This is a wonderful company to work with. I was treated with respect, courtesy and professionally. They came when they said they would, and were very informative during the whole process. The estimate was detailed and accurate. Iwould call them again without reservation.

It went very well. Luke was the technician and he explained everything that was going on and broke down the prices of what everything would cost so we could make an informed decision about what was necessary and what could wait. We were moving into a newly purchased home that we needed some TLC. We will definitely use them in the future. Very happy.

Called on 1/9/14 and like all of the other plumbing businesses in this area, they had a waiting list, I added my name to the list. I was happy to get a call the morning of 1/10 that they could work me in that afternoon. Their technician showed up and prompty replaced the pipe. We also had him install a new shut-off valve for the outside faucet that had the problem, as well as replace the shut-off valve for our main water shut-off. Prices for each job were quoted up front, and the technician did a wonderful job, was quick and through. I will definately call them again.

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Wyatt and the plumber Jamal. The receptionist that I spoke with on the phone was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Despite it being freezing and a very busy week for them, they had a plumber in the area who was able to come over within an hour. They called back righ tbefore they came. The plumber was exceptionally, polite, professional and all around top notch. He was able to find and replace the broken pipe incredibly quickly, and made the repairs very well. Thankfully we have running water in the house now! I would use them again in a heartbeat for any plumbing needs.

We noticed water coming from under our kitchen sink. We looked and noticed a copper drain pipe had burst and was leaking. This was on Saturday night around 5pm. I looked up plumbers on Angie's List and decided to go with Wyattworks based on the reviews. I called and was routed to Jamal, who agreed to come out. He said it would cost an additional $99 for a weekend service call. I agreed to the additional charge. He said he'd be at our home in 45 minutes. Jamal was on time, friendly and offered a suggestion on how we can add an air vent (I think that's what it is) to our kitchen plumbing to help the system work better. I appreciated his suggestion and said we would go with it. There was no significant cost for this item. Jamal recommended replacing about 15 feet of old copper pipping that went into our basement. He said copper piping can get corroded over time from the acids and such in the food. Jamal completed replacing the piping, but discovered we had a clogged pipe that went from our basement floor into the 4 inch pipe that drains into the system that goes out to the street. He then snaked that pipe twice, and it cleared the issue. He also verified the system continue to drain properly. Our original quote was around $450, but he said there would be an additional charge for snaking the system. I found that to be perfectly acceptable. The additional charge was $175, but he gave us a coupon that knocked off $50 bucks. Jamal then cleaned up the basement floor and our kitchen sink better than I would have expected. In total, he was at our home about 3 hours. I was impressed by Jamal's professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to use Wyattworks again.

We had a leak in hot water tank lines as we were leaving to go out of town. We were hoping Wyatt could fix in a day or so. They immediately came to fix that day while we had left to travel. We appreciate the trust of fixing it while we weren't at home and the speedy service. We highly recommend Wyatt Works Plumbing.

Very smoothly as well as getting you pipes cleaned can go.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. They were very good. There were no additional charges, it was exactly what it was. They were very good. When I called to set up the time, they were very good and they kept the appointment. I think he even called in the morning to say that he was going to be a couple minutes late. They were very attentive to detail that way which was very nice. He came in, did the job and did a very nice job.

Men arrived on time. Very professional and polite. Examined the mechanism in toilet bowl, definitely had to be replaced. Showed me shower fixture to be used for tub. Was Moen Positemp tub and shower valve with new shower head and spout. Only brand they had on the truck was response when I asked about possible cheaper fixtures. I had a third job to replace pvc trap under bathroom sink but the price was too much because they wanted to replace attached piping going into the wall. One man replaced the toilet mechanism while the other started on the shower fixture. Later both men worked to get the pipes hooked up to the shower/tub valves. The shut off valves for the tub were accessible only thru an adjacent bedroom closet. They took out and put back all the shirts hanging in the closet. All work and debris were cleaned up and all rooms were clean and back to normal when they left. I received a 10% on the bill for being on Angie's List.

After buying a new gas range we quickly realized that it could not be installed until the location of the gas line and valve was relocated. I contacted Wyatt on Wednesday and was able to line up a time on Friday. Ruth and others that I spoke to were friendly and professional and kept me up to date on the scheduling. Jamal did the work and was friendly, professional, and efficient (the job was completed in less than 90 mins). Everything was cleaned up and in order before he left. Overall an excellent experience and I would gladly recommend to others. We have had issues with small jobs getting done quickly with other plumbing contractors and this was a pleasant surprise. The price was ok but I always have sticker shock with plumbing work. My final cost did include the $65 Angie's List discount. The ease and efficiency of this experience made it well worth it to me. Great job!

Had to call them back to resolve problems with work on toilet and for gas shut-off. In addition, I wasn't given the full Angie's List discount when I paid for the work. I later phoned the office and the woman who answers the phone apologized and assured me would would send me a check for the difference (the amount of discount I should have received). I did not receive the check. When I realized I had to call them back a second time (this time to address the worsening problem with the toilet they worked on previously), I once again mentioned the lack of discount to the same woman who answered the phone for Wyatt. She apologized again and promised to send a check. I never did receive a check from them to make up for being short-changed on the Angie's List discount. I was originally going to have Wyatt Works also inspect and clean my main sewer line, but after this experience I will just go back to my old plumbers--they get the job done right the first time and they are organized.

It was very smooth, as with all of our interactions with Wyatt Works. In addition to this recent, minor repair, they had been to our home to install a tankless water heater, new sump pump and back-up battery. Very efficient and everything worked well.

I have used them more than once and they will ALWAYS be who I call for any plumbing issues in the future. Have dealt with Andy (the owner) and 2 other employees on different occasions. All were extremely professional and personable.

We have used Wyatt plumbing on two different ocassions...both of which were crisis-like times for us due to old plumbing, older house and trees with big roots. Wyatt's was very professional, responsive and on time. The two repairmnen provided excellent explanations of what the problem was, the options for fixing it as well as complete break down of costs. Would definitely use them again, cost is aligned with other plumbing services but would give the Edge to Wyatt due to the good rapport with repairmen and the overall response to first time and frantic customers

Our second floor bathtub had drainage problems for eight years (since we purchased the house). After having the drain professionally snaked twice, my husband bought a snake and began doing the work himself. He had to snake the drain every two to three months. We figured that the pipes were old, and that we would just have to tolerate the inconvenience. At the end of June, while my husband was taking a shower, I discovered water running like a river down the dining room wall. I called Wyatt Works and was immediately impressed with the woman who took my call: she was friendly, patient and professional. Two days later, Luke arrived to diagnose the problem. He determined that the nearly 100 year old drum trap was clogged and needed to be replaced. A week later, he returned with another technician to begin the removal of the trap. They cut open the ceiling downstairs to expose the trap and the drain. About an hour in to the process, Luke informed me that the discharge pipe had burst (he showed me the pipe, which looked like it had exploded). So, not only was the trap leaking, but the pipe had succumbed to nearly a century of use. They completed the work and tested the shower for leaks. Both of the men were incredible: hard working, knowledgeable, polite and clean. I was beyond impressed with them and their work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

They explained the problem, even showed us on their camera monitor what was causing the blockage. They also explained how to fix the problem, quoted a price and they went to work. These plumbers were courteous, professional and relentless in their task.. In addition, they stand behind their work assuring us that we should not have any more problems, but, if we did they would be back until everything is running smooth and we were satisifed. We were amazed how a contractor really did have the customer in mind first. I certainly would recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues. They were the best ever!!!

The Wyatt Works guys did a great job. They were on time, friendly, worked quickly, and were helpful with explaining what they would be doing. They also answered some questions I had about future plumbing projects without a hard sell to get started right away. I would definitely call them again.

We initially contacted Wyatt Works on a week-end. The technician with whom we spoke informed us of the week-end service call charge which is higher than during the week. After hearing our problem he offered a suggestion which would alleviate the issue temporarily if we wanted to wait although was clear that it was our choice and a technician could be sent on that day. We opted to wait until the regular work week and an appointment was made. The plumber assigned (Jamal) was punctual, polite, and professional. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The work was a bit more involved because the pipes in the basement were not easily accessible and he had to drill a hole in an old attached storage cabinet to be able to reach them. Other than that, the whole job was completed in a timely manner. At our request he inspected another faucet leading to the exterior of the house and he found it to be in good repair. We appreciated that he did not try to sell us something we did not need. We feel the cost was competitive with what others would have charged and would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

It went just as expected: they came on time, gave us an estimate and then did the job.

I had contacted Wyatt Works Plumbing Service regarding a drain in my basement that was no longer functioning properly. The soonest I could get a service call scheduled was Wednesday, July 17th 2013. I understand that with all the rain we have had int he Cleveland area that things are very busy for plumbing companies and I was fortunate enough to find another company to service the issue. I contacted Wyatt Works to cancel my service call and they questioned my reason for canceling. When I explained that I had located another company that was able to service my issue sooner they thanked me for the call and were very professional about my cancellation. I gave a Grade of A pertaining to my phone contacts with this company.

The plumbers did a good job. They were polite, friendly and professional. The basement trap was replaced with PVC and an easy access flush clean out. The nice attached the laundry line. Everything looks great. At the moment I am please with the work that they have done. I do feel I might have paid little more for the job however they do guarantee their work. So I am paying a little extra for piece of mind and quality.

Great! Looks beautiful, and everything works perfectly. They tore out old shower and vanity, expanded the shower space, installed a new light and fan, rebuilt new shower with larger pan, higher head, fantastic tile, fixtures and door. Carpentry included taking part of an existing cabinet to enlarge shower, building new cabinet, modifying and installing a vanity we chose from an on-line site, and lots of plumbing everywhere. On any occasion where we weren't clear in our intentions, Wyatt made the changes we requested. There were a few delays but mostly beyond anyone's control. Wyatt and staff were always friendly, helpful and professional. Beautiful tile work great plumbing and carpentry, marvelous experience. Highly reccomended.

Technician Luke was punctual and courteous. He explained fully what needed to be done and how. He was not pushy. Cost of everything was upfront. He spent almost three hours here. It was a tough job. I am very happy with the work. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.
