Although I was not present to see the work accomplished. My carpet was quite dirty and was cleaned just as good if not better than previous companies had performed. The initial phone conversation was professional and well handled as well as the service. The final price was also $60 less than the quote.

They pick up the rugs. They bring them back around 4 days later. They're great! They dont charge for pickup or delivery. They have coupons on their website. They are reliable and the work they do is extremely high quality.

The company representatives were pleasant, professional and prompt. Unfortunately however, they did not follow the odor removal instructions and the traffic areas, though somewhat cleaner than before I had the rug cleaned, were not great. Unfortunately, this was not a successful experience.

They were a half hour late for the pick up. Buth they did help me move some furniture to get the rugs up. They recommended a new pad for one of the rugs and we did purchase it directly from them. They came the following week and unwrapped all 3 rugs and placed them in the room. One of the wool rugs did shrink a bit but I guess that is common with a wool rug. They did completely place the rugs and moved the furniture on the rug. The pad was of a high quality and was cut to size. They were on time when they came back with my clean rugs. They were very professional and took with them all the trash.

This was our second experience with Arslanian Brothers. They were on-time, very professional and did a great job. Highly recommended and we would use them again. There was a tough stain on the basesment steps and they were able to get that out.

I would definitely recommend them. They're the first people we will call in the future if we ever have the need again.

I've had many cats over the years and they have made some tough stains in my carpet. Arslanian Brothers has done a great job cleaning the carpet! They're very friendly, efficent, punctual, and their price is great!

I really like them and we have used them a lot. The work is always perfect. They always come when they say they will. Sometimes it’s actually the brothers themselves that come out to do the work, but regardless whoevery they send, they are always very professional when they come. They know what they are doing and they are very well informed about what they do. I recommend them to others.

Great service providers! It was easy to make an appointment. We were given an approximate arrival time the day before. On the day, Al called to say that he could there a bit early, which was fine. They cleaned our stairs, upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms and hallway, in about an hour. Both Al and his helper were professional and pleasant, and told us what to expect about drying time. The carpets are clean, and drying on schedule. While chatting with us, Al noticed a small dirty spot on a carpet downstairs (not on cleaning schedule) and insisted on cleaning it up (no charge!). It only took a minute, but it was a nice touch. It's a pleasure to do business with a service provider who is so punctual, professional and pleasant. We will certainly use this company again!

It went great from start to finish. Their web site is user friendly and the people at the store very helpful.

They came as promised. Did a thorough job, even pointed out where I had a drop of paint and fixed it. Great company.

Tony and Matt arrived on time and ready to work. I showed them the problem areas and they told me how they would address the stains. My carpeting looks like new, I'm so very pleased with their work. Though unscheduled, I asked about the grout in my kitchen floor and they took care of that. Again, the grout looks clean and fresh. I don't know if everyone at Arslanian Bros. is as good and thorough as Tony and Matt, but I would have to assume they are. I would definitely recommend Arslanian Bros. to anyone.

They were excellent and good. They were number one on Angie’s List and we got 10% off. We spent around $200 for their services. They were quick and knew what they were doing. They had everything planned out. We have used other folks in the past and they were double the price of what we had paid in the past, but they were worth every penny. They didn’t use our electricity and didn’t dump the waste water anywhere in the house. They didn’t ask to dump it outside or anywhere. They were quick and thorough. We could see the difference when they got finished. It’s worth to have a competent carpet cleaner. They were better than another company.

The carpet was in ok shape overall, but noticeably darker in some areas with ground-in-dirt as well as a large number of small food/mud stains that were readily apparent if you looked for them. I was offered a quote w/ and w/o scotchgard as well as the option to deodorize (which I turned down). Two individuals from the company arrived. They promptly cleared all furniture from the area to be cleaned other than a heavy TV console, which contained electronics that were still connected. One employee assured me that they would clean under the TV unit, but preferred not to move it (which was actually more convenient for me as well). The cleaning was complete in ~1 hour. Large furniture (couches) were returned to the cleaned area and their feet placed on small plastic tabs. Employees informed me as to when the remaining furniture and items (rug, lamp) would be safe to return to the carpet. The entire experience was very smooth and without hassle and the price was excellent.

We found them on Angie's list. They did a good job. We really appreciated it. They were really nice. They had a big pump at the back of their van, and got it into the house. One guy sprayed for stains, and tried to get the stains done. The other guy did the cleaning in the carpet. It was wet, and when they left, they said to put the fan on, so it will dry in 24 hours.

The story is short and sweet. The company performed its tasks exactly as I was hoping,and the results are what I wished they would be. The men were easy to talk to and extremely able at their tasks. What a wonderful example of a successful family businerss. Almost all of the staff are Arslanians and the concern for protecting the family name shows up in everything they do. High marks to them in all categories. Nobody likes to spend big dollars, but when the need is there, this is the family to hire for a result that is worth every penny. They offer a 20 % discount for taking one's own rugs to the plant in Warrensville Hts, where the best cleaning is available. They can even restore missing parts of rugs or replace fringe. Their 20.00 coupons for carpet cleaning and for aggregate floor cleaning saved me 40.00 on the two services. The same equipment cannot perform both services, so my work was done on two different days, hence two different coupons were allowed. Bottom line.....wonderful service. I will definitely not wait another 9 years to reclean my NatureStone floor now that I have found this miracle.

They were outstanding--the rug was returned to us in like-new condition.

This was a great experience. I did not know what to expect and was greatly surprised by their service and care. They did a great job on my oriental rugs which I purchased while stationed in Japan. The rugs are large and heavy and one of my priced possessions. They were returned as given, but very clean and in their original state. The driver and his assistance arrived, packed up the rugs and did not waste time. They were professional, courteous and friendly. Made you feel like an old friend. Thanks Guys! Al and Jeff did a great job and were very prompt and professional. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Much better than others I have tried in the past!

As always, excellent service, great job on cleaning all carpets in the house. We always use Arslanian Brothers to clean our carpets. As an added bonus the two gentlemen even fixed one end of the carpet in the Master bedroom, in which we had pulled it away from the molding due to a water leak in the winter.

They were very good and prompt. I would use them again.
