Logan Services A/C, Heat & Plumbing

Logan's is absolutely amazing--these guys guarantee their work, and I stretched the the very limits of that guarantee. Craig (out of the Dayton office) and his crew were out to my place multiple times to rewire my aging electric heat pump, which seemed to blow any fuse they threw at it, and didn't quit working until it was repaired. Just way above and beyond! I am certain that any other team would've given up, and I would've been buying a new system. With those things as pricy as they are, I'm thrilled to get a few more years of service out of my current system! Logan's is super responsive and knowledgeable, and I'd use them any time.

Spent $15k on new furnace and a/c….large differential in temperature in one wing of home. Also, Wanted a large thermostat and sales person intentionally misled me…then wanted to charge me $500 to upgrade to the larger one after install and full payment. They have a weird arrangement with installers based on job completion incentivized to rush through…cut of some of the return area and had guys come back out. Sales folks will make you feel warm and cozy but likely your home will not after completion.

Technician was very professional and helpful. He was very respectful and made us feel at ease. There was no suggestive selling of other products and the job was done quickly and thoroughly.

Service man work past his quitting time to get my service call finished, due to the prior call had some issues crop up. This the second time I’ve had this fellow and always happy with service. I have my A/C, heating unit clean almost yearly by Logans

If I had to do all over again I would. Huge shout out to bob conry above And beyond.

Everything went well for our new units that were replaced and the installers were real troopers they stayed late to finish the job and make sure we nice and cool. Service guys are great when we had an issue with leakage. They charged the system to keep us coll untill the new part came in.

It went well. Jeremy from Logan always did a good job, explained well before he’s doing anything that cost me money. Logan always pro-active with scheduling maintenance and I appreciated it because I tend to forget the semi-annual maintenance of my HVAC.

They are very professional got the job done. They even did most of the install in the rain and a dark basement while the power was out due to major storms. I would recommend Logan A/C and heat.

It went very well, I am amazed on how well they all worked together to get our job done, I have had several heat pumps in the past and inside furnaces, so far since July this has been one of the best, hope fully time will tell and nothing goes wrong!!!!

Logan declined the work via text, stating "due to the heat, we are unable to perform work at this time." Was able to get others to come out and do work two days later when it was 5 degrees warmer. Really not sure what to make of this.

Horrible! Tech put filter on completely wrong, had to supply filter, left dirty filter on floor, broke the combs on the filter, pulled off insulation. Outside unit put panel on wrong, stripped screw on crooked. Never called before coming, did not follow instructions given to him by Logans. They stated he was good and had been with the company a long time. And if you don't do the services they say needed. Its voids the warranty! He said I needed 922 dollars worth! Don't use them clean it yourself! They take pictures so when time comes they will show them you did not fix it. BEWARE!!! They do not tell you this before hand. Tech did not follow the instructions and I have a copy!

Logan installed and maintains both of our systems. Meticulously inspected and cleaned by the same man every time. Money well spent !

Routine check and maintenance twice a year for both heat and AC. Always done professionally.

The only negative was the venting through our downstairs coat closet to the upstairs. I don’t think it was explained very well. The hole in the floor was in the middle of the room. I’m sure it could have been done better and off to the side of the room.

Had the spring service done on the AC… as always, done professionally and efficiently. Always pleased with the service.
