Description of Work: I made an appointment asking for a routine foot healthcare checkup, presenting no symptoms. I was ushered into a room where I was xrayed before even seeing the doctor, after which I received a cursory sensory exam, and no treatment. I was directed to come back in three months for follow up, and told to buy hundreds of dollars of custom orthotics from thier practice's store. When the bill came and I called to question the exorbitant charges I was told that it was thier 'protocol' to do such extensive, costly billing items for all new patients, regardless of patients consent. I have never experienced anything so aggregious and predatory in my life, and will be consulting with several resources to explore what recourse I have. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

+ 0 moreDescription of Work: Recently released from hospital, leg still swollen and sore. Went to Foot & Ankle Center to have toe nails cut. Got appointment for next day. Staff was very friendly. Saw Dr. Jennifer Swan. Nails have always been thick and hard to cut. She cut both big toe nails and both toes bled. Assistant was supposed to use grinder wheel to finish smoothing nails. Left with two band aids on big toes and all nails looked like they had been cut with a hedge clipper. I may go back to that office, but will try different doctor.

+ -1 moreI have had problems with the achilles tendon on both feet. Another doctor performed surgery on my right one, and then shortly thereafter I started having symptoms on the left. That surgeon didn't want to even look at my left foot. I went to Dr. Lee to get another opinion and see if he agreed that we should ignore it for now. Dr. Lee immediately did an MRI (in his office) and discovered that the left one was 40% torn. He understood that I did not want to have surgery (again) because of the long recovery time. He was very patient with me and immobilized the foot in a boot for 3 months. I managed to avoid surgery for now. I think he is a really good doctor. He definitely knows his stuff. He is especially good at taking your situation into consideration and tailoring the treatment to meet your activity level and personal preferences when he can. Very friendly and nice.
Description of Work: Dr. Lee was recommended to me by a former patient. Needed a second opinion on an achilles tendon issue..

+ 0 moreDr. George was fantastic. I've had a problem with ingrown toe nails my entire life, but I've never had such a wonderful experience with removing the problem. I experienced no pain or discomfort during the procedure (or even after the procedure). Dr. George has a very gentle touch. He cut out the ingrown portion of the nail. Believe it or not, the only anisthetic that was used was a spray (no needle!), but I still did not experience any discomfort.
Description of Work: Dr. George treated my infected ingrown toe nail. He performed minor surgery.

+ -1 moreHe helps my wife straighten out her toes. She has hammertoes. The first time it did not worked but we have really stuck with him and continued to go to him and her toes have gotten a lot better.
