LA Cleaners

I used Columbus Lace for 7 years (when I moved to Columbus) but recently switched to LA Cleaners. I thought Columbus Lace was the only good dry cleaners in town. I am so happy that I found LA Cleaners (thanks to Angie?s List). I no longer have to drive from Polaris to downtown for my dry cleaning. LA Cleaners is conveniently located, reasonably priced, and can get out tough stains.

Excellent results, very well done, I am always pleased by the quality of dry cleaning performed by LA Cleaners. The owner and counter staff are friendly and helpful. My cleaning has always been ready when promised.

They did a great job cleaning and make sure suits are in good repair. Always friendly and carry the cleaning to the car for me.

I used them a couple of times but their cleaner they used did not go well with me since I am allergic. This is not their fault since they did not know. I have not used them since. They did good work, but their location was not as convenient for me.

I have had a fine experience with them. The owners are very friendly. They did a good job and I was satisfied with the finished product. I took the dress in and they had it for two-three weeks. I was in no hurry so that was a good timeframe. The only thing I would think they could improve on was that each time I came in, I had to find someone to help me.

They are a great company. I have been very pleased with them since I started using about 6 months. The workers have a great attention to detail with the cleaning and have great turnaround time. I use the pickup and drop off service at my home. They will pick up on Tuesday and drop off on Friday. Overall, this has been an excellent experience.

I waited too long to have it cleaned. I was able to take it to them and they got it back to me within a few days. The quality of the clean was great and their turnaround time was really good. They do offer the pickup and drop off service, but I did not use it. I plan on using them again for future cleanings. All of the people there were helpful and friendly. The pricing was not unreasonable.

I tried LA cleaners for the first time and I am thrilled I now have a new dry cleaner. My shirts came back better than ever & perfectly pressed. Their home pick up & dilevery is the best. This is a friendly well run small claener I would recomend to anyone.

Cleans well. Looks good. Had my comforter cleaned there also, wonderful job.

Did a fabulous job ! Jeans were so professionally hemmed; looked like I had bought them at the store. My dress skirt also was very professionally hemmed. Can't wait to wear the clothes. I am shorter than the short lengths so always must have alterations done. I will use LA Cleaners for all of these services exclusively ! Very impressed with everything 1

LA Cleaners always have our order ready on time, their are thorough and very professional. My husband and I would highly recommend this cleaners to everyone.

I brought in my gown and my daughter's wedding gown to be dry cleaned. My dress came back perfect and what a great deal for both...1/2 off because of Angie's List coupon for both items...$12 for my gown and only $50 for the wedding gown...regularly $100...what a deal. Everyone else charges up to $150. The wedding gown was filthy from the golf course that was wet where we took pictures. I never thought it would come clean. When the wedding gown came back from being sent out, it still had some stains that they said was grease. Wanda asked if they could keep it longer to work on it in- house for about a week and I was glad to do so. To my amazement, they got every bit of it out! I was thrilled with what a great job they did. I told her my daughter plans on selling it and she treated it as if she was going to wear it again....first class all the way. Wanda and staff was very professional and courteous and truly cared about making sure I was happy with everything. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend La Cleaners for all your precious and every day items.

I rarely ever use a Dry Cleaner any more. It just doesn't make sense to me if you can avoid it. I do have a 25-to-30-year-old Heavy, Soft Blanket I cover up with on the couch in the winter. They don't make ANYTHING like it anymore. There are TONS of Dry Cleaning places around and they are NOT THE SAME. Also I KNOW you don't get much for " $1.99 Dry Cleaning"---you get what you pay for! So I searched the reports and liked what I saw with La Cleaners. They are a little tricky to find being in the BACK of a building. They charged me $20.94 which is probably a reasonable price. Also I never LIKED the SMELL when you get something dry cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised to find the blanket smells NICE (and I don't need to "air it out" in the garage for a week). I do wish I had seen the coupon in the Westerville Town Money Saver for 50% Dry Cleaning (for FIRST time customers only). Also I was impressed that my blanket had a computerized little label with my name and information on it. Very professional!

They wrote out a check in the amount that I asked. My mother-in-law was able to (painful as it was) reknit a cape, and I gave her the rest of the money after purchasing more yarn. Very fair! It has kept me going back every since. They realize that you're business is only as good as the care you give to your customers.

I have a wool/cashmere cape that had milky tea spilled all over it. I had taken it to another cleaners (I will also be putting in a review of my experience there) who not only couldn't get the milk stains out, but ironed it in such a way that the nap was gone. It looked awful! I went on Angie's List and saw that LA Cleaners has a reputation for dealing with the tough issues that no one else can address. When I called, the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I brought it in, he didn't promise that he could get all the stains out -- fair enough given my experience at the other cleaners, but he said he was hopeful. I was afraid I would have to replace it (very difficult since I bought it in Ireland from a weaver there). The end result was beyond my expectations: all stains were gone, and they were able to bring the nap back out. My cape looks beautiful once again! They cost 3 times what the other company charged me, and they were worth every penny! I am very happy with their service, and I will use them again in a heartbeat.

I contacted LA Cleaners via their website. Jim Campbell responded that same afternoon, which was impressive. He assured me their cleaning methods would not melt the rhinestone dress trim (I had that happen to another dress done by a different dry cleaner). I live on the opposite side of town from this establishment, but Jim arranged to have my dress picked up. The dress was cleaned within one day and the cleaning makes the dress look better than new. I was impressed with not only the quality of the cleaning and reasonable price but especially with the level of customer service. This company deserves the highest marks for really putting the customer first!

Went in,they gave me a quote. The coat was ready to pick up a few days later. Not sure if the price was a good one or not because I don't generally have much dry cleaned. It seemed fair to me though. Overall, the stains were gone and my coat looked like new.

LA Cleaners does very good work. I've taken suits, overcoats, and cashmere sweaters to be cleaned there. They have taken excellent care of my items. Their prices are in line with what one would expect to find at a quality cleaners (that is, a discount cleaners will be cheaper, but the prices are quite reasonable). They have pickup and delivery options available (which I have never used). The staff is very friendly and makes an effort to make customers feel at ease. I recommend them without reservation.

I have now used L.A. Cleaners three times for both my dry cleaning and my boyfriend's. I have found their prices to be comparable to other places, but what sets L.A. Cleaners apart from the others is the cleanliness of their establishment, their efficiency (bar codes appear to work wonders for finding your clothes and keeping track of them), and the friendliness of the staff. I was having a lazy Saturday and had forgotten that they closed at 4PM, but when I called at 4:30, the guy said he would let me in to pick up our dry cleaning since he would be there anyway! Now, that's service with a smile! I will definitely use them again!

LA Cleaners does an excellent job with our dry cleaning and shirts. Friendly service and willing to help take items to the car. The new facility isn't quite as convenient as the old location, but for the service it's worth it.

Neither my wife nor I have the time to press shirts, so I take my shirts here after several bad experiences with cut-rate dry cleaners. The normal turn-around time is three days, and my clothes are always ready on or even before the date they give. The work is well done, and I have not had any problems with missing or damaged clothing. They do use a barcode system, but the small tags are inconspicuously placed, and the system allows me to literally drop off and leave if I am in a hurry. The new location is slightly less convenient than the old location next to the Kroger, but it is not inconvenient. Additionally, they do live up to their goal of providing friendly service. Despite the fact that I like to be in and out quickly, they are always friendly and ready to answer questions. They volunteer to help carry clothes to the car, expecially when I have let a few weeks worth of shrits build-up. It's really the small things they do that make every drop-off and pick-up so pleasant.

I have used LA Cleaners for more than a decade. This experience was like most through the years -- consistent good quality and good value.

I have been using LA Cleaners for a number of years now and have always been pleased with their service. If it is not right they will make it right. Cleaning services are done on the premises and not sent out to another company. I like that it is a family owned and run business!
