+ -1 moreDIDN'T SHOW FOR THE 1ST APPOINTMENT, AND DIDN'T CALL. WAS AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE FOR THE SECOND, AND I HAD TO CALL HIM TWICE TO FIND WHERE HE WAS. NO EXPLANATION OR APOLOGY WAS OFFERED. HAD TO GET A PART, AND WAS GONE AN HOUR TO A STORE FIVE MINUTES AWAY. TOOK ALL DAY FOR ONE PIECE OF COUNTERTOP. HE INCORRECTLY REINSTALLED THE DISCHARGE HOSE FROM THE DISHWASHER, CAUSING WATER TO SPRAY ALL AROUND THE INTERIOR CABINET AREA.
