Description of Work: It was a very quick turn around. My windshield had a ding that cracked across the whole windshield when the temperature was 20 degrees below zero. It was so cold that I could not get home service. So, I had to drive it to the company. I was greeted professionally and my car was immediately taken in to replace the windshield. In the process of replacing the windshield the wiper was broken. The service agent came out and shared the news and said the part would be available the next day at no charge.
