I was not Familiar with a dry shampoo type of carpet cleaning product. The process isn t a quick in quick out process. Definitely appreciate the extra steps to keep my new carpet i and steps in new condition. Sometimes hard to do with one bad cat. Deodorized and clean! Matt went over an above expected service. Truly a great owner/operator!

Pleasant, professional,and polite. Very thorough. Explained every step of what he was doing and why. Explained all charges and gave an accurate estimate beforehand, after coming personally to see what needed to be done. NOT A COOKIE CUTTER, ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL CARPET CLEANING. Well worth the SLIGHTLY higher cost.

Matt is very thorough in cleaning the carpets and taking care of pet stains, my basement carpet is over 20 years old and looks like new now.

Matt was eager to get started on my job with 9 carpeted areas, and I am glad he was. He was very thorough, spending from 11:30-5:15 lifting the carpet, deep cleaning it, removing stains, and deodorizing previous pet odors. He is very friendly and conversational and pleasant to have around the house. His prices are exceptionally reasonable. I was very satisfied with the finished product.

I replaced carpet in 4 of the bedrooms. Had I known MA carpet was going to such a great job I would have saved the money and had it cleaned

I had beet cherry juice spilled all over my cream colored carpet. When MA finished it was if it was never there. The cleaning process was different but the results were amazing. I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic job. I was to the point of thinking about replacing my carpet but decided on one more cleaning. My carpet looks like new and smells better than new.
