Greg returned my call quickly. He called ahead to tell me when he would arrive. He was courteous & helpful, he fixed the door & only charged me for the service call.

Very good & prompt service. Made return trips to complete the job without asking for payment in advance. Would highly recommend.

I called Greg's service late Friday night when I could not get the service entry door to my house to lock; his profile on Angie's list explicitly stated that he offered 24hr service. I got an answering machine which is what I kinda expected since it was such a late hour. Greg did call me back on Saturday afternoon. He had an evening out with friends & family. I told him that I had gotten hold of another locksmith Sat. morning & that company had already been out to complete the job. He was glad that someone was able to help me even if it was not him. Kudos to Greg's professionalism and the return phone call even though someone else got the job. I will definitely refer his service to others and keep his name in my file for future reference. Everyone deserves some time off for friends & family!

Excellent service, prompt arrival, price was exactly what was quoted, he was very friendly and helpful. I was very happy with the co and would definitely use them again in the future.

Greg was wonderful! He came the same day, and he called me when he was later than he had anticipated. The price seemed very reasonable considering that it was same-day service and that he solved all my problems. He was quick and accurate in making the repair and I'm a completely satisfied customer.

Very good. he came out immediately, which was important because the deadbolt was stuck close. He fixed the problem within a short period. He told me a way to prevent the problem from happening again. The cost was minimal.

The lock in one of our doors broke and we couldn't open the door. This was a definite safety hazard in case of fire not to mention inconvenient. I contacted Greg who came out that same night and got the lock fixed. We have always had problems with 3 other doors. Since Greg needed a couple of parts, he scheduled time to come back later in the week. Greg was punctual and very pleasant to deal with.

It went so well, that we are asking them to come out today to look at another door that never seems unlock consistently. This will be my third time giving his company repeat business. He is great to work with.

Mr. Nice responded promptly to my request for service; agreed to meet me later in the day to accommodate my schedule. Actually stayed into the early pm. hours to complete the job. Returned for a few minutes on Saturday to complete the job, as he had promised. Very courteous, and the job was well done. Offered me several options for replacement locks. I opted for the more expensive lock set, but I am very pleased with it in the end.

Arrived promptly, even though it was after hours. Very service-oriented.

HAD I KNOWN I WOULD HAVE DONE THIS LONG AGO. I USED ANOTHER COMPANY ONCE AND THAT PERSON WAS REALLY EXPENSIVE AND CHARGED ME A FORTUNE FOR SPARE KEYS. GREG WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT, NO NONSENSE AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED.

GREG IS ALWAYS VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN WE CALL HIM TO DO WORK ON OUR HOME. HE WORKS FAST AND IS NEAT. HIS CHARGES ARE REASONABLE. I HAVE USED HIS SERVICES MANY TIMES IN THE PAST YEAR AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISPLEASED.

IT WAS NICE TO BE ABLE TO KEEP THE SAME LOCKS, AND JUST HAVE THEM ALL REPAIRED.

MR GREG NICE OF GREG'S LOCKSMITH SERVICE, I BELIEVE HE WORKS FOR HIMSELF. I CALLED THIS MORNING AND HE WAS ABLE TO COME AT 5:15 THIS AFTERNOON AND HE FIXED THE DEADBOLT LOCK WHERE THE FACEPLATE WAS NOT LINING UP CORRECTLY. HE WAS ABLE TO FIX THIS BY ADJUSTING IT AND DID NOT HAVE TO REPLACE THE WHOLE FACEPLATE WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE. HE FIXED IT WITH THE USE OF A DRILL AND A HAMMER AND A FEW OTHER THINGS. HE DID A REALLY GOOD JOB AND WAS THE LOWEST OF THE THREE ESTIMATES THAT I RECEIVED. IN FACT HE WAS HALF THE PRICE OF WHAT OTHERS WOULD CHARGE JUST TO COME OUT. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM.

VERY POLITE, INFORMATIVE. DIDN'T TRY TO SELL US SERVICES WE DIDN'T NEED. RAN LATE BY 20 MINUTES, BUT PHONED TO TELL ME THAT THIS WAS HAPPENING.

GREG WAS ON TIME, POLITE, REASONABLY PRICED. DID A GREAT JOB IN REKEYING THE LOCKS, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE LOCKS HAD RIVETS ON THE SCREWS THAT HAD TO BE TAKEN OFF BEFORE THE LOCKS COULD BE REPLACED. BECAUSE THE RIVETS WERE HARD TO GET OFF, GREG HAD TO COME BACK ANOTHER DAY AND DIDN'T CHARGE US AGAIN FOR THE SERVICE FEE. HE EVEN REPLACED THE FRONT DOOR CYLINDER WHERE HIS DRILL HAD SLIPPED AND MARRED THE FACEPLATE AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

HE DID A GREAT JOB. HE WAS THOROUGH AND WAS VERY HONEST - THERE WERE SEVERAL INSIDE DOORS THAT WE ASKED ABOUT, AND HE SAID THAT IT WAS NOT NECESSARY TO MAKE ANY CHANGES WITH THEM. HE REALLY DID HIS BEST TO CHARGE US THE LOWEST AMOUNT POSSIBLE.
