They are experienced professionals that clean the carpet. They do a very, very thorough job. Their price was a little high. I think they should include a deodorizer or scotchguard for the price.

They call to say they were on their way. They had set a time between 2:00pm & 3:00pm. They were right on time. They came in and cleaned my carpet and I was totally satisfied with them and the work.

The entire job was excellent.The estimate (including a discount coupon for being an Angie's List customer)was very good. The workmen arrived promptly. They were able to remove and roll up the area rugs, including moving furniture, with a minimum amount of disturbance. The rugs arrived back one week later, as promised, in excellent condition and very well-cleaned. The work crew replaced the rugs in their proper position, again with a minimum of disturbance. The second crew came promptly on the day promised and very qyuickly and expertkly cleaned our one remaining area rug and a stair runner on site 9as we had requested). Both jobs were done smoothly and effortlessly. Our stair runner developed a slight odor a few days later and Arslanaina came back promptly, knew the problem, and quickly remedied it. All this was done pleaasantly by the workmen.

Called the day before they were originally supposed to come, agreed to have them come early. They were punctual, efficient and courteous.

I have used them for years. They are always very reliable. They do a good job cleaning the carpets. They have never damaged the carpets.

They are much better than some of the well-known carpet cleaners. They were reasonable and never tried to push products or services on me. I appreciate the quality and will use them again.

I had an experience with another carpet cleaning company that was unwilling to even try to remove a stain along my baseboards, and Arslanian Brothers has always been willing to work hard. I cannot judge the price, but their prices seem reasonable. I have been happy with them and will continue to use them.

I had a small fire start in my living room and was able to put it out, but my Abassan weave rug was damaged and had several burnt holes in it. Arslenian Brothers were able to clean the rug and reweave the damaged portion saving a very expensive rug for me. They were excellent

They have been around forever. We felt that they didn't do a really good job, so we tried to look for someone else. They came out and really made the carpet wet. When the carpet dried it was streaky. We called them back and they fixed it. We felt it was still dirty even after they did all of that work to it. They came out when we called them.

When I called, there was actually someone there to answer the phone and take my call, which was important since I was calling on a Thursday to have someone come out and clean my carpets that Saturday. I was told to call back the next day (Friday) to get an approximate time for my Saturday cleaning appointment - when I did, they said someone would be out "late morning, like 11-noon." Well 12:25 on Saturday rolled around and then I finally got a phone call to say that I was their next appointment and that they would be there in five minutes. Not the end of the world, but it certainly would have been nice to get that call before they were going to be considered late for the appointment. Once they got there though, the two men who came were pleasant, courteous, and did a very good job. They even started to leave and then stopped to address one more stain that they noticed at the last minute. I think they also went a couple of feet into one of the bedrooms off the hallway they were cleaning because they noticed a spot there. I certainly appreciated that they did those small extras for me. Since I was charged the minimum charge for a house call, I tend to think the price was "fair," and that I probably could have been given a better overall rate if I'd had them clean a larger total area; however, they did offer me $10 off from the get-go, and when it came to offering extras, there was zero sales-pressure, which was great. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would definitely consider hiring the Arslanian Bros. again.

Very prompt - great service - Rugs were done when promised

I called the week before. They came on the date that I requested. They called before they arrived and even arrived early. They gave me the quote after measuring each room and honored a $20.00 off coupon. As always, they were nice, polite professional and went right to work. They raise most of the wood furniture and put them on special styrofoam or paper (24 hours later they are easy to remove). My carpets are always clean.

I have used their services for 20 years and have never had a bad experience. They are courteous, efficient, helpful, and punctual. They perform on their promises!

arrived promptly, did the job without excessive delays, did a very nice job, cleaned up after themselves, gave instructions about wet carpet care and safety info for wet carpet. workers were pleasant, and careful with my possessions.

We are out of the country this year and our renters had a leaky radiator in an unused room. After we'd repaired the radiator, the wall-to-wall carpet near it didn't fully dry and was getting stinky. We called Arslanian. It was great because they were so flexible. They gave us a not-to-exceed estimate over the phone and the opportunity to call with our credit card number after the work was done. They set up the appointment with the tenants, made a determination as to whether the carpet could be just cleaned or would need to be replaced, did the work to the tenant's satisfaction in a timely and professional manner and then sent us a bill.

They do a great job. They give 10% discount, if we take the rugs in and get it back. The price depends on the size of the rugs. I take 4 rugs at a time for cleaning once in a year. My rugs look beautiful when we get it back.

Their work is excellent. I have used them a number of times over the years. Their prices are reasonable. Their personnel are always professional.

Did an excellent job removing stains, they are always on time, very friendly and are open about the services and upgrades they offer. I love Arslanian Brothers!!!
