The gentleman who came out was very friendly and cooperative. The price was also very reasonable.

The job was completely efficiently and at a reasonable price. I would much rather repair an appliance than send another item to the landfill.

This was 2nd experience with this company (different services) and this was like the first an excellent experience. Diagnosed over the phone on Friday and came with correct part-from start to finish just over an hour.

They did the work very quickly. They came when they said they would. They were very courteous when they were there. They cleaned up everything when they were done working.

They were very professional, they were very prompt and friendly. They gave me really good advice on keeping the fridge up kept. I would recommend them very highly. I was very pleased with them.

Perfect. The guy was exactly on time, within four minutes I would say. He explained to me the problem, keeping me very informed and gave me recommendations on preventing future problems. I also thought the prices were reasonable and his work was also well done with no trace behind.

The lights on the control panel to our dishwasher had been playing space-pilot about a month before---sometimes they worked, sometimes they jammed, sometimes they just blinked in a line for a while before they reset, but you could always use it on whatever setting was locked in. Then for some reason it seemed to correct itself. A few weeks later I went to turn it on, and it was dead. I called Rippe Brothers (having found them thru Angie's List) and Laura scheduled me for an appointment. The night before they were coming we had a big storm and my next door neighbors tree fell, taking my power and cable lines down. I called and left message about our lack of power. Laura called me back within an hour, and at that time Duke Energy had just arrived and was trying to restore temporary power. Laura told me just let her know when we had the power. They did and I called. The irony of the situation was the lack of power unjammed the controls and the dishwasher was working again. I had them come anyway. The repair guy was great---polite, professional, informative. As he said, it was hard to determine the problem when everything was working correctly but he pulled things apart and cleaned what he could clean and replugged all the circuits in case something was just slightly loose. It's been 2-weeks and so far so good and I would definitely call them again for any appliance I was having trouble with.

I discovered our refrigerator had stopped cooling late on a Friday, after all the local businesses had closed. I left a voice-mail with Rippe Brothers asking them to call as soon as possible. I received a call the next morning at 9:10 a.m. (right after they opened) and remarkably, not only did they have someone out right away but my refrigerator was repaired and working great within an hour of their call (by 10:00)! The technician was polite, professional (placing plastic strips under the refrigerator before moving it) and identified the problem almost immediately as a bad start device on the compressor. He installed a new one, cleaned the refrigerator coils (which were badly in need of it), and put everything back as he'd found it. He asked me where I'd found them, and when I mentioned Angie's List he informed me that I qualified for a discount which he applied. The price was quite reasonable and they did a great job! I'd definitely use them again, and would recommend their services without reservation.

Excellent. No more water leaking and he also cleaned and swept behind the fridge while it was moved out.

Our Whirlpool dryer was not heating at all. I called Rippe at 12:40 pm to schedule an appointment. Due to a cancellation, they were able to come out within 45 minutes to our Mason home to repair the dryer. Ken came out at the promised time and replaced the dryer vent (which apparently was not fire-resistant) and the heater. Ken was very professional and helpful. He cleaned out all the misc. socks and lint from behind the dryer and vacuumed out the vent areas. Completion time was a little over half an hour. We will definitely call Rippe again should we need large appliance repair.

Quick and good. Showed up a about 45 minutes late because of a previous job that turned out to be more than expected.

A serviceman from Rippe's came out the next day after we phoned. Identified the problem but didn't have the part with him. They were able to obtain the part the following day and the owner brought it out himself and installed it. Everything went very smoothly and they did a very good job.

I called this company at 3:30 p.m about having my refrigerator repaired and was given an appointment for the next day, unless they could squeeze me in today. Fortunately, they were able to come by 4:00 the same day and make the repair. Mr. Rippe was very polite and knows his job well. I was very pleased with the work and will call them again if the need arises.

Job 1: Before moving into our new home, we noticed the refrigerator wasn't cooling. Moving in from out of state, we consulted Angie's List (joined for purpose of finding reputable services in new area) & found great reports on Rippe Brothers. Called & made an morning appt with them. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem & replaced the small part that was on the truck. Tech cleaned back of fridge & vacuumed out debris & dust while fridge was pulled out. Fridge started cooling right away. Job 2: A smell was coming from the fridge. It had been completely cleaned out since we moved in, & we had even pulled it out to clean under & behind it. The smell persisted. The drip pan is not removable in this model of Frigidaire so we called Rippe to come out. The service man agreed that the smell may be coming from the drip pan, so he had to prop up the fridge to remove the pan. He cleaned it out, vacuumed the whole thing, slid it back in place & finally, NO SMELL! Thank you Rippe!

Made appointment for 1:00p.m. Around 11:00 a.m. repairman called and asked if it was ok to come early. He came, diagnosed problem & needed to get the part. Came back in 1 hour with hose and completed repair. Very professional. Very friendly. Job is completed to our satisfaction, no problems.

I called the office and was able to schedule a person to come the next afternoon. The person came at exactly the scheduled time, and immediately identified the problem with each appliance. The work was done quickly, and the person brought in both a blanket (to protect the floor while working on the appliances) and a shop-vac to clean up afterwards. I was very impressed with the company overall, and will definitely use them again should I have any appliance problems in the future.

Receptionist was very polite on the phone. The service man, Ken, showed up when they said he would. He had the needed parts with him, and quickly repaired our ice maker. I appreciated that he wiped his feet, closed the door (It was only 4 degrees out), and put down cardboard on my counter before putting his tools and supplies down. His charges were reasonable. I would highly recommend him for any appliance repair.

The repairman was knowledgeable and friendly. Both days he arrived promptly on time and came well-prepared. He even brought his own towel to clean up any water that leaked from the dishwasher while he was working on it.

We made an appointment. They showed up at the appointed time and fixed the problem, period.

I called the same day and they were able to fit me in within two hours. They were prompt, courteous and professional.

Very friendly and professional. They had repaired my washing machine already and I found out from them that they install all Home Depot appliances. I went with them instead of going through Home Depot and saved $20.
