Frank was awesome and did a great job. He was professional, on time, easy to work with and talk to. He reconfigured all of our wiring and cleaned up so many inconsistencies... and reprogrammed our remote. He also took the time to explain his modifications. I plan to make use of his company in the near future and would heartedly endorse him and his company

Communication is key...and he was excellent at that. Kept me up to speed when he was running late. He was fast and knowledgeable. Very professional. I only wish the cords could have been hidden better. Not his fault tho. The wall he mounted them to was plaster and my TV cord wasn't very long. I just have to research other options now for hiding all the wiring better. I would definitely use this company again in the future and recommend them for all your audio/video needs!

Frank came to our home and took a look at the job, and gave us a bid. He told us accurately when he would be able to do the work. While speaking with Frank, it became very clear to both my husband and me that he was very knowledgable about his profession. We have worked with other people in that business, and Frank was a cut above the rest. Frank came out and did the work; he followed up with us to be sure that all was working well (the placement of the Television and components are in two separate rooms with a lot of wires going through a wall, not the easiest thing in the world to work with). When we ran into a glitch (Frank had made it clear that this was a possibility because of the electronics that were involved with this particular job), Frank responded immediately. He has gone above and beyond in his service to us. The system works beautifully, and I will keep Custom Digital in my "go to" file, as well as recommending them to friends and neighbors

This is an excellent, responsive service provider. We just moved to the area and needed in- wall speaker systems set up and 2 rooms of AV installed, plus some shelving. Frank answers calls promptly, sets appointments for a specific time that you can plan on (unlike all the contractors who only give a 4 hour window that you have to set aside a half day to wonder when the contractor will arrive because they are incapable of keeping a calendar). Frank showed up within 2 minutes of when he said he would be at our house to do estimates. He followed up with a written, emailed proposal presenting options with line item pricing. We selected various services, and also questioned some of the costs which he explained and even provided photos of the type of installation quality to substantiate the pricing - I never questioned his pricing after that. His work was professional, complete and cosmetically perfect. Frank is a perfectionist, even to the extent of bringing various options to offer to hide wiring. We had an issue with a cable box that occurred in the installation, and Frank spent a late evening pursuing the problem until it was resolved. We are happy with our installation, everything works, cost was reasonable, quality of workmanship is very high, and we would recommend Frank to anyone who wants a job dine right and with consideration of cosmetically finished work.

Frank is very knowledgable about all things technical and has helped keep my older A-V system current and highly functional. He makes sure that every detail is working properly before he leaves and always responds to any email questions I may have. I have used his services for the last three years and have always been satisfied. He is somewhat of a perfectionist and I appreciate that in his services.

He was here when he said he would be. I do not recall the exact amount he charged, it seems to me it was around $200 or something less. I am ambivalent about the fee, any more and I would feel I was gouged. He did the work well and was attentive to my comments and desires. I would give him a B+.

They did a very nice job! I had an almost unique requirement and he was able to do that nicely. He understood what I needed and was able to install it.

Frank is very responsive, a super nice guy and a top flight professional. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and I would hire him again and highly recommend him for large or small projects. We upgraded our DirectTV receiver and none of the other TVs that fed from that receiver were getting a picture. Because he did such a terrific job the last time he was here, I called Frank again. Frank called back promptly to set-up a time to come out but advised that for a few bucks, I could solve the problem myself. With his advice we are back up and running. I plan to call him again when we are ready to upgrade our whole house system. Thank You Frank!

They were very prompt and professional with their service. The application was neat and done very nicely. Seemed to have my best interest in mind. The cost was very reasonable and I am pleased with the job. I would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Very professional, and neat installation. The antenna is small, and aesthetically pleasing. Very powerful antenna despite it's small size, picks up 43 digital channels. Frank is very courteous, and explains all in easy to understand language. The cable is neatly hidden behind the rain gutter, eaves., and up through the mast. I am now considering cancelling my satellite subscription because most of the channels I don't watch, and the HD channels I get from the antenna are great, and free!

Frank did a great job. We have a number of TVs in our new home and he was able to simplify the systems for us. He also has been helpful in providing ideas on how to configure our various components to maximize their abilities without overwhelming us with remote "overload". Highly recommend this company (already have to my mom!)

He insists that he wants to help me in anyway possible with all the equipment he installed(whether it is related to his work or not) at no cost as his committed to his customers. He is absolutely amazing. He is very professional, does excellent work, and completely dedicated to satisfying his customers.

Frank was GREAT. He told me that he would be out on Friday and he called day before to give me a time window 12-1:00PM he showed up at 12:10 He spent a lot of time finding problem and then rewired all in the heat of the day. He originally installed the system and it worked great. The accidental cut of the wires was fixed and frank's charge was in my mind very reasonable. The guy is hard working honest and just does his job quietly and efficiently.

This was an efficient service which returned phone calls promptly, scheduled service in advance, came at the specified time and found intelligent ways of solving problems that others had not. They stayed until the job was finished. It was expensive but they did alot of work, nearly 8 hours. More than one other company had not found ways of installing these services. They also followed up to see that all was working properly.

Frank came out to repair the remote control and did not charge me. He has come out before for little problems. He has come out several times at no charge.

He did very nice work and we would use him again. He did a bunch of stuff. His name is Frank and he was very professional and really knew what he was doing. We have not had one problem with any of our remote controls. We would absolutely use him again.
