We called Wyattworks Plumbing 14771 Sisson Rd. Chardon , Ohio 44024 ( 1-866-992-8891) , fifteen minutes after getting info from Angies List. Called & the gal who was very nice, said she would contact a crew member & get back to us soon. About 3 minutes later, we got a call back that he would be over in about 1 hour. Well, in less than an hour J. B was here. Very nice & went to work right away & found the 3 leaks in lines against the wall for our washer. The area was very hard to get at the pipes. We thought there was only two leaks. He replaced the lines & then was on his way. The cost was over 300.00, so J.B gave us off the 50.00 off coupon for Angie's members & also gave us off 10% seniors discount. So it ended up 289.54. The people we dealt with were so nice, professional & fast to get here and fix our leaks. I would recommend them totally and would not hesitate to call them again & again, if or when we need a plumber !!!
Description of Work: Checked for leaks. Found 3 and replaced all pipes affected.

They were very courteous and helpful when I first called for information and requested an estimate. I was given all the information I needed, and allthough the estimate was higher than others I could have used, I was impressed with Angie's List reviews for this company. Like a lot of people, I find having workmen in my home stressful, so I wanted, especially with a plumbing job, to be confident and as comfortable as possible with whoever was doing the job. This job was done so carefully and cleanly, and the plumber was so pleasant to deal with, I knew I would use this company again. UPDATE: Shortly after our initial good experience with Wyatt Works, we needed help with a problem that had been recurring over several years. Previously, we'd spent a considerable amount for plumbers who thought they'd fixed the problem; but when it occurred this time, I called Wyatt Works. They came out the same day I called, and were back the next morning to fix it. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. He explained everything to us. And best of all, he correctly diagnosed the real problem and corrected it. There has not been a problem since. I cannot over-emphasize what it means to deal with people you can trust because of their expertise and the care they take in your home. It is rare to find this level of excellence anywhere.

We needed the help of a plumber right away- I called Wyatt Works in the late afternoon, and they were able to have a plumber at my home early the next morning. He arrived right on time, was very professional and courteous, and gave us a detailed quote before beginning his work. The work was done quickly and very well, and we are very pleased with the results. I would definitely use Wyatt Works again.

Two workers were hard workers. It went very well from start to finish. Comfortable with them in my home. Courteous and clean, conscientious. Very pleased with the work done. It was done the same day they came out to look at it. I cannot speak about price as I have nothing to compare it to and I know plumbing prices are high as a rule.

We had called another company that told us they would remove the cracked pipe, replace it, but also would need to rip up the third floor bathroom floor to check for blockages. We were waitng for an estimate. We got tired of waiting and called Wyatt Works. Andy said he would be in our neighborhood the next morning and would stop by. He did and gave us an estimate that did not include ripping up the third floor bathroom floor. The work was performed several days later as scheduled. It has now beeen about six weeks and there are no leaks or blockages. We are very happy with the promptness and professionalism of Wyatt Works.

I was originally dissatisfied with the completed work Wyatt had done in the shower. I felt there was a miscommunication between myself and Wyatt's employee about what needed to be done to repair the cracks in a ceramic tile shower. When I called Andy Wyatt to discuss my dissatisfaction he was more than willing to rectify the situation. He came out to inspect the completed job and knew exactly what needed to be done to prepare the shower for it's repair. He then sent out a tile expert who completed the work to our satisfaction. It was evident, in talking with Andy, that customer satisfaction is his primary concern and we will definitely use their services in the future. I recommend Wyatt Works to my friends and feel confident doing so.

It seemed to us that the flow of hot water to the shower was slow. Andy and Jamal tested the water flow, checked the temperature and then cleaned the shower supply lines and the valves. They also found the leak in the vent, which they repaired. This entailed cutting a hole in the ceiling and going up into the crawl space. They were efficient, easy to work with, and did a good job cleaning up when they were done. I really like Andy Wyatt. He is very knowledgeable and appreciates our 85 year-old house. He does not try to up-sell you and makes sure you know what the cost will be. They also gave me the time they would arrive - not a 4 or 8 hour window. Jemal actually arrived a couple minutes early. I've used Whatt Works before and had the same excellent experience. They are a family-owned company and they care about quality and service.

I have a separate gas line hooked up to my gas meter to accommodate a gas lamp I asked Wyatt Works to remove from my back yard. I called to request an estimate and they fit me in for an early morning appointment within a couple days. The technician offered to stay and complete the job that morning, but payment was required at that time. I booked the job for the following week. Easy to work with. The receptionist to the technician were polite and professional. I am a satisfied customer.

This was our second time using Wyatt. Family owned and run. They are very professional, honest, and knowledgable. This time we had an emergency gas leak found. Our gas was turned off on Sunday night. They responded via phone that night and were able to make time for us to fix leaks the next morning. They promised our gas would be turned on by monday night and indeed it was. They dealt well with our old, redundant gas pipe system. They replaced an old leaking pipe in our basement. They also replaced our old water heater and fixed a leaking shower faucet. They use quality materials and the result is superb! They are a pleasure to have around.

I had to coordinate the plumber and the Dominion meter installer to come here on the same day, a day warm enough so the work could be carried out (all outside of the house). We were without heat while the plumbing work was done and we were waiting for the meter to be installed. Andy and Ruth of WYATTWORKS were very accommodating in answering my questions and arranging for a date when the work could be carried out. This required several phone calls and a number of e-mails, all of which were promptly answered. Josh Wyatt and another technician came out on January 29 and carried out the plumbing work professionally and neatly. They also performed the required pressure tests so that everything was ready when the Dominion service person installed the gas meter in the afternoon.
Description of Work: We had a natural gas powered electric backup generator installed. Our service line could not provide sufficient gas flow for our gas appliances and the generator. Dominion installed a larger gas service line to the house (bored underground). I needed a plumber to connect the new meter manifold to the house line and the generator, before Dominion could install the new gas meter. I contacted WYATTWORKS to carry out the plumbing work.

They arrived at the scheduled time and performed the work in a competent and careful manner. They were careful to clean up thoroughly after the job was completed. No complaints about workmanship. Since water was coming through my kitchen ceiling, I did not take the time for competitive quotes. I thought the price for limited materials and 1 1/2 hours of work was a bit high.

Member, Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. Providing the best experience, from pleasantly answering the phone live, to showing up with a fully stocked shop on wheels is what we strive for. This is not an easy task. Jobs are completed quickly by highly trained pros, often the same day. All debris is removed upon completion and our clients homes are respected and the site cleaned thoroughly. This level of service requires a well paid staff, properly maintained equipment, and a back office support system that can make it all happen. "Consider it Done" is our slogan. This is something we work hard to do, and to do right, even when it comes to pricing. Everything is quoted upfront in a fair straightforward manor. Nothing is done without advance approval by the client. We do not twist anyone's arm and we don't play pricing games back and forth. We charge what it costs to pay our bills and run our business ethically and we quote that number before we begin. It is expensive to a job properly. We understand that. However, I don't want to sound trite, but when it comes to plumbing service, you get what you pay for. Compare it to a the hospitality world. One can stay at Motel 6 or a Courtyard Suite by Marriott. HIring WyattWorks parallels the latter. Andy Wyatt

Upon contacting them about an overflowing toilet, Watt Works returned to my home right away to make good on work they had done five months earlier. That crew had not noticed that the toilet handle was broken; consequently, the flapper occasionally would fail to drop down once the toilet bowl had refilled. This time, however, there happened to be a clog in the toilet; after flushing, the flapper did not go down. Unaware of this, I left the room and the toilet overflowed, leaving a significant amount of water on my second floor. Luke Wyatt and his assistant fixed the problem at no cost to me, and owner Andy Wyatt followed up with a phone call and Starbucks gift card to help make up for the mess (and stress) this problem caused. Mistakes happen. In this case, the family-run company acknowledged that the first crew had been negligent and fixed the problem at no cost to me. They left a satisfied customer.

I called and they immediately responded and could take care of it next day. When I asked whether they could come same day, they charged special service fee for responding and they came within hours. The technician was excellent and communicated the process and unclogged the drain very quickly. They also grouted some areas of sink that had not been done on original install. Now sink drains great. Hoping I have no other plumbing issues but will call them again. Very professional, responsive and great service.

After extensive replacement of original plumbing a year ago by another company (initials JRS), the first time the third floor bathroom was used, water leaked into the second floor bathroom. Both had been replastered, repainted so we were very upset. They gave a lot of excuses for why it wasn't a problem with their work and why they had left a segment of old stack surrounded by new work. The head plumber insisted that the only way to replace the leaking part was to remove the 100 year old tile floor (embedded in a foot of concrete), leaving considerable damage to surrounding walls from the jackhammering and requiring removal and relocation of all fixtures including a clawfoot tub, new toto toilet and pedestal sink. Of course a new tile floor would have to be installed. Most of the ceiling in the second floor bath and adjacent hall would have to come out as well with considerable. This would take approximately 3-4 weeks to accomplish. I recalled meeting Andy Wyatt of Wyattworks and he came out for a second opinion. What a difference! He cautiously assessed the problem and determined that he could work through the ceiling and 2 walls only. He impressed us with his urgency that we should try to keep the beautiful old tile and not subject our house to the stresses associated with the floor removal and complete moving of the fixtures. He and his crew accomplished the removal as planned in only two days and arranged for the plasterer/painter to come immediately after. They discovered problems with the previous "restoration" such as a lead toilet drain that we had been told was removed and fixed them with no additional charges. They were extremely neat and went out of their way to reduce dust and debris. They are professionally dressed, very polite and a real pleasure to have in your home. The estimate was accurate and very detailed. If you have a historic home, Wyattworks is the only plumber you should consider to preserve your historic elements. And if I had a new home, I'd only use them too.

I had recently moved into a new home in the Tremont area, and after just two weeks in the home, I noticed that our master bathroom toilet wasn't flushing, it was extremely loose at the base, and not-so-nice odors were coming up from under the base. I also noticed that my spare bedroom toilet wasn't properly situated either. I called Wyatt Works due to the great reviews on this site, and the plubmer, Jamal B., came out in no time. I'll begin by saying that it is obvious from the start that this is a well-run and established family business. Ruth, the wife of the owner, answered my call and was gracious every step of the way. She accommodated my schedule by seeing that I got a "same-day visit" which was fantastic. I even called her so that I could head to the store while I waited and she gave me a call a half hour before Jamal arrived. When Jamal did arrive, he was immediately professional, intelligent, and straightforward. He gave me a no-hassle up front price and stuck to it. He explained every part of the process, including what was wrong with the toilet. At the end, he even took the time to explain a little about the company and how it worked. After dealing with some sketchy contractors recently, it was nice to have someone who genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and company. That's why I will unreservedly will call Wyatt Works again for plumbing services. I like the straightforward fee, because it's fair. On some jobs, you may overpay a bit, but in the end I'm sure it evens out. I am very pleased with the work. Go with this company for certain! They have a good organization, or at least it seemed to me. Everyone was polite, professional, and I was all taken care of within a 6 hour span from call to completion.

Very pleased with the service that we received! Our utility sink had stopped draining and was overflowing the water that was draining from the washing machine. Called on Friday morning to see if someone could stop by to take a look. We were so impressed with their service that we had them install a new faucet in our kitchen for us and will be getting a quote from them to install a water intake for a new refrigerator.
