Description of Work: Shawn came out and cleared the sewer line in our home. Drainworks was the 4th company that came out to do this and the only company that did it correctly. The other 3 companies were those from our home warranty company that we had to use. I highly recommend Drainworks if there is a stoppage in your sewer line. The home warranty plumbing companies do not know what their doing and you still have to pay if stoppage is due to tree roots. I had a video of my line done as well...thats why the cost of $345. It would have been less if I just had them clear the line. Shawn knew what he was doing and we were very pleased with his job.

Description of Work: I had a backed-up drain in basement that Jack Woods Plumbing cleared. They found tree roots, probably in my sewer line and recommended Drainworks investigate further since Drainworks has the equipment to work deep in to the sewer lines. Drainworks used their camera to check my sewer line. We could see where there were tree roots entering the line, but the drain was flowing. Drainworks recommended checking and possibly cutting roots, if necessary, in a year, and probably on a yearly or twice-yearly basis after that.
