I called AAA because my key would not turn my ignition. I called the dealership and they told me to have it towed. I am a AAA member so I called and when they arrived I told them what I needed but he tried to start it and of course it did not work. The next thing I know he has a screwdriver in my ignition and long story short he broke it and no key would work. He apologized and took it to the dealership who was surprised that he tried to use a screwdriver and they suggested that I call AAA to report it. I did so and they were very apologetic and paid for the repairs made to fix the damage he did. I was very happy with their responsiveness and taking care of the repair with no hassle whatsoever.

The cost is for the renewal of my membership, the same-day immediate service, and the cost of the battery. No problems whatsoever, and I would recommend.

They brought me home while they worked on the car. They were really nice. The repair went real well. I take it back for lube jobs and oil changes.

Great experience. Work came in under estimate, and nobody tried to sell us anything extra.

I have already used their services twice (within about two months of each other) when my daughter left a cabin light on in the car and the battery was drained. On both occasions, the technician arrived at my house within about 45 minutes of my call, and was able to quickly ''jump'' the battery. I've also stopped by their offices to pick up travel brochures. The cost above reflects a special membership price that they were offering.

The tow truck arrived 10-15 minutes from my phone call and towed me promptly to IMMKE Honda service center.

Good experience. Price was based on a coupon from AAA. Not very prompt in their service (estimated it would take 30-45 minutes and it took over 2 hours) and my car came back smelling like cigarette smoke.

They were very helpful. I was not sure what route we wanted to take on our vacation. She helped me out by preparing triptiks for a couple of different routes so that I could decide later. She also gave me advice on where not to go because of road construction.

You can depend on them, within an hour or less somebody always shows up. They're kind and courteous and there's no hassle.

We were on our way home and our car died. We managed to pull off the street and called for AAA service. We told them what happened and where we were at around 5:30 and they informed us they would send someone by 7:50. The time came and went with no tow truck. I called them and they said someone would be by before 8:45. Still no one had come. I called them a couple more times and they didn't seem to mind that we'd been waiting so long. Finally at 9:30 the truck pulled up and towed the car. We will use the service again only until our membership expires.

My policy had lapsed, but they allowed me to renew and pay a fee for the tire change. It was still cheaper than the other 2 companies I called and now I have my policy in case I have further troubles. They were great: cooperative, quick, concerned, easy.

THIS IS A VERY CONVENIENT SERVICE FOR AAA MEMBERS. THE BATTERY WAS $120 AND HAS A THREE YEAR WARRANTY (AND THEY BROUGHT IT OUT AT NO ADDITIONAL COST).

VERY NICE AND PLEASANT. I HAVE CALLED AAA SEVERAL TIMES A YEAR FOR VARIOUS THINGS, LOCK KEYS IN MY CAR, JUMP START, TOW OUT OF SNOW ETC. ALWAYS ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH, EVEN IF I'M TRAVELING OUT OF STATE.

UPON LEAVING A RESTAURANT AT LUNCH I DISCOVERED I HAD A FLAT TIRE. I CALLED AAA TO HAVE THEM COME OUT AND CHANGE IT AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ABOUT 45 MINUTES. THE MECHANIC WAS THERE IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. HE WAS VERY POLITE, PULLED OUT MY 10-YEAR-OLD SPARE THAT HAD NEVER BEEN USED, CHANGED THE TIRE, THEN INFLATED THE SPARE TO THE PROPER PRESSURE. THEN HE LOADED MY TIRE IN THE TRUNK AND I WAS READY TO GO. IT TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES START-TO-FINISH. IT WAS 98 DEGREES OUTSIDE THAT DAY AND WHAT A RELIEF TO HAVE AAA AVAILABLE TO FIX SUCH A MUNDANE YET DISRUPTIVE PROBLEM. IT'S SERVICE LIKE THIS THAT MAKES THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE WORTH IT TO ME. VERY PLEASED!

THE PEOPLE THAT THEY HAVE ARE WONDERFUL. HE HELPED MY SON GET THINGS MOVED, SO HE DIDN'T CHARGE ANYTHING. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE GONE OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE HELPFUL.
