THE RECEPTIONIST SAID TO INSTALL A DISHWASHER IN A PLACE WHERE THERE WAS PREVIOUSLY A DISHWASHER WOULD COST APROX. $85.00 (WHICH CERTAINLY SOUNDS REASONABLE.) SHE WAS NOT CERTAIN WHAT THE PRICE WOULD BE IN MY CASE, AS I WAS ASKING TO HAVE ONE INSTALLED WHERE THE PREVIOUS HOME-OWNER HAD LEFT A SPACE INTENDED FOR A DISHWASHER, BUT NONE HAD EVER BEEN INSTALLED. SHE ASKED ME TO HOLD, AND WHEN SHE RETURNED TO THE PHONE SHE SAID SOMEONE WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK WITH PRICING AS IT WAS A MORE INVOLVED JOB. I THANKED HER, AND HAVE WAITED FOR A CALL FOR TWO DAYS. I HAVE OPTED TO USE ANOTHER COMPANY, WHO WAS ABLE TO PRICE AND SCHEDULE THE WORK RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE NICE ENOUGH, BUT IT SOMETHING I NEED TO HAVE DONE EXPEDIENTLY. MAYBE I WILL TRY THEM AGAIN FOR SOME WORK IN THE FUTURE.

 + -1 moreTHE REPAIRMAN WAS ON TIME. HE WENT RIGHT TO WORK AND FIXED THE LEAK IN MINUTES. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I HAVE USED RIPPER BROTHERS BEFORE AND THEIR REPAIRMEN ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND COURTEOUS.
Description of Work: REPAIRED LEAK TO HOTPOINT REFRIGERATOR. WE WERE NOT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS EXACTLY. THERE APPEARED TO BE A CLOG IN A TUBE IN THE FREEZER SECTION ON THE SIDE BY SIDE REFRIGERATOR. THIS CLOG WAS CAUSING WATER TO DRAIN OUT ONTO MY FLOOR.
