Matt was great. I’ve lugged Rug Doctors up and down too many times to only have the carpet looking half as half as they look now.

We've used 5 or 6 other companies since our home was built 12 years ago. Matt and MA Carpet Care were BY FAR the BEST we've ever used. He was the only one who was able to permanently remove the pet stains from our Yorkie...and he used a tool that left our carpets fuller and looking more like new than ever before. We'll never use anyone else. I highly recommend this company for the very best results and an extremely reasonable price!

Matt came on very short notice and did an exceptional job on my carpet. The time from closing on the condo and my going out of town to oversee the transport of furniture was only a few days and Matt realizing the tight schedule made arrangements to fulfill my request. He was professional, personable and did an amazing job. I will use him again after painting the rest of the condo.

Matt is a knowledgeable, personable businessman. The pride he takes in his work is apparent, and for good reason. The carpet could have been brand new when he finished, and I wouldn't have known the difference.

Matt did a marvelous job on our 20 -year -old carpets. There were numerous stains-from food spills, wheelchair tracks, heavy foot traffic and urine stains from our elderly dog, who passed away.. The carpets look amazing-obviously, not like new, but 200% better than before Matt started ! He was prompt and worked very hard. I highly recommend him!

Carpets look like new again!

Matt did magic on my 20 year old living room, dining room and stairs. This carpet was so stained, filthy and disgusting, I wanted to clean it myself before the carpet cleaner had to see how awful a project was. Matt was right on time, and guesstimated right on the money for how long the job would take. He only takes checks or cash, his pricing to me was a bit high, but was well worth the final results. Would use him again.

This guy damaged our vintage sofa beyond repair! He managed to put a rip in it & the stains are worse than ever. He first cleaned our vintage chairs too ... 1 is ok but the other has a stain front & center....I specifically asked him about cleaning vintage furniture over the phone & he said it was same solution for all materials...grrrrr!!! Very expensive lesson learned so beware😩😖😱

My carpet looks brand new! He does an amazing job. Needs to put lifters under legs of furniture and a bit high price but I feel I did pay for quality

We closed on a new house and the carpet in the house was absolutely disgusting. Due to my allergies I couldn't even breathe being in the house for more than an hour at a time. I contacted the owner and he came out right away and was able to schedule the cleaning for the next day. He did an absolutely fantastic job! The air in the house smelled cleaner and I was able to be in the house for more than an hour without my allergies flaring up. I will definitely use this company again and recommend anyone who needs their carpet cleaned to use them. The price was great for the services completed!
