Battery was dead. Call national number. Great response time high quality customer service all around.

Not all AAA travel services are the same. I was surprised to
learn they are franchises. As a result the services and pricing varies between
franchises. We booked a Disney vacation at the same time as my sister-in-law.
We booked at a Columbus AAA and she booked at the Jackson Ohio AAA. We were
shocked to learn that she had been offered all kinds of free merchandise with
her Disney vacation which we initially were not offered. When the Jackson
office emailed us a copy of the specials which we showed to the Columbus office
they gave us the specials. The Jackson office booked air on Southwest at no
additional cost. The Columbus office would not book air on Southwest plus
charge a booking fee for other airlines which the Jackson office did not. We
ended up constantly comparing what we were being offered with what my
sister-in-law was being offered. In most cases, once we mentioned what the
Jackson office was offering the Columbus office gave us the same thing. But we
had to mention it first! In the future we will probably call the Jackson office
to compare offers from a Columbus office.

The towing service was good, showed up in good time because of the AAA membership and it was free.

When I call them, the assistance will come. I've been using them for 2 years. They came pretty quickly when I needed them.

I have had repairs completed on my two cars at this facility for the last two years. The fees paid are reasonable. The repairs are f high quality and the customer service is excellent. They give estimates and inform you of maintenance that can be performed because of my vehicles make/model/mileage and use. After trying several other auto repair places this is the one place where I am treated with respect.

They arrived promptly and first checked to make sure the battery was the culprit. Readout indicated it needed to be replaced. They had the new one in quickly and I was able to be on my way. Price was comparable to driving to an auto garage but SO much more convenient!

It went perfect! Caring, they text you where they are and how much time it will be until they get there. I was stuck on Park Street in G.C. after shopping for football apparel. It was very sad, lonely and scary time but they calmed me down and arrived, plugged my tire and off I went. They truly are a fine company. I will be renewing!

Car was in a driveway and had not been moved since about May,
The drive way is old and has a hump in the middle, which made it impossible to put the lift jack under the car. He used his wench and with the car in neutral, pulled id back to a flatter service. Experience and patience were the key. He lifted and put bars under it to raise it. Not high enough.....but he kept at it. Finally gpt the rear raised high enough to put the lift bsr in.
Took more time, thought and experience to raise the front end (front wheel car) high enough to get the dollies (sp) under the car and tow it.
We were very impressed by his calmness and professionalism.

I had to wait for a guy to come out to evaluate my blades and he really didn't give me much confidence that he knew what he was doing so I didn't guestion their lack of availability of windshield wiper blades, go figure, seemed simple enough to me.

AAA Car Center are prompt, their prices are very competitive if you are a AAA member, they have a nice waiting area with internet access. It is very comfortable if you want to wait.

They were great. They took us right in and replaced the bulbs right away for us. We have a Subaru so they have to actually put it up on the rack to get to the bulbs. I thought they were very professional and helpful. Their price was reasonable.

I would definitely use them again.

I did not have a very good experience. I was treated miserably. They were scheduling ten days out for an oil change. I do not know anybody who schedules ten days out. The gentleman was extremely condescending. He treated me like he did not want my business. I have been a AAA member for 18 years.

They were prompt and they were nice. I didn't have any problems.

They give a little discount for AAA members. They charged us around $250 for their services. They did take care of the problem. They are very trustworthy. They are pretty flexible on drop off. We drop off the car the night before and then they call us the next day to tell us about the problem. They are very flexible to work with. We thought that there was a much worse problem a couple of times in the past, but it wasn't. They actually saved us some money and that's hard to find. They have never tried to up sell us on anything. So, that's really nice. Their price was good and they gave us AAA discounts; so there was good value. They are very professional too.

Upon delivering the vehicle to the repair facility I was met promptly and courteously by the service advisor who gave me an estimate of the repair time and a promise to call with a price estimate by the next day. They diagnosed the problem the following morning and called with an estimated price and completion date. The vehicle was done sooner than promised and at a lower price than estimated.

They have always been very punctual. There was one thing that they did for me, which wasn't very good. I had to have my car towed and they didn't put it on a dolly. They took it down the street without the tires turning. So, I wasn't pleased with that. There was already some damage in my car because I had to put a whole new rear differential in and it cost me almost $1000. I had no problems with it previously and they said that it wasn't their fault. The mechanic that worked on my car said that certainly wasn't the way a car should have been towed. He said that it should have been put on a dolly. They ended up putting it on a dolly after driving for about 150 feet. I have used the services of AAA plenty of times in the past for many years and they have always been good. I never had an issue before, but the last incident was very negative indeed. Their price is reasonable because it is a membership price. They have always been professional and they are very good about that. I would probably use their services again. The truck driver wasn't doing anything malicious. It was an error in the way he handled it. I don't think he has been working there that long. It did get it resolved. I did call their office and discuss it with them, but there wasn't anyway I could really prove what had happened. So, I left the matter.

Everything went fine. They are pretty attentive and seem to be honest when trying to explain things. They seem to be very competent.

We have a membership with them, so we get good deals on hotels and stuff. They provided good service when we needed and whatever needed they provided.

We once got an oil change done there and then got an estimate for some work but didn’t get the work done. It turned out that it was under our car’s extended warranty. Everything about them seemed fine. They explained what needed to be done. I didn’t feel like they tried to do something that was unnecessary. Their responsiveness and punctuality seemed good. I would use their services in the future too.

I thought they were all good all around. They seemed to be very honest, and they took care of the problem that I had. I didn’t have any extensive repairs, but I had some work done.
