I had an issue with my propane fireplace not lighting. I called Youngstown Propane and they were able to come out rather quickly. The technician cleaned out some dirt in the pilot light area and he was able to get the fireplace working. They could have replaced parts and charged me more but didn't and with honest people like that, I am sure to use them again. Very good experience.
