Great. Mr Vargas suggested a change in paint and it was a great suggestion! Great service. Only thing I would change is to accept credit cards 4 all payments.

The Master Touch personnel were very professional and did all the work that we were told they would do. They did a great job.

I booked upon getting price - after a couple of calls, we got the date set. Painter was great - owner oversaw entire process.

Delayed to start however, once they started it went fast.

I was told from the beginning that they could not give a firm date because other jobs ahead of me may be rain delayed. They gave me a tentative date of July 28th and that date was delayed a couple of days. The guy that did my work wa the most competent professional I have used in the past 30 years. He was on time, worked hard and did a very professional job. I will definitely use again..

The technician, Ricardo, was great. He was on time and professional, but that's where the good comments end. I had to call two times to receive my estimate (which was supposed to be emailed 1-2 days after I saw Ricardo). The estimate came in WAY above the Angie's List deal so I replied to the email asking for an examination of the $6k difference. That was three business days (5 calendar days) ago. Still haven't heard back. We're looking for other contractors now.

Ricardo came out to measure my house for an estimate. He was able to arrive early, and called ahead to make sure this would be ok with me. He was professionally dressed, very polite, and took his time in answering my questions. My first impression of Master Touch Painting and Restoration, Inc. was a very strong one. I look forward to receiving their quote.

This review is from my daughter: "We received an estimate and decided to proceed. We mailed in the deposit and I was contacted to schedule, which was done quickly. With the work, we were kind of disappointed with the overall "repair" quality. When hiring a professional, we expected the repairs to ceiling and cracks in walls to be better than what we could do on our own, but that was not the case. The painting work was nice enough but I felt rushed when discussing the additions of windows and door frames. I had to ask them to return to smooth out a few places and re-touch a few others. I was told that few of the rough places couldn't be smoothed out anymore because it is plaster and because of shoddy repairs that were done by the prior owner. I could understand that if those spots weren't MORE rough and lumpy now than before. One other complaint was that their brochure specifies that all furniture and things left in the room would be covered. I had also asked that the doorway of the attached room be covered to avoid dust. They didn't cover the furniture or block of the attached room and we are still dealing with dust. Overall, the owner and his brother were very friendly and it was decent work. It was done much more quickly than we expected and more quickly than we could have done ourselves so we were pleased about that."

Job went well. Master Touch's crew were professional and worked quickly. I was very impressed with the owner and one of his workers Phillip. Phillip insured that any imperfection was taken care of. We estimated three days, they were done in two even cleaning and vacuuming the floors to remove any dust. I am an avid "do it yourselfer" but was pleased with Master Touch's work and will use them again. My wife and I highly recommend them.

I called Master Touch to make an appointment for a painting and drywall repair estimate. They were professional during the phone call and the email reminder was nice. The appointment was scheduled for 11/15/13, from 4:30 - 5:30. I received an email on 11/13 confirming the date and time. I was home from 4:00-6:30 on the date of the appointment and nobody showed up or called. It is now over two weeks later and still no contact from Master Touch.

After receiving three estimates, I decided to go with Master Touch Painting. Their estimate was in the middle, but having read all the reviews, I choose to go with them. I was told that they were several weeks out on completing the jobs and that I would be contacted closer to the start of my job. It ended up being about a month out, but to their credit, we did have several bad weather days. The owner also agreed to set up a payment plan with me which worked out well. Overall, I was happy with the service that I received, but there are a few minor complaints I have with this company. I wasn't given much advance notice when the workers would show up to paint, and the carpenter showed up unannounced an hour before I had to go to work. Luckily, I was home because he needed the door open to do some of the work. He did work with me on getting it done as quickly as possible so I could get to work on time. Again, not a major deal breaker, but in the future I would recommend they give more of an advance notice when work is to be completed. My other complaint was the added cost of lead abatement. It was mentioned in the contract, that if needed, lead abatement would be extra, but it was in the fine print. This did raise the cost of the project significantly. The owner was willing to work with me, though, on extending my payment plan which I greatly appreciated. The owner is a little hard to understand, but he is very friendly and definitely tries to strive for customer satisfaction. He also was very prompt to respond to any questions that I had via text messaging. Even on a Sunday night. After the house was painted, the next day I walked around with a note pad and jotted down some areas I thought needed touching up or repainted. I thought I would get some push back from the owner on the final walk through. Boy, was I mistaken!! He showed up for the final inspection with blue tape in hand started at one corner of the house and began marking items that were not acceptable to him. To my surprise, he found way more items that needed touching up than I did. He definitely takes pride in his work. The workers came back a few days later to touch up everything that had been marked to my satisfaction. I was also left with a full can of paint in case anything else needed touching up in the future. Overall, I was satisfied with the work even though I ended up paying more than expected. I would use this company in the future.

We were very pleased when they came out to do the estimate. It was when they actually came out to do the work that things began to fall apart. The sanding began and the work started. The workman left at 11:30 and said they would be back in a couple of hours. We never heard from them again for the rest of the say. Finally, someone showed up at 6pm to remove the tape and said we could close the door. He said my husband "misunderstood". My husband said that was so far from the truth. The next day, they were to come to put the seal coat on the door. They called at 8:30 and said they would be there in 20 minutes. They showed up at 10:00. The excuse was "They got lost!" Bear in mind...they had already been back and forth to our home a couple of times already. We were just glad to have them finish and be gone. The door looks fine. We would never use them again for anything. There are too many companies out there that don't have all the drama that go along with the work.

They arrived on time and were very professional. Good job on the deck. The only drawback is that rain still leaks in under the back door when it rains hard.

Great experience. They came out and provided a quote in a very timely fashion, left us with a nice brochure that gave not only their services but insurance information. Very professional company. They said since our job wasnt that big they might be able to fit us in some larger jobs. Sure enough in just a couple of days we got a call and they were able to come the next day. Took only three hours with three guys who were very neat and organized. They did a great job painting and cleaning up. They took a paint sample and matched what we needed exactly. It was quick, easy, professional, affordable and now its done!! Would recommend this company

They came out as promised when they said they would. They said they would have the quote the next day which would have been a Friday and we got it the following Monday. The quote was too high.

After I accepted their bid, they subsequently called to schedule a month later than they originally estimated. I questioned why the delay, and they said it was their mistake - they'd be there as originally estimated (weather permitting.) They were easy to work with and helped select a color. The bid included washing the windows. What I found out that meant was that the dirty water from the pressure washing running over the windows comprised the "clean windows" activity. I chose them for the length of warranty and the price. The paint on some of the stucco is cracking within 6 months. I haven't called yet to see what remedy they have, as the cold weather has set in.

They were efficient, professional, clean and I am very happy with their work.

I had setup an appoint with them for them to come out and give an estimate and had received 2 email confirmations that they were scheduled and confirmed my appointment for the said DAY and TIME. I had waited and they never showed all day this was my only available day and now will have to wait until spring to do the work. I imagine this is a sign of the work to come and would not recommend this company. I find this behavior unacceptable and unprofessional for a company eager to get work and has done a lot of advertising I would work on these outages to avoid additional customer loss and turning away new customers. I have no desire to waste my time with them again.

professional, timely and good qualityA little pricey

I did used them about 2 months ago. They were excellent. They were punctual. They would also give you status updates through text. They were techie. They would also coordinate for you like for example you had a 30 minute notice so if they would reach you. Overall, I would rate their services as "A".

It went very well. I would recommend them. They were personable and did a very goob job. They followed up on correcting some deficiencies as well.
