From the time you drop off your cleaning/laundry, LA Cleaners is timely, and provides excellent results. Items are ready when promised.

Our family has been using LA Cleaners for many years. We have been impressed with their service on multiple levels. First, in comparison to other dry cleaners we have used over the year, LA Cleaners is by far the most professional group we have dealt wtih. They are willing to go the extra yard to make sure that the clothes are as clean as possible. WIth other cleaners, one expects now and then to see a small residual spot left on a shirt or pair of pants. This is not the case with LA Cleaners. The staff is always polite, friendly, and helpful. We realize that large grocery stores now offer dry cleaning. We will stay with LA Cleaners because the quality of their work is top-notch

LA Cleaners have been doing our dry cleaning for years. When we moved much closer to their store, we expected the pick up/delivery service to be even better than before--not true. Today is the third time I recall them skipping us on their route. The time before this when I called the deliveryman indicated our house was inconvenient to him if we didn't put out clothes every time. Today, with a bag filled with five suits, a tux, and shirts they skipped us again. I called and was told if I didn't have the bag hanging how were they to see it (the bag was on the porch in plain sight). I replied to hang the bag would have broken the hanger and there was no hang-it rule I knew of. After more excuses I cancelled the service on the phone. If you want consistent delivery service, I would not recommend this company as of about a year ago.

My stuff is always ready when they say it is going to be. They do a good job and I have had no problems with any of the clothes. I use them pretty much every weekend.

They are excellent. Their price basically depends on how much I send them. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Pick up and delivery-- clothes looked great, and they made sure they would be ready by the date I needed them for flying out of town. I am very pleased and will definitely be using them in the future.

They are efficient and clothes are returned pressed and clean. They caught a few loose buttons and resewed them for us.

I have been using them for a really long time now. I love that they come and pick up the items and they do a very good job with all the things we give them. I would for sure use them again and recommend them.

They do delivery which is very convenient! Both pick up and delivery!

THE STAFF IS VERY COURTEOUS. MY SHIRTS ARE ALWAYS READY. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK IS EXCELLENT. THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT STILL OK. ESPECIALLY GIVEN THE QUALITY OF THE WORK AND SERVICE.
