream and TCHS is lucky to have such a dedicated, efficient, and friendly staff member. She was sent to my house the first day and has been back every week since March. Even when she is training someone, she is thorough, professional, and friendly. And she always asks if it's ok to bring someone else with her into my house (when she knows a week in advance). Did I mention respectful too? Lorena always finishes everything I ask her to do. When she is finished each week my house is spotless. I can't even begin to list all the tasks she does each week, and she has placed some tasks on a rotation schedule for different weeks that works out great. I actually look forward to Lorena being at my house every week! There's nothing like a newly cleaned house, especially when Lorena cleans it.

Rhonda came and cleaned and ironed in that amount of time and did a great job, she is also really warm, friendly and pleasant to be around.

Housekeeping young lady did good work while she ws here but Carmen called her after 4 hours on job and sent her to another job that she had scheduled. STILL HAD NOT FINISHED HERE. She had Kitchen and Dining area to do. Carmen said she thought she would have finished sooner but I told her but she was so slow that she didnt. Carmen wanted to send someoine else out the latter part of the week to finish the job but I didnt want to waste yet another day tjust to have some cleaning done. I would rather do it myself than have to deal with this bunch any longer. What this all boils down to is that I paid for 6 hours work and got only 4 hours . POOR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS !!

Early on I had difficulty with consistency, as I had more turnover of housekeepers than I liked. However, TC always sent someone and followed up. But, finally Rhonda started working with me and she is a dream. Always on time and finishes everything I ask her to do. We have become friends over the past year or so and I feel good when she comes to my home. Turnover is a common problem for housekeeping businesses and TC is not immune to this problem. However, I am very happy with the services I am receiving now. TC has been easy to work with and I am glad I use them.
