The owner/operator, Josh Abernathy, arrived and began investigating immediately. I assured that this PC is never hopeless. I had had 5 service providers from TWC out and they could not help. I looked Josh up in my Angie's List catalog and decided to take a chance. I am so thankful. I admit to not being a computer wiz but Josh did not make me feel that way and was not only professional at what he did with my computer and laptop but most importantly, he was so gentle and did not make me feel inferior. I laughed when he spoke a language unfamiliar to me but he explained what he was doing. I'd highly recommend his service to anyone.For a much smaller fee, Josh offered to pick up the tower and clean it up completely at his business on his time. He worked non-stop for over 3 hours. They did a great job! They completed the work in a day and half! I was amazed at how quickly they got it done. The labor charge was $39.95 and I had the option of buying a new or used part. I purchased a new part for $99. He was just so nice and took the time to really talk me through everything. He really informed me on how to care for my computer. This is a well established company and I recommend them.

Josh Abernathy was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable about my Imac. He patiently answered my questions, and was able to supply the necessary parts for service. Josh even wrote down instructions for me to maintain my files, and said I could call if I had further questions. My computer is still working well and I'm very grateful to Josh for his help.

He was very nice and easy to talk with. When I had a question a few days later he answered my email and even talked with me by phone. So good to have a reliable computer repairman to call on.

Josh arrived on time and went straight to work. He was easy to talk to and understood all of my concerns and effectively addressed everyone. It was so refreshing to have someone who could complete what you want I wanted and needed for a change. I was looking for someone that we could build a relationship with to address our computer needs, I am sure we found that person in Josh, It is nice to know that we can count on Josh for the future as the upgrades for the computer will continue no matter what and he will be there when the computers decide to be difficult,

Actually went to just leave a message on Sat. so I didn't have to remember to call Mon am and he was doing some work so went ahead and called me back on Sat. and made appt. for me to take my laptop to him on Mon. We were busy all day Tues so I picked it up on Wed. He corrected to problems I had in an efficient, professional manner. Seemed knowledgeable with the problems I was having. Was friendly and professional.

I tried to fix my father-in-law's computer, but it was beyond my meager knowledge. We found On Call Computers through the list and I saw he was relatively local and made house calls. so my father-in-law wouldn't have to drive to take his computer somewhere. Josh tried to trouble-shoot at my father-in-laws house, but determined he needed to get it on his equipment. He took the computer, found the error within the next day and had my father-in-law back up and running within two days. even gave him a Senior discount. My father-in-law said he would recommend him to anyone and would definitely use him again.

Josh from On- Call Computers is always courteous, respectful, and punctual. He gives a close idea of cost and will call if that changes before the cost is actually charged. He knows exactly what he is doing. He picks up and delivers computers. He also takes as much time as we need to explain everything
