Arrived on time, went right to work. moved my couches around to make sure they did the whole carpet. suggested we scotch guard the carpet to keep it cleaner longer. did the great room and two bedrooms.

Appointments for pick up and delivery were made promptly and kept. Workers were businesslike and took care to look over and tag my rugs. I trusted my 60year old woolen oriental to them, and also needed a remnant hemmed as well as cleaned. Spots were removed from the berber. I had reserched and found details about their rebuilt and effective plant facilities. On delivery they assisted me with 2 pieces of furniture that needed to be positioned on the returned rug in a small room. Our family has used this company for decades.

Called Arslainian brothers earlier in that week, was able to get an appointment set up for the day I wanted. Was told the crew would arrive at my house around 9:30 am. I received a call at about 9:05 that said they were on their way and may be a little early. Showing up on time to do a job that I'm paying for is huge with me, so punctuality and the heads up on the actual arrival time was a plus. Two gentleman showed up, asked what I wanted done, and began measuring each of the rooms where I wanted carpet cleaned. One of them then explained the price breakdown and what each service would cost me. Since I hadn't had my carpets cleaned in a long time, I decided to go with the full service, which included, steam cleaing of the carpet, deodorizing and disinfecting the carpet, and having scotchgard applied. Although the price was on the high side, they did a fantastastic job and were extremely professional. They moved all the furniture, cleaned the areas that needed it, and moved everything back to the way it was. They cleaned a little over 1000 square feet of carpet and two stairways, and were in and out in under two hours. I will definately use them in the future and would have little problem recommending them to anyone else. Like I said earlier, i thought the price was on the high side, however I would rather pay more money for a good job done right.

They are the best. I’ve been using them since the 1970’s. I thought I would try somebody different but to my dismay. I don’t remember how much I spent. My neighbor said that they were a little higher than everyone else but I’m very content with them. The other company that I used I wasn’t content with them. They did not even move anything and did not clean underneath anything. Arslanian Brothers came in and cleaned everything. They come when they say they are going to come. They do what they are going to do and when they leave the place is clean. I would use their services again in the future.

They gave a lot of information and explained the job they were able to preform very well. Seemed very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. I though they were excellent.

This was my first time using a carpet cleaning service and I picked them out of three companies. I liked the fact that they came out the same day. They did a really good job. I had to call them back once. They did a good job. I think I got a good price for the service they did. They applied Scotchguard and they gave me a discount. I would use them again.

They were great. They were very professional. They came on time and they knew what they were doing. I would recommend them 100 percent. I would use them in the future.

One crew picked up the rugs to take to their cleaning plant. They called us the next day to tell us what it would cost to repair the 2 damaged rugs and offered 2 solutions - the higher priced option was to replace the fringe, the lower priced one was to have the fringe removed. We chose the lower priced one. The rugs were retuned a week later and look great. Another crew came to clean the furniture, they were running late and called us to let us know when they would arrive. They did a fine job of cleaning the furniture and cleaning up after themselves. They were very professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They were prompt in their scheduled time for pickup and return,very polite, and professional. The carpet was cleaned well and brightened up nicely. We also requested and purchased the appropriate size underpad. They were sensitive to our hardwood floors with their snowy boots and kept any cleanup to a minimum. It was nice to have both men to lift up the dining table as well as put it back afterwards. We also used this company to drop off additional rugs for cleaning that we were able to carry ourselves for the 20% discount. I recommend Arslanian Bros for a good cleaning of our precious oriental rugs and would certainly use them again.

Their promptness stood out to me and they just did a really good job. They were very professional and their customer service was excellent. They broke one of my lamps and they replaced it with no problem whatsoever, that was great. It was an accident. They replaced it right away. They told me to pick out another one and when I bought it let them know how much it was and they?d pay for it. They didn?t even ask for a receipt, but I sent one anyway. I would tell others about their professionalism, promptness and quality of work ? you can?t get much better than that.

They did a good job cleaning my rugs. Every person I dealt with in the shop was extremely professional and helpful. They were very quick to help me unload my car and they also loaded my rugs back in when the service completed. They offer a 20% discount if you bring the rugs in and pick them up yourself.

This was probably the best carpet cleaning job I have ever had. Jeff and Cliff were pleasant, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again - my carpets look great!

Our experience was good. I called and somebody came out the next day. He showed up on time and called me about 10 minutes before he was going to arrive which is always nice. He was friendly and courteous and did a good job. He was honest about a stain he was removing. He said it was pretty set in and it didn?t come out 100%, but he let us know that. They did the best they could which was appreciated.

(This report deals with the company's customer service, not the physical work performed). The crew, Tony & Eric, showed up right on time, and completed the work quickly. Both were really nice guys, and very easy to talk to. I was not sure what to expect in terms of results, especially after the abuse the former owners of my house put the kitchen floor through, so my opinion of the results were mediocre, but everyone else says they look great (in hindsight, they really do look good). I failed to give them the $20 coupon I had sitting upstairs, and I called same day (possibly the following business day), and spoke with the same gentleman who scheduled my appointment and answered my previous questions. He said it was no problem, and they would get me a refund check out in the mail. I called yesterday to follow up on this check since I had not received it yet, and spoke with a female this time, and her response was along the lines of "we don't give refunds". I said "but your company said they would send me one", with her replying "you wouldn't go to a restaurant, eat dinner, go home, and then call and say I forgot my coupon". In the end, she was not even willing to consider this refund, or talk with anyone else about it. When I told her that I would be taking this situation into account the next time I needed service, she said "okay, thanks, bye" and hung up the phone. Up until this interaction, I was very happy with the company, but if they are more concerned with keeping $20 in their pockets than losing a potential customer (who happens to be a REALTOR and recommends service providers all the time), then that is going to be their loss.
