The work was very good. The work was expensive as this was the second time that I had used them.

They came out twice for the service. They did a great job.

The service was confusing as they said we did not purchase the right coupon for the service needed. We ended up having them replace a toilet and they charged for the toilet and could not honor the coupon for the service. They did end up giving us a discount for the service. The quality of the work was great. The guy who came out was professional.

I did not end up purchasing the home so I did not use their service. They were very professional and knowledgeable.

I was very pleased with the service and information I received from Wyatts. I was shown the inside of my pipes from the house to the street. I was also shown all of the blockages caused by tree roots and how the tool being used cut through them. The pipes looked brand new when finished. A treatment used to slow the tree growth was also flushed through the pipes.

I am very happy with the work that was completed at my home. I will definitely use Wyatt Works again for any plumbing issues that may arise. I will also forward their information to my family and friends!

Great experience overall, they were neat, professional and polite. I gave them a bad rating on price because I thought they are expensive. I say this because I looked up the cost of the disposal online after they left and I found that the unit sells for around $150. They charged me $597 before a $50 discount. I might use this company in the future but I will compare pricing FIRST.

WyattWorks was recommended by our home buyers real estate rep - we are selling our home and the inspector found some moisture issues in our basement. I was hesitant to use the company recommended by the other agent but in this case should not have been. They arrived on time and were very courteous. They did an excellent job diagnosing and taking care of the problem which turned out to be a clogged drain. The gentlemen who came out were exceptional and knowledgeable. They scheduled our appointment quickly and charged a fair price. We have a plumber that we have used in the past that does not do the type of work that was needed for this issue but after today I think we may just use WyattWorks for all of our pluming needs.

They were great. They are very professional and I would trust them to do anything around the house.

I called for service expecting to have to wait at day or so. Instead, they called back within an hour or so and said someone could be here in 45 minutes. Josh Wyatt and his assistant Jamal showed up, analyzed the problem, and took care of it within 20 minutes' time. They left the area clean and tidy. I was amazed by their efficiency if a little stunned by the price (even with a $25 coupon). However, I must admit that I am not at all conversant with plumbing prices today, and I am happy to have a working toilet.

The supervisor examined the laundry area and the area of water intrusion in the garage and gave a written quote within 10 minutes. The tub installation was completed efficiently and neatly, and a plumber returned early on the next work day to finish up a task which needed cementing. The water intrusion problem is still under examination. We are proceeding through a process of elimination of a couple of possible causes, and I will have the company return in a week to check progress.

The water heater was not working well. Earlier in the week I turned the thermostat up. On 8/30/12 we noticed it was leaking--a lot. It seemed as if there was pressure building up in the heater. We called Wyattworks and they came out right away. The old tank was 12 years old. It did not have a cold inlet, so he upgraded the piping. What was wonderful was how responsive they were. They came out the same day and did all the repairs. I have also worked with Wyattworks on two other project and they were very reliable, and the crew is very easy to work with. Earlier this year they also came out and upgrade several leaky pipes, place shut off valved in and labeled the pipes. It looked great.

Talked to Andy and scheduled the appointment. They were able to schedule around my work schedule. They came and diagnosed the problem and worked with the home warranty company to work out who was going to pay for what service. After getting the payment worked out they repaired the leaking pipe, fixed the faucet and replaced the toilet. The faucet did continue to leak the next time the shower was used. They came out the next day and adjusted it for no charge. I am going to use them for all my future plumbing needs since the cost was reasonable.

They are very prompt, courteous, and professional.

They presented us with a detailed proposal, including a time schedule that met our needs. I found them to be exceptionally professional and always available to respond to questions. It was clear from my dealings with their subcontractors who did the electrical, carpentry, drywall installation and tile work that Wyatt had made them all aware of the timetable and the need to meet the committed completion date. They actually finished the work a couple of days ahead of schedule, on budget and to our satisfaction. I was very impressed with their efforts to limit the disruption to our household and the care they took to control dust arising during the renovation We had previously used them for miscellaneous plumbing projects around our home and that's why we went to them for a proposal on the renovation. We couldn't be happier. We'll definitely use them in the future.

They located and resolved problem. Wyatt removed the 'trap' from our 1941 bathtub plumbing and replaced some cast iron pipes. Each job was estimated and evaluated separately. All work was performed efficiently. They wore shoe covers(!) They followed up with a satisfaction call next day. Very good in every respect.

This company exceeded our expectations in every possible way except the price. From their first walk-through with us to completing the final work, they were highly skilled, very responsive, and couldn't have been more courteous. Overall, everyone we dealt with at WyattWorks was genuinely nice and we would recommend them to anyone wanting simple to highly complex plumbing work, done perfectly without any delays or problems. We initially dealt with Andy Wyatt, "the Dad" of this family-owned business. He came out and did the estimate, while Ruth, his wife, runs the office. Both Ruth and Andy were a pleasure to talk to and Andy easily understood our 4-story 1927 plumbing system. We agreed to have WyattWorks complete our list of work involving the basement, kitchen, and bathrooms on 3 floors - all part of a general upgrade to the 21st century, plus kitchen & bath remodeling. The work was done by one of Andy's sons and another young man, both of whom were professional, skillful plumbers. They arrived every day in a big, fully stocked Wyatt truck, always prepared with whatever they would need for the day. They worked well together as a team and spoke respectfully not only to our family but to each other, which we appreciated. They worked each day from about 10-4, with a 30 minute break for lunch, completing the entire job in 3 days. This fast turnaround was a nice surprise on the one hand but on the other, it meant we paid WyattWorks over $100/hr. for labor, which is high compared to what other plumbers charge in our area. We grumbled about this to them, not really expecting anything, so were very surprised when Wyatt both emailed and called us on the phone to talk about it. They ended up sending us several discounts for future work, which we'll definitely use when we have them come back to install all our new fixtures and appliances, once we buy them, to their plumbing!
