They arrived when promised, quickly accessed the problems and traced the location of actual leaking pipe. Next, they cleanly removed sections of tile and kitchen ceiling and identified the piping and fittings required, Since it was late in the day, they left returning the next day with all the fittings and quickly replaces several feet of piping and fittings. They left my home clean and were very professional. I would gladly recommed them to anyone looking for an excellent plumbing firm.

I contacted WyattWorks and asked them to come out to my rental property because my tenants advised me that there was a water leak in the master bathroom. The guys showed up on time and diagnosed the problem in short order. They determined that the water problem was not a plumbing issue and gave me some low cost solutions to the problem that did exist. I was only charged for a service call. Simple, easy, professional and courteous. What more could you ask for?

I was impressed with WyattWorks from the initial phone call to Andy until Luke left my home. If I ever need plumbing work done in my home, I will not hesitate to call WyattWorks. The staff was professional, courteous, and all the work that was done was thoroughly explained to me. They even worked with me with cost. Excellent! They came when they said they were coming. Everyone, including the drywall man, was on time. They did quality work and was very courteous!

The plumber arrived about 25 minutes late, which is slighlty annoying but in comparison to other people we've hired for home improvement work this wasn't bad. Before removing the old toilet, I heard him on the phone outside at his truck arguing with his fiancee for about 10 minutes. He got the old toilet out, but while upstairs he got another phone call and continued to discuss his upcoming wedding plans quite loudly. I finally reminded him (for the 2nd time) that my son was asleep across the hall and I asked him to please take his phone call outside. He seemed embarassed, apologized, and took the call outside. Overall the work was good and the actual installation only took 1/2 hour or so. However, he spent over an hour at our house because of all the phone calls. He should have kept his personal life for later, after the job was finished.

Josh was very pleasent and professional. He was prompt, friendly, and competent as he made the necessary repairs. Wyattworks Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will use from now on.

The work was done in a professional manner, the results were excellent, and the cleanup was excellent. Very courteous technician. He was running a few hours late the day he was scheduled, and we were told he might be a little late when the work was scheduled. The office did call to update his status, but the phone call was not received until 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. He arrived about 45 minutes after the phone call. The technician gave a a small price reduction when he saw that the work would be a little less than originally estimated. Overall we were very satisfied. We would definitely use this company again.

Though this was not an emergency, they came out right away and did the work quickly and well.

I CALLED WYATTWORKS AROUND 9:30 A.M., ARRIVED 12:15. ONE OF THE PLUMBERS, JOSH CALLED TO SEE IF I NEEDED ANYTHING PICKED UP ON HIS WAY OUT. CHECKED THE JOB, GAVE ME ESTIMATE. BEGAN WORK AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HIS PROFESSION.

Came to home and gave an estimate on same day that I called. Installation went well and listened to my suggestions. Cleaned basement well afterwards and would not know that they had been there. Had a small gas leak in one of the connectors they used and were at my home in 20 minutes to resolve the problem. Excellent service.

Called them in the evening and they were there on time at 8am the next day. It was a pretty bad clog, but he got it free and cleaned up adequately. Price was a little high for a clog, but he was there for a few hours and their prompt and professional service made it well worth it.

They were fine. I had no problem with them.

Wyatt Works was called in the morning and by the time I got home for work the fixtures had been replaced, the work was professionally done and the price was extremely reasonable. We were offered several alternatives and were able to pick the one that most suited our needs. The office was polite and extremely helpful. I would recommend this company to everyone.

They actually found leaks in our home. They are quite responsive to your needs and are considerate of your home's cleanliness. They wear booties to make sure it keeps clean.

They came exactly as scheduled. Discussed cost before any work was done. They were able to complete the work in a few hours (Yeah !) Gave me suggestions to reduce my water bill --- due to using sprinkler system. Explained how my hot water heater functions differently when geothermal unit is/is not turned on.

Due to an extreme cold spell pipes in my 1860's farmhouse froze in the laundry room and kitchen. When they thawed there were leaks in both rooms, one within the walls of the laundry and a second under the floor in the kitchen. I called WyattWorks and was told Andy, the owner, could come out that very day. I was impressed with their ability to respond so quickly. Since it was a weekend and rates were higher, so I elected to wait until Monday. Andy, came out early that Monday and assessed the situation. He gave me a price and had his sons Luke and Josh report to my place the next day. They cut into the laundry room wall, installed an access panel and repaired the leaks. Once the water was turned on we discovered additional leaks in the line and under the kitchen floor. A reassessment was made and we all agreed the pipes in the laundry and kitchen had to all be replaced due to multiple breaks up and down the line. In addition we would use electrical cable to to wrap the pipes so future freezing would be thwarted. Afterwards these pipes were also wrapped in insulation. I was very pleased with their work. This was NOT an easy job because the pipes were not easily accessible under the kitchen floor where the crawlspace was nearly inaccessible. All three men were extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. When I mentioned an additional problem with incoming air around an old door, they recommended I contact a woodworker they knew. I called him and that very day he came out an gave me a quote on the job. Although, the price went from $900.00 to $3500.00 it was certainly justified and reasonable given the huge scope of the job. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves. They also provided an Angie's List discount. I would and WILL recommend Andy and his sons to any and everyone.

Called in the morning. They were at my house about noon same day. We had a small leak around toilet basin. $79 service call which is normal (same as our handyman and roofer). $134 for toilet wax seal/labor. $52 for snaking shower drain. 10% Angie's List discount. Happy with service. He looked at some other areas of house and stated we can wait a year+ to replace some sink pipes/faucet. Will probably call them when the replacing needs to be done. He wore protective bags on shoes when inside house. They were suggested to us by our real estate agent.

They had the best prices we found. They were very professional and very nice. They were very respectful about being inside my house and home. They are very professional.

Our water had become luke warm so we called to have service performed on our hot water tank. The owner's son came first, then the owner the same day we called and replaced the bottom heating element which cost $178 installed. The killer was the additional $79 service call which we thought was a little steep, but everyone charges something. All and all, the service was fast and efficient so I would recommend them.

Excellent customer service. They were willing to work with my schedule and charged $79.95 to establish the problem and give estimate for additional work. Andy showed up on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and exceeded our expectations. They are a great company to hire.

Great in an emergency, always friendly and helpful and good quality work. He is the only plumber that we've had who took the time to figure out how to eliminate the knocking in our boiler.

EMERGENCY. DRIP UNDER SINK. RESPONDED & DID WORK SAME DAY. TECHNICIANS JOSH & JOHN WERE COURTEOUS. COVERED THEIR FEET WHEN THEY CAME INTO HOUSE. EVEN DID EXTRA. PILOT LIGHT OUT HOT WATER TANK. LIT WITHOUT CHARGING EXTRA. CLEANED UP WELL. VERY PROFESSIONAL & HELPFUL

EXCELLENT WORK, VERY PROFESSIONAL. RESPOND QUICK TO EMERGENCIES. VERY FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL. QUITE THOUGHTFUL. DID SOME INDEPENDENT RESEARCH TO FIND THE SOLUTION TO A PROBLEM TWO OTHER COMPANIES SAID WASN'T RESOLVABLE. WE CERTAINLY APPRECIATE HIS INIATIVE.

IT WAS A HARD TO FIX JOB THAT TOOK A LONG TIME TO SNAKE OUT. A WEEK LATER HE HAD TO COME BACK AND HE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR COMING OUT THE SECOND TIME. HE SUGGESTED A PRODUCT THAT WOULD HELP TO PREVENT THE TREE BRANCHES THAT KEEP CLOGGING THE PIPE AND HE RETURNED TO PUT IN THE PRODUCT AND WE ALSO NEEDED HELP WITH THE FURNACE AND THE PART WE NEEDED WAS ABOUT AN HOUR AWAY AND HE WENT TO GET THE PART, WHICH I APPRECIATED. THERE WERE A FEW NEGATIVE THINGS THAT HAPPENED HE WAS HERE WITH HIS SONS AND HE SENT THE SON OUT TO ENTER THE FOAMING PRODUCT INTO THE PIPE AND HE NEEDED TO MIX THE PRODUCT AND HE MIXED IN THE SINK AND THEN I HAD TO SPEND ANOTHER $70 TO FIX THE SINK. HE IS RELIABLE AND GOOD ABOUT CALLING BACK AND DID A GOOD JOB ON THE PLUMBING. THEY WERE A LITTLE HIGH IN PRICE.
